Per aquesta Direcció Provincial s'ha iniciat Expedient Administratiu per al reintegrament de prestacions per atur indegudament percebudes, contra els interessats que a continuació se citen i els motius que així mateix es relacionen. S'ha intentat la notificació sense poder-se practicar.

El que es notifica per mitjà de la present, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 59 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de Novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, advertint-los que hauran de reintegrar aquesta quantitat indegudament percebuda en el compte núm. 0049 5103 71 2516550943 del Banc Santander a nom d'aquest Organisme havent de retornar còpia del justificant d'ingrés a la seva Oficina d'Ocupació.

De no estar conforme amb l'anterior haurà  de formular per escrit davant el Director Provincial del Servei Públic d'Ocupació Estatal les al·legacions que estimi pertinents en el termini de 10 dies d'acord amb el disposat en l'art. 33.1 a) del Reial decret 625/85 , del 2 d'Abril.

D'acord amb el disposat en l'art. 61 de la Llei 30/92, de 26 de Novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, els expedients ressenyats, estaran a la seva disposisio pel termini de 10 dies en l'Adreça Provincial del Servei Públic d'Ocupació Estatal.
