&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 11 de septiembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm.125, se publicó la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable , con o sin almacenamiento, y la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía ya existentes, en el sector residencial, las administraciones públicas y el tercer sector, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo, mediante la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 6 de septiembre de 2021, modificada por la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 19 de octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 de octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 22 de septiembre de 2026 se emitió una Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se revocan las subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos de la economía; y para la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo, con fuentes de energía renovable, ya existentes en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (Programas 1,2 y 3 (BOIB n.º 121, de 26 de septiembre de 2026)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Con posterioridad, se ha detectado un error material en el anexo de la Resolución mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actas y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición. Así mismo, la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actas que han sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores observados en el anexo de la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se revocan las subvenciones para la realización de instalaciones de autoconsumo con fuentes de energía renovable, con o sin almacenamiento, en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos de la economía; y para la incorporación de almacenamiento en instalaciones de autoconsumo, con fuentes de energía renovable, ya existentes en el sector servicios y otros sectores productivos, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia europeo (Programas 1,2 y 3 (BOIB n.º 121, de 26 de septiembre de 2026) en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
