&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados de 24 de agosto de 2024, (BOIB núm. 114, de 31 de agosto), el señor Antonio Tornero Cobos fue nombrado director del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IES Son Pacs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de Palma por un período ordinario de cuatro años, con efectos de 1 de julio de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 19 de octubre de 2026, el señor Antonio Tornero Cobos presentó a la Dirección General de Planificación y Gestión Educativas una renuncia al cargo de director del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IES Son Pacs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, con fecha 30 de junio de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Ley orgánica 8/1985, de 3 de julio, reguladora del derecho a la educación (BOE núm. 159, de 4 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 138.b) de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación, LOE (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de mayo), modificada por la Ley Orgánica 3/2020 de 29 de diciembre, establece como uno de los supuestos de cese del director de un centro docente público, la renuncia motivada aceptada por la Administración educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 38 de 17 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 36. a) del Decreto 4/2023, de 13 de febrero, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento orgánico de las escuelas infantiles públicas, los colegios de educación primaria, los colegios de educación infantil y primaria, los colegios de educación infantil y primaria integrados con enseñanzas elementales de música, los colegios de educación infantil y primaria integrados con educación secundaria, y los institutos de educación secundaria de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 21 de 16 de febrero), establece como uno de los supuestos de cese del director de un centro docente público, la renuncia motivada aceptada por la Consejería de Educación y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El artículo 15 de la Orden 5/2024 del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la cual se aprueban las bases para la selección, el nombramiento, la evaluación, la renovación y el cese de los directores de los centros docentes públicos no universitarios de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 17, de 3 de febrero), establece cuando se den circunstancias que provoquen que el director no tenga que prestar servicios en el centro el próximo curso completo, porque se incorpore a otro destino, por jubilación u otras circunstancias que puedan producirse, el cese tendrá efectos con fecha 30 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. De acuerdo con el Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, es competente para aceptar la renuncia, la directora general de Planificación y Gestión Educativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aceptar la renuncia al cargo del director del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IES Son Pacs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del señor Antonio Tornero Cobos, presentada en fecha 19 de octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Disponer que la aceptación de la renuncia sea efectiva en fecha 30 de junio de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Incluir el centro, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IES Son Pacs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de Palma, en la próxima convocatoria de concurso de méritos para la selección de directores de centros docentes públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades, en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente a haberse publicado esta Resolución, de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Palma, en fecha de la firma electrónica &lt;em&gt;(27 de octubre de 2026)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
