&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con el que establece el artículo 70 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares, y el artículo 96.2 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, esta convocatoria se rige por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; lo que se dispone en el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones de la CAIB y el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se efectúa en el marco de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprobada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de 23 de diciembre de 2016, BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017, y modificada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión 14 de junio de 2018, BOIB nº. 96 de 4 de agosto de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1 El objeto de esta convocatoria es dar apoyo a las entidades locales de Mallorca para el fomento y desarrollo de actividades de carácter sociocultural dirigidas a personas mayores de 60 años en el ámbito municipal, con la finalidad de contribuir a la promoción del envejecimiento activo, la participación social, la convivencia, la autonomía personal y el bienestar de las personas mayores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria responde a la voluntad del Consell de Mallorca de reforzar la cooperación con las entidades locales y, especialmente, al desarrollo de actividades de interés sociocultural en el ámbito municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones se destinarán a la financiación de actividades, proyectos y actuaciones de carácter sociocultural dirigidas específicamente a personas mayores de 60 años y desarrolladas en el municipio, de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actuaciones subvencionables podrán incluir, entre otros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;actividades de dinamización sociocultural (cultural, lúdicas-recreativas, artísticas, formativas y divulgativas, y sociales)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;actividades intergeneracionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, las actividades deberán tener carácter sociocultural, interés general o social, carácter no lucrativo y estar dirigidas a personas mayores de 60 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2 Esta convocatoria pretende contribuir con la financiación de los gastos llevados a cabo en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de octubre de 2026 y 31 de mayo de 2027 (ambos incluidos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entidades locales de Mallorca divididas en tres líneas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 1: Entidades locales de Mallorca, con una población inferior a 10.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 2: Entidades locales de Mallorca, con una población de entre 10.000 y 25.000 habitantes, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Línea 3: Entidades locales de Mallorca, con una población superior a 25.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los datos referentes a la población que se tendrán en cuenta son los que constan en el Instituto Nacional de Estadística por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1 No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiarias las entidades en las que concurra alguna de las circunstancias establecidas en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca y en el artículo 10 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2 Las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones tienen que cumplir en las obligaciones establecidas en estas bases y en el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3 Además, las entidades de acuerdo con el artículo 15 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca, tienen que dar publicidad adecuada al carácter público de la financiación del programa, actividad o actuación objeto de subvención. Las medidas de difusión tienen que consistir en la inclusión de la imagen institucional de la entidad que concede la subvención. Por lo tanto, tienen que hacer constar que la actividad se desarrolla con el apoyo del Consell de Mallorca a través de los logotipos oficiales correspondientes, los cuales tienen que ir al mismo lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[lugar|sitio]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de prevalencia que el logotipo institucional de la entidad local correspondiente y ser de la misma medida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[medida|tamaño]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que, a la hora de justificar, no se demuestre el uso de los logotipos del Consell de Mallorca según lo que se establece en el párrafo anterior, puede ser causa de pérdida total o parcial de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4 Por otra parte, también se tendrán en cuenta las circunstancias y requisitos que recoge el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres (BOIB nº. 99, de 4 de agosto de 2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Crédito presupuestario &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se destina la cantidad de quinientos mil euros (500.000,00 €), a las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 00.23180.46200 del presupuesto de gastos del Consell de Mallorca para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las líneas objeto de subvención y el presupuesto inicial para cada una son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;strong&gt; LÍNEA 1,&lt;/strong&gt; ENTIDADES LOCALES con una población inferior a 10.000 habitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 200.000 €. Aplicación presupuestaria 00.23180.46200&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;strong&gt; LÍNEA 2&lt;/strong&gt;, ENTIDADES LOCALES con una población de entre 10.000 y 25.000 habitantes, ambos incluidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 200.000 €. Aplicación presupuestaria 00.23180.46200&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;strong&gt; LÍNEA 3,&lt;/strong&gt; ENTIDADES LOCALES con una población superior a 25.000 habitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 100.000 €. Aplicación presupuestaria 00.23180.46200&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Actuaciones y gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 Son subvencionables los proyectos y/o programas de carácter sociocultural dirigidos al colectivo de las personas mayores de 60 años y se desarrollen dentro del término municipal de la entidad local beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 Se consideran subvencionables los gastos que de manera indudable respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada, resulten estrictamente necesarios y se efectúen en el periodo de elegibilidad de los gastos establecido en el apartado 8.4 de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán ser subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) contratación de servicios necesarios para la realización de las actividades (incluye técnicos, de sonido, iluminación y similares, gastos de transporte, gastos de personal, alquiler de espacios, instalaciones y equipamientos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) actuaciones artísticas y culturales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) material fungible necesario par&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a las actividades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) material de difusión y publicidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) seguros directamente vinculados a las actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) otros gastos que sean necesarios para la correcta realización de las actividades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) costes laborales del personal fijo o eventual de la Entidad Local correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) para la línea 1 y 2 hasta el 100% del importe de las nóminas del personal propio de la entidad local destinado a esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para la línea 3 máximo hasta el 50% del importe de las nóminas del personal propio de la entidad local destinado a esta actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) actividades de formación y perfeccionamiento dirigidas al personal de dinamización o de animación de personas mayores de 60 años. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) gastos de suministro de electricidad, agua, calefacción/climatización, teléfono, fax, Internet, I otros suministros de pago periódico. Al tratarse de gastos indirectos se tendrá que respetar el 25% establecido al arte. 44.8 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Manutención de las personas y de los participantes que directa e inequívocamente forman parte del Programa, y/o proyecto destinado al fomento de actividades de carácter sociocultural dirigidas a personas mayores de 60 años y/o información presentada. En este caso, se tendrá que adjuntar a los documentos de justificación una declaración de la entidad de la necesidad del gasto en relación con el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es elegible el coste del consumo, única y exclusivamente del periodo subvencionable (del 1 de octubre 2026 hasta el 31 de mayo de 2027), independientemente de la fecha de emisión de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3 En ningún caso, el coste de adquisición de los gastos subvencionables puede ser superior al valor de mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4 El periodo de elegibilidad de los gastos subvencionables es el comprendido entre el 1 de octubre de 2026 y el 31 de mayo de 2027, inclusive. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5 La fecha de emisión de las facturas o de los justificantes de gasto tiene que ser dentro de este periodo subvencionable y la finalización del periodo justificable se día 30 de junio de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se considera gasto realizado el que ha sido efectuado dentro del periodo elegible y efectivamente pagado en un mes contador desde la finalización del periodo subvencionable. De acuerdo con el artículo 48 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca, al ser la entidad beneficiaria una entidad local, se considerará como gasto hecho la certificación de las obligaciones reconocidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 15 días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente de publicarse el extracto de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Si el último día es inhábil, se entiende prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 Las entidades locales tienen que dirigir la solicitud, la justificación, los anexos y toda la documentación a la Dirección insular de Promoción Sociocultural del Departamento de Presidencia, a través del trámite que se publica en la Sede Electrónica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3 Si la solicitud no cumple los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria, el órgano instructor tiene que requerir a la persona interesada que lo enmiende en el plazo improrrogable de diez días y tiene que indicarle que, si no lo hace, se considera que ha desistido de la solicitud, con la resolución previa expresa, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4 Las solicitudes presentadas fuera del plazo mencionado no se admiten en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.
