En el Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 13 de Palma de Mallorca, se sigue procedimiento de JUICIO VERBAL número 695/2016 a instancia de DIEGO DEL ALCAZAR Y SILVELA, JOSE DEL ALCAZAR SILVELA , JAIME DEL ALCAZAR SILVELA , CESAR DEL ALCAZAR SILVELA , ISIDRO DEL ALCAZAR SILVELA , ANA DEL ALCAZAR SILVELA , ALVARO CARO ZEZZA , MARINA ISABEL CARO ZEZZA , JUAN ALFONSO MARTOS AZLOR DE ARAGON , SANTIAGO FRANCISCO SALDIVAR GONZALEZ DE LEON , HEREDEROS DEL MARQUES DE LA ROMANA frente a MANFRED ROTH y ERIKA ROTH en el que ha recaído SENTENCIA NÚMERO 143/2017 de fecha 17/07/2017, siendo la misma firme y contra la que no cabe recurso. Y encontrándose LOS DEMANDADOS RESEÑADOS ANTERIORMENTE, en rebeldía procesal, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.
