Recommended route.
On the route leading up to the Randa peak it is possible to observe closely the Randa Calcarenites Unit, because the road cuts right through the stratigraphic sequence. Even in the access to the chapel of Sant Honorat it is possible to appreciate the cross-stratification.

The Morro d’en Molt provides views of the Serres de Llevant, which constitute a horst, in the background, and of some of the Serres Centrals, such as the Puig de Monti-sion, with the town of Porreres at its foot, and the Campos Basin, which corresponds to a graben. On clear days it is possible to make out the Cabrera archipelago, constituted geologically by a prolongation of the Serres de Llevant.
