As at Cap Ventós, the cliffs of Cap Falcó are formed by Lower Jurassic limestones, very tectonised, with abundant faults which cut through and displace the materials.
The limestones that constitute the cliffs of Cap Falcó are affected by numerous faults (marked in red).
