En la intervención de este Ayuntamiento, conforme a los artículos 173.2 y 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se expone al público la modificación de crédito 10/2025, en la modalidad de suplemento de crédito y crédito extraordinario, aprobado inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en sesión de 12 de mayo de 2025, la cual se detalla a continuación:

Las personas interesadas, legitimadas según lo dispuesto en el artículo 170.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y por los motivos taxativamente enumerados en el número 2 del mismo artículo, pueden presentar reclamaciones a los mismos, bajo sujeción a los trámites siguientes:
1. Plazo de exposición de reclamaciones: quince días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la inserción de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.
2. Oficina de presentación: registro general.
3. Órgano ante el cual se reclama: Ayuntamiento en pleno.
De no presentarse ninguna reclamación, el acuerdo de aprobación inicial será elevado a definitivo, sin necesidad de tener que adoptar ningún otro acuerdo.
