&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En fecha 11 de octubre de 2025 el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública resolvió aprobar la convocatoria para constituir una bolsa de trabajo, por los procedimientos extraordinario y específico de selección de personal funcionario interino para cubrir plazas vacantes de la Administración Especial, subescala técnica media, grupo B, especialidad práctico–a topográfico-a y de personal laboral temporal de la categoría/especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a (BOIB nº. 137 de día 16 de octubre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En fecha 26 de marzo de 2026 el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública resolvió aprobar la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria para constituir la bolsa de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En fecha 20 de mayo de 2026 el consejero ejecutivo de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública resolvió aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas de la convocatoria para constituir la bolsa de trabajo de la categoría/especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fecha 25 de septiembre de 2026, el órgano de selección acordó aprobar la lista provisional con las puntuaciones obtenidas por las personas aspirantes correspondientes a la convocatoria para constituir la bolsa de trabajo de la categoría/especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con la base 3.9.2 de la resolución por la cual se aprueban las bases generales que tienen que regir el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino y de personal laboral en el Consejo de Mallorca se concedió un plazo de diez días hábiles contadores a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, para que las personas interesadas pudieran presentar mediante el trámite telemático, las enmiendas, las alegaciones y los documentos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mismo 25 de septiembre de 2026 se publicó en la Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca el trámite telemático mencionado. El plazo de presentación de enmiendas, alegaciones y documentos se inició en fecha 28 de septiembre de 2026 y finalizó en fecha 9 de octubre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En sesión de fecha 16 de octubre de 2026, el órgano de selección resolvió las alegaciones presentadas por las personas candidatas de acuerdo con el establecido al anexo 1 de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Asimismo, el órgano de selección ha elevado la lista definitiva de personas valoradas y ordenadas de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida según lo que se dispone en el anexo 2 y anexo 3 de esta resolución y que hacen referencia respectivamente a la composición definitiva de la bolsa por el procedimiento extraordinario y a la composición definitiva de la bolsa por el procedimiento específico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 10.2 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público (en adelante TREBEP), establece que la selección de los funcionarios interinos se tiene que hacer mediante procedimientos ágiles que tienen que respetar, en todo caso, los principios de igualdad, mérito, capacidad y publicidad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El artículo 15.3 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares establece idéntica previsión añadiendo los criterios de celeridad y eficiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 30/2009, de 22 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (BOIB nº. 78, de 30 de mayo de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La Resolución de la consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública de 30 de noviembre de 2023 para aprobar el Acuerdo de las bases generales que tienen que regir el procedimiento de selección de personal funcionario interino y de personal laboral temporal en el Consejo de Mallorca (BOIB núm.167 de 9 de diciembre de 2023; BOIB nº. 17, de 3 de febrero de 2024; BOIB nº. 107, de 15 de agosto de 2024; BOIB nº. 86, de 5 de julio de 2025, BOIB nº. 78, de 20 de junio de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según se dispone en la base 3.2.4, sueño funciones del órgano de selección:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(...)d) Resolver las reclamaciones presentadas por las personas candidatas en el plazo establecido y en la forma correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Elaborar una lista de todas las personas que forman parte de la bolsa, ordenadas de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida de la suma de la valoración de los méritos y del resultado de la prueba que se establezca en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Elevar la lista definitiva de personas valoradas y ordenadas de acuerdo con la puntuación obtenida al consejero competente en materia de Función Pública, para que dicte la Resolución por la cual se aprueba la composición definitiva de la bolsa.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la base 3.10 se dispone que, una vez comprobados los méritos de todas las personas aspirantes y resueltas las alegaciones presentadas y los desempates, si es el caso, el consejero competente en materia de Función Pública dictará una resolución de constitución de la bolsa con puntuaciones definitivas por orden de prelación. Esta resolución se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La Resolución del consejero de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública de 11 de octubre de 2025 de aprobación de la convocatoria para constituir una bolsa de trabajo, mediante concurso de méritos, por los procedimientos extraordinario y específico de selección de personal funcionario interino, de la escalera de administración especial, subescala técnica media, grupo B, especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a y de personal laboral temporal de la categoría/especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a (BOIB nº. 137 de día 16 de octubre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Resolución de 29 de junio de 2026, de la Secretaría de Estado de Función Pública, por la que se publica el resultado del sorteo en lo que se refiere el Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al servicio de la Administración del Estado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El Acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo de día 28 de septiembre de 2022, por el cual se acuerda la delegación de determinadas atribuciones del Consejo Ejecutivo en el consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública, en materia de personal (BOIB núm.128, de 1 de octubre de 2022), delega en el consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública todas las atribuciones en materia de personal, excepto la aprobación de la relación de lugares de trabajo, la sanción de separación del servicio de los funcionarios y el despido del personal laboral y la aprobación del número y régimen del personal eventual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Informar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de los acuerdos del órgano de selección en relación a las alegaciones a la lista provisional y documentación presentada por las personas aspirantes, que figuran en el Anexo 1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Informar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la lista definitiva de puntuaciones de las personas aspirantes, con resolución de los empates, acordadas por el órgano de selección en fecha 20 de octubre de 2026. Esta lista figura en el Anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Aprobar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo, por los procedimientos extraordinario y específico de selección, de personal funcionario interino de la escala de la administración especial, subescala técnica media, grupo B, especialidad práctico–a topográfico-a y de personal laboral temporal de la categoría/especialidad práctico-a topográfico-a, de acuerdo con las puntuaciones definitivas por orden de prelación, que figura en el Anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Ordenar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y al tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. El recurso se puede interponer ante el Consejo Ejecutivo o la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que es el órgano competente para resolverlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sección contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sección contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal de Instancia de Palma, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podéis interponer, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que consideréis oportuno. Todo eso de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal, revisadas las alegaciones dentro del plazo establecido, en la sesión de fecha 16 de octubre de 2026, ha acordado el que se detalla a continuación, y con indicación de la propuesta de resolución de cada caso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revisada su alegación se ha podido comprobar que en fecha 20/07/2026 se le hizo un requerimiento en relación al punto nº. 4 y no fue atendido. Se ha vuelto a revisar toda la documentación de su expediente y no consta contrato o certificado de empresa que acredite sus funciones a la sociedad TRESESPAIS, por lo tanto el Tribunal se ratifica en la puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relación al título de Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma, no se considera directamente relacionado con las funciones de la categoría y/o especialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relación al curso de nivel básico de prevención en la construcción, se trata de un curso promovido por una entidad privada sin convenio ni subvencionado o acreditado por una AAPP, por lo cual no cumple con el punto 6.1 del anexo nº. 1 de las bases generales. En relación al curso de la Ley de suelo y rehabilitación urbana, el Tribunal se ratifica en manifestaciones hechas anteriormente, no tiene relación con las funciones de la categoría y/o especialidad convocada. No obstante, la formación se puede considerar como curso tranversal en el área jurídica y administrativa. La puntuación del apartado 6.3 no cambia dado que tiene la máxima puntuación del apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relación a la alegación formulada fecha 8 de octubre de 2026, el título de Grado en Bellas Artes está enmarcado en la rama de Artes y Humanidades mientras tanto que los títulos requeridos para formar parte de esta bolsa están enmarcados en la familia profesional de Edificación y Obra Civil, pertenecientes a ámbitos diferentes en el sistema educativo español, por lo tanto, el título de Grado en Bellas Artes no está directamente relacionado con las funciones de la categoría y/o especialidad de acuerdo con el punto nº. 5 de las bases generales.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vistas todas las alegaciones, el Tribunal no propone ningún tipo de modificación de la lista provisional de puntuaciones de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Por este motivo, se ha aplicado como último motivo de desempate la letra resultante del sorteo anual a que se refiere el Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al servicio de la Administración del Estado y que determina la orden de actuación de los aspirantes en las pruebas selectivas de tengan lugar durante el año. La Resolución de 29 de junio de 2026 de la Secretaría de Estado de Función Pública, determina que el orden se iniciará para las personas cuyo primer apellido empiece por la letra «B» (BOE núm.161, de 3 de julio de 2026).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
