The Direcció General d'Ordenació del Territori prepares, at the request of an interested party or ex officio, the distribution plans of the seasonal service facilities in the maritime-terrestrial public domain of the Balearic Islands, which are published in this Datasetwith informative character. The publication of these plans does not exempt from the obligation to obtain the corresponding authorization from the Demarcació de Costes.
