&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En fecha 22 de octubre de 2026, se publicó en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB núm. 135) la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la cual se amplía la dotación de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) en la enseñanza privada concertada para el curso 2026/2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Una vez publicada la Resolución, se han detectado errores de transcripción en la tabla incluida en el punto 1 de la parte dispositiva, concretamente en la columna “Horas/módulos totales”. Estos errores se tienen que enmendar tanto en la versión en lengua catalana como en la versión en lengua castellana de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho, o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears determina que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; como también, que la rectificación de errores tiene que especificar, si es el caso, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan, y se tiene que notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corregir los errores de transcripción detectados en la tabla incluida en el punto 1 de la parte dispositiva de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la cual se amplía la dotación de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) en la enseñanza privada concertada para el curso 2026/2027, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
