     HAGO SABER: Que en este órgano judicial se sigue el procedimiento EXPEDIENTE DE DOMINIO. REANUDACION DEL TRACTO 0000569 /2013 a instancia de D./Dª MARIA ISABEL MOLINO DOLS, y JAVIER MARTINEZ PLAZA, en el cual se ha dictado resolución de fecha 19/12/2013, firme, por el que se acuerda la rectificación del edicto publicado en el BOIB nº 161 de fecha 21/11/13, en cuanto al segundo apellido de Dª ISABEL MOLINO y en lugar de Dª ISABEL MOLINO DOLS entiéndase que debe decir Dª ISABEL MOLINO FERRER.
