The best place for observing Es Pontàs is from the cliffs, where there is a viewpoint. Access is from the end of Carrer de Sa Cova des Vell Mari, in the Cala de Santanyí development (signposted).
Apart from any other authorisations, access requires the permission of the owner of the private property. Today, access is free.
