&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 12 de noviembre de 2024, se recibió en la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático la solicitud de autorización administrativa previa y de construcción sin expropiación por parte de &lt;em&gt;Edistribución Redes Digitales, SLU&lt;/em&gt;, sobre el proyecto del asunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 13 de marzo de 2025 los técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático, emiten un informe para iniciar el trámite de información pública de autorización administrativa previa y de construcción y declaración, en concreto, de utilidad pública:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Expediente: 2024/22762.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Denominación del proyecto: «Línea a 15 kV de interconexión entre la línea “Valldemossa” (propiedad de Edistribución Redes Digitales, SLU) y la línea “S'Heretat” (propiedad de Vall de Sóller Energia, SLU) en el polígono, 5 parcelas 596 y 598 de Sóller)».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Finalidad de la instalación: mejorar el suministro eléctrico en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Presupuesto total: 67.689,66 + 75.467,89 = 143.157,55 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El 30 de mayo de 2025 el director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático emite la apertura del trámite de información pública (BOIB núm. 74 de 12 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El 3 de junio de 2025 los técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático, como órgano sustantivo del procedimiento de autorización administrativa previa, de construcción, reconocimiento y declaración, en concreto de utilidad pública del proyecto subsanado, solicita informes a las distintas administraciones, organismos, empresas de servicio público o de servicios de interés general que resulten afectados, tal y como dispone el artículo 146 del Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica. La relación de administraciones, organismos, empresas de servicio público o de servicio de interés general afectadas es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Ayuntamiento de Sóller (notificado el 4/6/25)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— GOB (expirada por caducidad el 14/6/25)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El 4 de junio de 2025 se publica en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Sóller durante 21 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El 10 de junio de 2025 se notificó a Lucia Ana Coll Magraner y a Isabel Maria Coll Capelle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El 12 de junio de 2025 se notificó a Inés Coll Capelle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. El 13 de junio de 2025 se notificó a Agnes Amilienne Cappelle Viez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. El 17 de junio de 2025 el Servicio de Gestión Forestal y Protección del Suelo emite un informe favorable,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://csv.caib.es/concsvfront/view.xhtml?hash=d4b5bb33d04bf19796351999f05b8ff221beac849021c406a813032deaaf761e&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durante la realización de las obras habrá que cumplir el Decreto 125/2007, de 5 de octubre, por el que se dictan normas sobre el uso del fuego y se regula el ejercicio de determinadas actividades susceptibles de incrementar el riesgo de incendio forestal, especialmente en cuanto a las medidas de prevención durante la época de peligro de incendio forestal y las acciones coyunturales de prevención (art. 8 2.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="list-style-type:disc"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;También tienen que mantenerse las medidas preventivas establecidas en el proyecto para evitar la alteración del terreno, la erosión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;En lo referente a utilizar maquinaria y equipos, en terreno forestal y áreas contiguas de prevención, cuyo funcionamiento genere deflagración, chispas o descargas eléctricas susceptibles de provocar incendios forestales, debe tenerse en cuenta lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El RD 15/2022 sobre medidas urgentes en materia de incendios forestales que prohíbe el uso de estas máquinas cuando el riesgo de incendios sea muy alto o extremo (Alerta Fuego 4). Se puede consultar en la página alertafoc.caib.es el nivel diario de alerta por riesgo meteorológico de incendio forestal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las máquinas que se usen en terrenos forestales o menos de 500 metros de estos se utilizarán extremando las precauciones en su uso y adecuado mantenimiento (se aplicarán métodos de trabajo que eviten la provocación de chispas). El abastecimiento de gasolina de esta maquinaria tiene que realizarse en zonas de seguridad aclaradas de combustible vegetal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;También hay que recordar que el desempeño de las medidas incluidas en este informe no excluye de la responsabilidad de los propietarios/promotores en el cumplimiento de la legislación específica adecuada y en el uso responsable de los medios que puedan ser causantes de un incendio forestal o de los daños que un incendio forestal pueda causar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. El 17 de junio de 2025 el Servicio de Espacios Naturales emite un informe favorable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://csv.caib.es/concsvfront/view.xhtml?hash=2891c93755a520fbb01bb6037e0828c8b12ef845a8b6c2e1a69ba72c134f2d23&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;con las siguientes conclusiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, y en relación al paraje natural de la Sierra de Tramuntana, se informa favorablemente este proyecto, dado que no se considera que pueda afectar significativamente a sus objetivos de conservación, siempre y cuando se tengan en cuenta las siguientes consideraciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Para evitar la alteración de la vegetación natural, no se pueden ubicar sobre áreas de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;vegetación silvestre las zonas de acopio y otros materiales y herramientas necesarias para&amp;nbsp;la ejecución de las obras, incluyendo los áridos resultantes de los movimientos de tierra (art.&amp;nbsp;29.1 del PORN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Con el objetivo de evitar perturbaciones sobre la fauna presente en la zona, no se podrán&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;generar sonidos fuertes o estridentes durante la ejecución de las obras (art. 33.1 del&amp;nbsp;PORN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Se tiene que evitar en la medida de lo posible la afección a los bancales y paredes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;existentes en los alrededores de la zona de actuación. En caso de producirse daños, estos&amp;nbsp;serán reparados utilizando técnicas tradicionales, respetando las características originales tanto en estructura como en materiales (art. 69.2 del PORN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Se tiene que presentar el estudio de viabilidad sobre la implantación de la energía solar o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;eólica al que hace referencia el artículo 95.1 del PORN.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Se prohíbe la apertura de nuevos viales y caminos (art. 96.2 del PORN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Todos los residuos que se generen tendrán que ser retirados y entregados a un gestor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;autorizado (art. 97.1 del PORN).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Se tienen que llevar a cabo todas las medidas preventivas y correctoras mencionadas en&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;el apartado 6 del estudio de impacto ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin perjuicio del cumplimiento del resto de normativa territorial, urbanística y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;otra legislación que le sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. El 15 de julio de 2025 los servicios técnicos de urbanismo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca emiten un informe favorable, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://csv.caib.es/concsvfront/view.xhtml?hash=698733dfa47ea1adbc57543d2d1e5cfff00665990644fb2c34aa7674275b66fe&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez examinada la documentación, y teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones técnicas anteriores, en relación al Proyecto de interconexión entre la LMT “Valldemossa” propiedad de EDRD y la LMT “S'Heretat”, propiedad de VSE (parte EDRD) en el TM de Sóller, se informa las consideraciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Hay que aclarar si se trata de un proyecto de legalización de una obra ya ejecutada o se trata de un proyecto no ejecutado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Hay que tener en cuenta las condiciones recogidas en el Plan Especial de Ordenación y Protección de la Ruta de Pedra en Sec («...conservación y mantenimiento del firme, restauración de las paredes secas afectadas, en torno a protección de 3 m a ambos lados de la Ruta... »), teniendo en cuenta que el nuevo trazado soterrado atravesará la Ruta de Pedra en Sec, que se trata de una ruta de interés paisajístico y que la carbonera existente se considera un elemento etnológico perteneciendo a la Ruta. Sería conveniente trasladar el trazado de red que confronta directamente con la carbonera. No obstante, habrá que solicitar informe a la Administración competente en medio ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Hace falta que el trazado de la red soterrada propuesta así como sus zonas de servidumbre generadas, no afecten a los muros de piedra en seco existentes, catalogados como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la UNESCO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Hace falta que la nueva red y su zona de servidumbre y CR proyectados no afecten a los elementos catalogados próximos, así como a sus entornos de protección. No obstante, habrá que solicitar informe al Ayuntamiento de Sóller y a la Administración competente en patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Sería conveniente trasladar el poste metálico existente situado en el extremo este del nuevo tramo de red soterrada de 80 m, para poder alejar la línea de MT existente del elemento catalogado, el Pi de l'Ensaïmada, tal y como se detalla en la ficha del Catálogo de Patrimonio de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por lo expuesto, entendemos que corresponde elevar a la ponencia técnica de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo la siguiente propuesta de acuerdo, para que se eleve a la Comisión Insular de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, Servicios Técnicos de Urbanismo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Vista la solicitud de informe formulada por la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 3 de la Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias, y el artículo 37 de la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Evaluación Ambiental, en relación con el procedimiento de declaración de utilidad pública y evaluación de impacto ambiental simplificada del Proyecto de interconexión entre la LMT “Valldemossa” propiedad de EDRD y la LMT “S'Heretat”, propiedad de VSE (parte EDRD), promovido por Edistribución Redes Digitales, SLU, y previa propuesta de la Ponencia Técnica de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, esta Comisión Insular acuerda informar el mencionado proyecto favorablemente de acuerdo con las condiciones y observaciones del informe emitido por los servicios técnico y jurídico de Urbanismo del Departamento de Territorio, Movilidad eIinfraestructuras»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. El 7 de agosto de 2025 se trasladaron al promotor los tres primeros informes recibidos anteriormente indicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. El 27 de agosto de 2025 se publica nuevamente en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Sóller, esta vez durante 30 días. Por lo tanto, el 8 de octubre finalizó el plazo de exposición pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. El 4 de septiembre de 2025 el promotor respondió a los tres primeros informes recibidos, indicando lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Informe del Consejo de la Isla de Mallorca (territorio)&lt;/em&gt;: En cuanto a las indicaciones del informe, informamos que las obras no se han llevado a cabo y que no se ha llevado a cabo ninguna medida. También informamos que ninguna parte de los muros de piedra está afectada, puesto que se ha intentado seguir un camino existente para evitar esta afectación. Finalmente, en relación con el punto 5, indicamos que la modificación de las torres no es factible puesto que esta modificación implica tener que afectar los muros de piedra y toda la vegetación de la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Informes sobre la Dirección General del Medio Natural&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;El informe del área de servicios naturales indica que hay que elaborar un informe de viabilidad sobre la implementación de energía solar o eólica. Informamos que, como que el objetivo del proyecto no es suministrar electricidad a una parcela, la implementación de energías renovables no resuelve los problemas que el proyecto pretende resolver, por lo tanto no es una opción a considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. El 13 de octubre de 2025 el Ayuntamiento de Sóller notifica a esta Dirección General la certificación acreditativa de su exposición en el tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16. El 21 de abril de 2026, la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior envía a esta Dirección General un informe favorable, en el que indica como recomendaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. No hay ninguna implicación del Plan Especial para hacer frente al riesgo sísmico (GEOBAL) que se tengan que tener en cuenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No hay implicación del Plan Especial para hacer frente al riesgo de inundaciones (INUNBAL) así como de los mapas de peligrosidad y riesgo de inundación de la Dirección General de Recursos Hídricos en el ámbito descrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Plan Especial para hacer frente al riesgo de incendios forestales (INFOBAL) y la cartografía posterior del IV Plan general de defensa contra los incendios forestales (aprobado por el Decreto 22/2015, de 17 de abril) definen las zonas con riesgo asociado que se tienen que tener en cuenta. El proyecto se desarrolla al umbral de una zona de alto riesgo de incendio forestal considerada «extremadamente alta». Por este motivo, el proyecto tiene que contemplar las medidas de autoprotección hacia este riesgo que describen el capítulo 11 y el Anexo 6 del INFOBAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. No existe ninguna instalación del ámbito del RD 840/2015, de 21 de septiembre, por el que se aprueban medidas de control de los riesgos inherentes a los accidentes graves donde intervienen sustancias peligrosas, que afecte al ámbito del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17. El 22 de abril de 2026 se envía el informe anterior a la Dirección General de Armonización Urbanística y Evaluación Ambiental y el 23 de abril de 2026 se envía al promotor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. El 21 de septiembre de 2026 la Dirección General de Armonización Urbanística y Evaluación Ambiental envía a esta Dirección General una resolución por la que se estima la solicitud de tramitación de urgencia del procedimiento de evaluación de impacto ambiental ordinaria del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;19. El 18 de septiembre de 2026 se recibe notificación del Servicio de Patrimonio del Consejo, en el que se indica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La nueva documentación presentada da respuesta a las deficiencias del informe de día 7 de mayo de 2025 y que eran: 1. La caseta se tendrá que separar al menos 10 metros con respecto al camino de Castelló y tendrá que ser de las mínimas dimensiones posibles. 2. La acequia se tiene que separar 1 metro de la era de Can Prohom. Se han cumplido estas separaciones y se han justificado las dimensiones de la caseta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El 21 de septiembre de 2026 se trasladó al promotor y a la Dirección General de Armonización Urbanística y Evaluación Ambiental el informe de Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;21. El 9 de octubre de 2026 la Dirección General de Armonización Urbanística y Evaluación Ambiental comunica a esta Dirección General la Resolución de la directora general de Armonización Urbanística y Evaluación Ambiental por la que se formula la declaración de impacto ambiental del proyecto LMT a 15 kV de interconexión entre la línea “Valldemossa” y la línea “S'Heretat”, polígono 5, parcelas 596 y 598, del término municipal de Sóller (exp. 39A/2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;https://csv.caib.es/concsvfront/view.xhtml?hash=9064a03a1d81eb44527e5bcd72680d922d32b4652dbd24e60e740fb8f2ca9f74&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con las conclusiones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Se formula la &lt;em&gt;declaración de impacto ambiental favorable del proyecto LMT a&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;15 kV&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de interconexión entre la línea “Valldemossa” y la línea “S'Heretat”, pol. 5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;parcelas 596 y 598, TM Sóller&lt;/em&gt;,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;firmado por el ingeniero técnico industrial núm. colegiado 27547, en fecha 31 de julio de 2024, visto que previsiblemente no se producirán impactos adversos significativos sobre el medio ambiente, siempre que se cumpla con las medidas correctoras y preventivas previstas en el estudio de impacto ambiental firmado por el ingeniero técnico forestal de Ingenieros im3, en fecha 16 de mayo de 2025, y los condicionantes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se tendrán que seguir las medidas establecidas en el PVA para facilitar la recolonización natural (conservación de la capa superior de la tierra vegetal para cerrar las zanjas y reextenderla sobre estas, evaluación de la cobertura vegetal). Así como, evitar la tala de pies arbóreos, evitar la afección a raíces pivotantes de los árboles circundantes a la zanja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la recolonización natural no resulta favorable, se tendrá que desarrollar un plan de restauración ecológica que permita restituir la integridad ecológica original, teniendo en cuenta el ecosistema de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. No se podrán situar sobre áreas de vegetación silvestre las zonas de encuentro y otros materiales, así como herramientas necesarias para las obras y la maquinaría, ni los áridos resultantes de los movimientos de tierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El CR se tiene que ubicar en una zona de aclarada del entorno de la ubicación propuesta y se tiene que evitar la tala de la vegetación arbórea para su construcción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Se tendrá que retirar diariamente cualquier residuo plástico, bridas o restos de cables que puedan ser recogidos por las aves para la construcción de sus nidos, dado el riesgo de lesiones o muerte por estrangulamiento de las crías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Antes del inicio de la fase de obra, se facilitará el acceso al Responsable de Vigilancia Ambiental para realizar una prospección exhaustiva de nidos en los árboles de la parcela y zonas adyacentes. En caso de localizar un ejemplar herido o un nido no inventariado previamente, se comunicará esta información al Servicio de Protección de Especies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Para evitar la caída involuntaria y captura de especies de fauna, las zanjas de excavación se mantendrán abiertas el mínimo tiempo posible. En caso de quedar rasas abiertas, se colocarán elementos que permitan la salida de pequeña fauna en caso de caída en su interior, y se revisarán diariamente, durante la fase de obras, retirando los ejemplares que hayan quedado atrapados y no puedan salir por medios propios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Se tiene que evitar en la medida de lo posible la afección a las paredes secas, bancales y la era presentes en la zona de actuación. En caso de producirse daños, estos serán reparados utilizando técnicas tradicionales, respetando las características originales tanto en estructura como en materiales (se tiene que hacer con piedra de características litológicas parecidas a las del lugar donde se encuentra emplazada).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. En ningún caso se podrán situar sobre los elementos patrimoniales (paredes secas, bancales, era, etc.) las zonas de acopio y otros materiales, así como herramientas necesarias para las obras y la maquinaría, ni los áridos resultantes de los movimientos de tierra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. En cuanto al firme del tramo de la Ruta, para su conservación y mantenimiento hay que utilizar materiales, acabados y elementos tradicionales que se integren en el entorno. Queda prohibido la utilización de material de escombros con dicho objeto. Y que el firme tiene que ser el mismo terreno compactado, salvo que coincida con caminos empedrados, o caminos, calles o carreteras asfaltadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. En ningún caso se podrá impedir el paso de los usuarios de la ruta en el tramo en el que se llevarán a cabo las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. La carpintería exterior del CR tendrá que ser de madera o metálica de tipología idéntica a la tradicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Para evitar el aumento del riesgo de erosión, la ejecución de la línea soterrada tendrá que cumplir las siguientes medidas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Balizar los ejemplares y manchas de vegetación que tengan que conservarse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Ejecutar las obras por tramos cortos, manteniendo abierta cada zanja el menor tiempo posible y procediendo a su relleno y compactación progresiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Evitar talas innecesarias y priorizar el desbroce selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Se prohíbe la quema de restos vegetales en la zona de obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Restaurar cualquier superficie auxiliar, zona de acopio o acceso temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;No apoyar rellenos ni acopios en la coronación de los taludes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Evitar que los extremos de la zanja actúen como puntos de concentración de escorrentía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Construir bancales o muros de contención cuando sean necesarios para evitar el arrastre del suelo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Evitar que las aguas de lluvia o bombeo se descarguen directamente sobre taludes, bancales, caminos o lechos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Proteger los acopios de tierra con lonas, situarlos fuera de zonas de escorrentía y limitar su altura y duración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Los bancales y paredes secas, existentes o de nueva creación, se tienen que mantener en buen estado de conservación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Suspender los trabajos de excavación durante episodios de lluvia intensa o cuando el terreno esté saturado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Para la ejecución de las obras se tendrán que cumplir los niveles sonoros para cada uno de los periodos del día, de acuerdo con la ordenanza del Ayuntamiento de Sóller de prevención de contaminación acústica y vibraciones (BOIB núm. 3 de 7 de enero de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;14. De acuerdo&lt;em&gt; con el informe del Servicio de Espacios Naturales:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Para evitar la alteración de la vegetación natural, no se pueden ubicar sobre áreas de vegetación silvestre las zonas de acopio y otros materiales y herramientas necesarias para la ejecución de las obras, incluyendo los áridos resultantes de los movimientos de tierra (art. 29,1 del PORN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Con el objetivo de evitar perturbaciones sobre la fauna presente en la zona, no se podrán generar fuertes o estridentes durante la ejecución de las obras (art. 33.1 del PORN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Se tiene que evitar en la medida de lo posible la afección a los bancales y paredes existentes en los alrededores de la zona de actuación. En caso de producirse daños, estos serán reparados utilizando técnicas tradicionales, respetando sus características originales tanto en estructura como en materiales (art. 69.3 del PORN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Se prohíbe la apertura de nuevos viales y caminos (art. 96.2 del PORN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Todos los residuos que se generen tendrán que ser retirados y entregados a un gestor autorizado (art. 97.1 del PORN)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Se tienen que llevar a cabo todas las medidas preventivas y correctoras mencionadas en el apartado 6 del estudio&lt;em&gt; de impacto ambiental&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;15. De acuerdo con el Servicio de Gestión Forestal y Protección del Suelo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="list-style-type:disc; margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Durante la realización de las obras habrá que cumplir el Decreto 125/2007, de 5 de octubre, por el que se dictan normas sobre el uso del fuego y se regula el ejercicio de determinadas actividades susceptibles de incrementar el riesgo de incendio forestal, especialmente en cuanto a las medidas de prevención durante la época de peligro de incendio forestal y las acciones coyunturales de prevención (art. 8.2.&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;También se tienen que mantener las medidas preventivas establecidas en el proyecto para evitar la alteración del terreno, la erosión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;En lo referente a utilizar maquinaria y equipos, en terreno forestal y áreas contiguas de prevención, cuyo funcionamiento genere deflagración, chispas o descargas eléctricas susceptibles de provocar incendios forestales, se tiene que tener en cuenta lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El RD 15/2022 sobre medidas urgentes en materia de incendios forestales que prohíbe el uso de estas máquinas cuando el riesgo de incendios sea muy alto o extremo (Alerta Fuego 4). Se puede consultar en la página alertafoc.caib.es el nivel diario de alerta por riesgo meteorológico de incendio forestal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Las maquinas que se usen en terrenos forestales o menos de 500 m de los mismos se utilizarán extremando las precauciones en su uso y adecuado mantenimiento (se aplicarán métodos de trabajo que eviten la provocación de chispas). El abastecimiento de gasolina de esta maquinaría se tiene que realizar en zonas de seguridad aclaradas de combustible vegetal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;16. De acuerdo con el Servicio de Planificación de Emergencias y Protección Civil el proyecto tiene que contemplar las medidas de autoprotección con respecto al riesgo de incendio que se describen en el capítulo 11 y el Anexo 6 del Plan Especial para hacer frente al riesgo de incendios forestales (INFOBAL).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17. De acuerdo con los Servicios Técnicos de Urbanismo del Consejo de Mallorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Hace falta que el trazado de la red soterrada propuesta, así como sus zonas de servidumbre generadas, no afecten a los muros de piedra en seco existentes, catalogados como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la UNESCO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Sería conveniente trasladar el poste metálico existente situado en el extremo este del nuevo tramo de red soterrada de 80, para poder alejar la línea de MT existente del elemento catalogado, el Pi de l'Ensaïmada, tal y como se detalla en la ficha del Catálogo de Patrimonio&lt;em&gt; de Sóller.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;18. De acuerdo con el Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El CR se tendrá que separar al menos 10 m respecto del camino de Can Castelló y tendrá que ser de las mínimas dimensiones posibles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La acequia se tiene que separar 1 m de la era de Can Prohom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recomienda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Valorar técnicas de baja afección, como la perforación dirigida o el cruce bajo caminos, torrentes o elementos patrimoniales, en lugar de abrir zanjas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Implementar protocolos de minimización de emisiones durante la obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Aplicar criterios de eficiencia energética en los procesos de ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se recuerda que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 23 del Plan especial de ordenación y de protección de la ruta de pedra en sec, los proyectos de obras que afecten el trazado de la Ruta, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones sectoriales pertinentes que le sean de aplicación, requerirán la solicitud de autorización previa al órgano gestor de la Ruta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 69.3 del PORN las actuaciones y actividades de cualquier tipo que se lleven a cabo dentro del ámbito territorial del Plan tienen que prever la posible afectación del patrimonio arqueológico, paleontológico y etnológico y tienen que incorporar, si procede, las medidas preventivas adecuadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 29.1 del PORN las actuaciones que supongan el deterioro o la eliminación de la vegetación natural silvestre, así como de las semillas y sus propágulos están prohibidas en todo el ámbito territorial del Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 33.1 del PORN las actuaciones que supongan la alteración, muerte, mutilación, recogida o captura de animales silvestres o de sus huevos o crías quedan prohibidas dentro del ámbito territorial del Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;La Unión Europea ha establecido varias fechas de prohibición para el uso del gas SF6 en el Reglamento (UE) 2024/573: 1 de enero del 2026 para equipos hasta 24 kV, y 1 de enero del 2030 para equipos de 24 kV hasta 52 kV, 1 de enero de 2028 para equipos de 52 kV hasta 145 kV y 1 de enero de 2032 para aparatos eléctricos de alta tensión de más de 145kV o más de 50 KA de corriente de cortocircuito. Se tiene que considerar que las fechas establecidas por la Unión Europea son límites para la puesta en servicio de equipos, es decir, que aquellos instalados o previstos que no estén en funcionamiento, no podrán iniciar su actividad después de las fechas límite establecidas en la normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El régimen específico de protección sanitaria para emisiones radioeléctricas es el RD 1066/2001, pero para campos de baja frecuencia (50 Hz) generados por tendidos eléctricos, se utilizan como referencia los límites de la Recomendación 1999/519/CE y de la ICNIRP. De acuerdo con la Recomendación 1999/519/CE y las directrices de la ICNIRP, que España utiliza como referencia para los campos electromagnéticos de baja frecuencia, los valores de referencia para el público en general a 50 Hz son del orden de estas se mantendrán dentro de los límites 5 kV/m para el campo eléctrico y 100 μT para el campo magnético.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El desempeño de las medidas incluidas en el informe del Servicio de Gestión Forestal y Protección del Suelo no excluye de la responsabilidad de los propietarios/promotores en el cumplimiento de la legislación específica adecuada y el uso responsable de los medios que puedan ser causante de un incendio forestal o de los daños que un incendio forestal pueda causar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;22. El 15 de octubre de 2026 el promotor presentó documentación adicional para cumplir con el requisito de la Dirección Insular de Patrimonio del Consell de Mallorca, indicando que las modificaciones introducidas no aumentan las áreas ocupadas por el proyecto ni su impacto territorial. Esta documentación corresponde al proyecto ejecutivo firmado por el colegiado nº 27547 con el nº visado 24002801-R01 de 16/07/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;23. Los servicios técnicos de la Dirección General han informado favorablemente sobre el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministros y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Real Decreto 337/2014, de 9 de mayo, por el que se aprueban el Reglamento sobre condiciones técnicas y garantías de seguridad en instalaciones eléctricas de alta tensión y sus instrucciones técnicas complementarias ITC-RAT 01 a 23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Decreto Ley 4/2022, de 30 de marzo, por el que se adoptan medidas extraordinarias y urgentes para paliar la crisis económica y social producida por los efectos de la guerra de Ucrania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. El Decreto 99/1997, de 11 de julio, por el que se regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 36/2003, de 11 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. La Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, de 22 de julio de 2025, de delegación de competencias y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería (BOIB n.º 97 de 24 de julio de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Otorgar la autorización administrativa previa y de construcción, declaración en concreto de utilidad pública, del proyecto línea a 15 kV de interconexión entre la línea “Valldemossa” (propiedad de Edistribución Redes Digitales, SLU) y la línea “S'Heretat” (propiedad de Vall de Sóller Energia, SLU) en el polígono 5, parcelas 596 y 598 de Sóller, con las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Expediente: 2024/27141.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Denominación del proyecto: «Línea a 15 kV de interconexión entre la línea “Valldemossa” (propiedad de Edistribución Redes Digitales, SLU) y la línea “S'Heretat” (propiedad de Vall de Sóller Energia, SLU) en el polígono 5, parcelas 596 y 598 de Sóller».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Finalidad de la instalación: millorar el suministro eléctrico en la zona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar el proyecto ejecutivo firmado por el ingeniero técnico industrial n.º colegiado 27547, n.º visado 24002801 en fecha 1 de agosto de 2024 y el n.º de proyecto IBP240259 ITER 2064473 de junio de 2024 y las medidas correctoras y preventivas previstas en el estudio de impacto ambiental firmado por el ingeniero técnico forestal de Ingenieros im3, así como la modificación con nº de visado 24002801-R01 de 16/07/2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La declaración, en concreto, de la utilidad pública de la instalación eléctrica descrita en el proyecto aprobado, implica la necesidad de ocupar los bienes y derechos afectados e implica la ocupación urgente de estos bienes y derechos, para los propósitos previstos en el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa de 16 de diciembre de 1954.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La relación de bienes y derechos afectados por el proyecto que el solicitante considera de necesaria expropiación, se describe en la tabla anexa a este informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Informar que, en caso de que se instale aparellaje eléctrico que contenga gas hexafluoruro de azufre (SF6) u otros gases fluorados de efecto invernadero, el operador que lo ponga en funcionamiento por primera vez para su uso o explotación tendrá que cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en el Reglamento (UE) 2024/573 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 7 de febrero de 2024, sobre los gases fluorados de efecto invernadero, y en particular las prohibiciones, excepciones y obligaciones de registro previstas en el artículo 13, las cuales entran en vigor a partir del 1 de enero de 2026 para la media tensión hasta 24 kV. El operador tendrá que conservar la documentación acreditativa y registrar el uso de cualquier excepción ante la autoridad competente (Oficina Española de Cambio Climático), de acuerdo con lo establecido en el mencionado Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Informar que esta autorización se concede sin perjuicio de las concesiones y autorizaciones que sean necesarias relativas a las licencias municipales, la ordenación del territorio y el medio ambiente, y a cualesquiera otras motivadas por las disposiciones que le sean aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El plazo máximo para ejecutar y finalizar las obras es de 2 años desde la notificación de la resolución. Si transcurrido este plazo y las prórrogas que se hayan podido conceder, la persona titular no acredita la finalización de la instalación mediante la presentación del certificado de dirección y final de la instalación correspondiente, la Administración tiene que declarar su caducidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. La solicitud de puesta en servicio tiene que acompañarse de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Certificación de dirección de obra emitida por un técnico competente que acredite la adaptación de la obra al proyecto y el cumplimiento de todas las condiciones técnicas y reglamentarias vigentes, así como de los condicionantes establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Boletines emitidos por la empresa instaladora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. &lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
