TURNO EXTRAORDINARIO

Se mantiene  el acuerdo adoptado en Junta Extraordinaria de Jueces de fecha 11 de enero de 2011, en virtud del cual ‘se propone, por unanimidad, que cuando por razones extraordinarias del servicio de guardia, el mismo no pueda cubrirse satisfactoriamente por los Juzgados de Instrucción, se establezca un turno extraordinario entre los Juzgados de Primera Instancia, los cuales serán llamados por orden correlativo (del 1 al 5).

Y en cumplimiento a lo establecido en el art. 46 del reglamento 1/2005 de los Aspectos Accesorios de la Carrera Judicial, libro el presente en Palma de Mallorca a 12 de diciembre de 2012’.
