    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 30 de septiembre de 2026, adoptó, los siguientes acuerdos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la concesión de una subvención a favor de los siguientes beneficiarios y por los siguientes importes:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;- ASOCIACIÓN DE PERSONAS MAYORES DE S&amp;apos;ARENAL con CIF G07302524 por importe de 4.647,59 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;- ASOCIACIÓN DE PERSONAS MAJORAS DE BAHÍAS con CIF V57371833 por importe de 4.286,14 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;- ASOCIACIÓN DE MAYORES “LOS PADRINOS” con CIF G07852601 por importe de 3.186,84€.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Autorizar y disponer de un gasto a favor de los beneficiarios y por los importes citados con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 020000/231/48001/1002 del vigente presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Liberar el crédito por importe de 7.879,43 euros, de la aplicación presupuestaria 020000/231/48001/1002 y 10.000,00 euros de la aplicación presupuestaria 020000/231/78000/0103 del Presupuesto General.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar traslado a los departamentos de Intervención y tesorería a efectos de tramitar el reconocimiento de la obligación y pago y liberar el crédito no dispuesto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(22, 23, 26)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar un anuncio de la presente resolución en el BOIB y en la página web municipal, el cual tendrá efectos de notificación a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
