748680 CAIB 60238 text/html CAIB ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedentes</span></strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, de 15 de julio de 2024, se aprobaron las bases generales que rigen los procesos selectivos para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la administración especial de la oferta de ocupación pública correspondiente al ejercicio de 2024 del Consejo de Mallorca y de las ofertas de ocupación pública correspondientes a los ejercicios 2021 y 2023 del IMAS y las ofertas de ocupación pública derivadas del plan estratégico para la reducción de la temporalidad del IMAS aprobado por el Consejo Rector día 15 de diciembre de 2023 (BOIB n.º 94, de 18 de julio de 2024).</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por Resolución de la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, de 28 de noviembre de 2024, se aprobó la convocatoria, las bases específicas y el temario que deben regir el proceso selectivo, mediante el sistema de concurso oposición, para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario de la escala de Administración especial, subescala técnica, clase técnico-a medio, especialidad Fisioterapia, del subgrupo A2, de la oferta de ocupación pública correspondiente a los ejercicios 2023 y 2024 del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (BOIB n.º 155, de 28 de noviembre de 2024).</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 20 de julio 2026, la Presidencia de la IMAS dictó la resolución por la cual se publica la relación de personas seleccionadas y se ofrecen los puestos de trabajo a las personas aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso oposición de la escala de administración especial, subescala técnica, clase técnico-a medio, especialidad Fisioterapia, del subgrupo A2, de la oferta de ocupación pública correspondiente a los ejercicios 2023 y 2024 del IMAS. En fecha 14 de septiembre de 2026 el Responsable del Servicio de Selección y Provisión I firmó el informe de propuesta de adjudicación de puesto de trabajo de los aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo para el ingreso como personal funcionario de la escala de administración especial, subescala técnica, clase técnico/a medio, especialidad Fisioterapia, del subgrupo A2, de la oferta de ocupación pública correspondiente a los ejercicios 2023 y 2024 del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales y lo comunicó a la Coordinación del Servicio de Gestión de Personal, en el cual informa:</span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">«De conformidad con las bases 11 y 12.1 del Anexo I de las Bases generales que rigen este proceso selectivo, se ha ofrecido a las personas aspirantes propuestas que manifiesten el orden de prelación de todos los puestos de trabajo ofrecidos, en el plazo de veinte días naturales, contadores desde el día siguiente a la publicación y que presenten al registro electrónico del IMAS la documentación requerida en las bases.</span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vez finalizado el plazo otorgado y revisada la documentación presentada, se da traslado a la Coordinación del Servicio de Gestión de Personal de Recursos Humanos de lo siguiente: </span></em></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. font-size:12px">3. </span></strong>Notificar individualmente a los interesados.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4.</span></strong> Ordenar la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. Las personas relacionadas dispondrán de un plazo de tres días hábiles desde el día siguiente a la publicación por el juramento o promesa y la toma de posesión.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Interposición de recursos</span></strong></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta Resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB n.º 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente Resolución.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sección Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la Resolución).</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercer, si se da el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente.
