Antecedents
1. El passat 18 de setembre de 2025 es van publicar al BOIB Nº 125 les Bases específiques de la convocatòria per a la cobertura de places fixes ordinàries i fixes discontínues de peó/a especialista - operari/a d'EMAYA – Conveni col·lectiu qualitat urbana (CCQU).
2. En aquesta publicació s'han advertit les errades següents:
a) En el temari indicat en el punt 5 "DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ OBERT" i concretament en l'apartat 5.1.a) "Primera Part - Prova teòrica - Fins a un màxim de 50 punts" no s'identifica correctament el número del BOIB del Reglament del personal fix discontinu EMAYA Qualitat Urbana.
b) En l' annex de les taules amb la puntuació de les proves pràctiques, hi ha errors a l'hora d'identificar els temps, concretament en el primer temps de 7 minuts i 10 segons i en el primer temps de 6 minuts i 0 segons de les taules amb els temps de la carrera per als homes.
Resolució
1. Rectificar els punts següents:
a) En el temari indicat en el punt 5 "DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU DE CONCURS OPOSICIÓ OBERT" i concretament en l'apartat 5.1.a) "Primera Part - Prova teòrica - Fins a un màxim de 50 punts":
On diu:
- Reglament del personal fix discontinu EMAYA Qualitat Urbana - BOIB número 67 publicat en data 30 d'abril del 2022 Fascicle 84 Secció III.
Ha de dir:
- Reglament del personal fix discontinu EMAYA Qualitat Urbana - BOIB número 57 publicat en data 30 d'abril del 2022 (Fascicle 83 - Secció III).
b) En l' annex de les taules amb la puntuació de les proves pràctiques, hi ha errors a l'hora d'identificar els temps, concretament en el primer temps de 7 minuts i 10 segons i en el primer temps de 6 minuts i 0 segons de les taules amb els temps de la carrera per als homes:

8 minuts 10 segons.
On diu:
6 minuts 0 segons.
Ha de dir:
7 minuts 0 segons.
Es publiquen les taules corregides com a annex al present document.
2. Publicar aquesta modificació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la pàgina web d'EMAYA.
Interposició de recursos
D'acord amb la naturalesa jurídica d'EMAYA, es concedeix un termini de 15 dies per a realitzar al·legacions davant la present comunicació que hauran d'adreçar-se a la Direcció de Corporació, Empresa Municipal d'Aigües i Clavegueram, S.A., i en tot cas qualsevol reclamació respecte a la present convocatòria correspon formular-la davant els Tribunals de l'ordre Jurisdiccional Social.
Tot això, sens perjudici que pugui interposar qualsevol altre recurs que pugui estimar més convenient al seu dret.
