Intentada per dues vegades, la notificació a les persones i entitats que posteriorment es relacionen, relatives a procediments de liquidacions de gestió tributària instruïts per l’oficina municipal de c/ Canàries 35- 1er ; atès que la notificació no ha pogut tenir efecte per causes no imputables a l’Administració Tributària municipal, se cita a les persones interessades o els seus representants perquè, en el termini de quinze dies naturals, comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació del present anunci, compareixen a la citada oficina per tal que els sigui practicada la respectiva notificació. Es comunica que si no compareixen en el termini hàbil citat, la notificació s’entendrà a tots el efectes legals des del dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat per comparèixer, Tot això de conformitat al que disposa l’art. 112, apartats 1 i 2 de la Llei 58/2003, General Tributària.
