De conformitat amb el que disposa l’apartat 1 i 2 de l’art. 112 de la Ley 58/2003 de 18 de desembre , General Tributaria, i un cop intentada per dues vegades la pràctica de la notificació individual, es procedeix a citar a les persones que a continuació es relacionen perquè, en el termini de 15 dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l’endemà de la publicació del present edicte en el BOCAIB compareguin en el departament de recaptació de l’Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, ubicat al pla de sa creu, 68 de 9 a 13 hores, a fi i efecte de rebre les corresponents notificacions.

Si transcorregut el termini abans esmentat, els interessats no han comparegut, les notificacions s’entendran produïdes a tots els efectes legals des de el dia següent al del venciment assenyalat per comparèixer.
