    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno, por unanimidad, acuerda en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 26 de octubre de 2026, a adoptado el seguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases reguladoras que deben regir la Campaña Este Otoño Comercio de Muro 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Autorizar el gasto de 1.000,00€ con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 4300.48216 del presupuesto de gastos de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar las Bases en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Área de Comercio del Ayuntamiento de Muro dentro de la campaña Este otoño, Comerç de Muro 2026 convoca un sorteo con el objetivo de dinamizar y promocionar el comercio local, creando un sentido de identidad, sinergias entre instituciones y comercio en aras de favorecer el crecimiento del tejido local y promoción del comercio murero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES DEL SORTEO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Participantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán participar en la campaña todos los comercios de Muro siendo personas físicas o jurídicas, así como cualquier cliente que realice una compra en uno de los comercios adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio del punto anterior, no podrán tener la condición de participantes ni por tanto, resultar agraciadas ni los propietarios titulares de los comercios adheridos a la actividad ni los concejales del consistorio murero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que en el sorteo saliera premiado cualquiera de las personas de esta cláusula, dicho premio quedará automáticamente anulado y se procederá a realizar un nuevo sorteo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Condiciones de participación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los clientes que realicen compras superiores a 20€ en los comercios adheridos durante la campaña, recibirán un boleto para participar en el sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El boleto será anulado si no reúne las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estar en buen estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llevar grapado el ticket de compra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Indicar todos los datos solicitados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Estos boletos con el ticket de compra puñado se depositarán en la urna ubicada en el Ayuntamiento, para proceder al sorteo que se celebrará el día 23 de noviembre a las 10.00 horas en el mismo Ayuntamiento de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los participantes tendrán 15 días para poder reclamar su premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Superado este plazo el premio será declarado desierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se repartirán 20 premios por el valor del ticket de compra con una cuantía máxima de 50€ máximo hasta 1000€ con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 4300.48216.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Aceptación de las bases&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La participación en la campaña Este otoño, Comercio de Muro de apoyo al comercio local lleva implícita la total aceptación de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Protección de datos y derechos de imagen.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los datos suministrados por los participantes serán tratados confidencialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Muro garantiza el cumplimiento íntegro de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal en el tratamiento de los datos personales recogidos en el presente sorteo y durante la organización de la actividad, en especial a lo que se refiere a la atención del ejercicio de los derechos de información, acceso, cancelación o rectificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento podrá informar de los ganadores/as y hacerse fotografías por las redes sociales del Ayuntamiento, con la voluntad expresa de salir a las mismas por parte de los ganadores/as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Duración de la campaña&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La campaña Este otoño, Comerç de Muro estará comprendida entre el 9 y el 22 de noviembre, período en que los comercios adheridos repartirán los boletos por las compras superiores a 20€ y se admitirán los boletos con el ticket de compra grapado dentro de la urna habilitada en el Ayuntamiento hasta las 9,59h del 23 de noviembre, justo antes del sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Difusión de la campaña&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento difundirá y promocionará dicha campaña por las redes sociales municipales y podrá realizar carteles de difusión de dicha campaña a través de los comercios adheridos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De los comercios adheridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La campaña va dirigida a los comercios de Muro y para poder participar tendrán que poder emitir factura o factura simple que contenga los datos fiscales como CIF, fecha expedición de la factura, persona física o jurídica e IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
