El Recaptador executiu de l’Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, Balears,
Fa saber: Que intentada per dues vegades la notificació individual als obligats tributaris, segons consta en el seu expedient respectiu, sense que hagi set possible realitzar-la per causes no imputables a aquesta administració municipal, i de conformitat amb el que disposa l’article 112 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària, mitjançant aquest anunci se cita les persones interessades o els seus representants, per tal que en el termini de 15 dies naturals a comptar des de l’endemà a la publicació d’aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, compareguin en l’expedient executiu que se segueix, amb la finalitat de ser notificats d’aquests actes administratius inclosos en la relació annexa mitjançant compareixença.
Procediment: Administratiu de constrenyiment.
Acte que es notifica: Providència de constrenyiment i requeriment de pagament, diligències embargament vehicles, diligències embargament bens inmobles.
Òrgan competent: Recaptació executiva de l´Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu.
Lloc i horari de compareixença: Recaptació Municipal, carrer de Marià Riquer Wallis, 4 baixos, Santa Eulària des Riu, de 8:30 a 14 hores i de dilluns a divendres.
Advertència: Transcorregut el termini de quinze dies, comptats a partir de l’endemà de la publicació del present anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, sense haver comparegut l´interessat o persona que el representi per rebre la notificació, se’l tendrà per notificat a tots els efectes legals de totes les successives actuacions i diligències del procediment executiu, amb excepció d’allò que disposa l’article 112.3 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributaria.
