Notificació de liquidacions impost sobre l’increment de valor dels terrenys.

S’ha intentat el lliurament de notificacions de liquidacions, conformement a l’article 112 de la Llei 58/2003, general tributària, de 17 de desembre, i altres disposicions concordants i d’aplicació, i atès que no s’ha pogut practicar, es cita els contribuents que es relacionaran, perquè compareguin, per si o mitjançant representant, en aquest Ajuntament, plaça de Santa Eulàlia, 9 1r. pis (Servei de Gestió Tributària), amb la finalitat de lliurar-los l’oportuna notificació, en el termini de quinze naturals dies comptats des de l’endemà de la publicació d’aquest anunci. En cas d’incompareixença, s’entendrà produïda la notificació, a tots els efectes legals, l’endemà del venciment del termini per comparèixer.
Així mateix, es fa saber que a partir de la data de recollida o des del moment en què s’entengui produïda la notificació, els terminis per a l’ingrés voluntari sense recàrrec del deute tributari a la Recaptació Municipal, plaça. Sta Eulàlia, 9 1r. pis, seran els següents:
a) Si s’entén notificada entre els dies 1 i 15 de cada mes, des de la data de notificació fins el dia 20 del mes posterior o, si aquest no fos hàbil, fins l’hàbil immediatament següent.
b) Si s’entén notificada entre els dies 16 i darrer de cada mes, des de la data de notificació fins el dia 5 del segon posterior o, si aquest no fos hàbil, fins l’hàbil immediatament següent.
Transcorregut aquest termini sense que s’hagi efectuat l’ingrés es procedirà per via executiva, amb els recàrrecs que corresponguin.
Contra la liquidació que es notifica es pot interposar, potestativament, recurs de reposició davant l’Il·lm. Sr. Tinent de Batle d’Hisenda, en el termini d’un mes comptat des de l’endemà de la data de la notificació, o reclamació economicoadministrativa davant el Consell Tributari de l’Ajuntament de Palma, en idèntic termini i mitjançant escrit dirigit a l’Il·lm. Sr. Tinent de Batle d’Hisenda, la qual és prèvia al recurs contenciós administratiu. Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre que considereu procedent. L’escrit es pot presentar en el Registre General d’aquesta Corporació a la plaça Sta. Eulàlia, 9, o bé a qualsevol dels altres registres ubicats a: c/ Son Dameto s/n (Quarter de la Policia Local); c/ Emperadriu Eugènia, 6 (S’Excorxador); Av. Gabriel Alomar i Villalonga, 18 (Ed. Avingudes); c/ Cardenal Rossell, 96 (Coll d’en Rebassa), Av. America, 11 (S’Arenal), Av. Cid ang. c/ Cabot (Son Ferriol) i c/ Cabo Martorell Roca, 30 (Sant Agustí). La mera interposició del recurs no interromprà l’acció administrativa per a la cobrança (Art. 14. 2. i) del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals aprovat per RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març).
