    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las Illes Balears, por el hecho insular, son especialmente vulnerables al cambio climático. La modificación de las condiciones climáticas derivadas del calentamiento global tiene como consecuencia la aparición de amenazas ambientales locales. Según prevé la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología, las Illes Balears tendrán que afrontar un escenario climático futuro con un incremento de temperaturas superior a la media global (de entre 2 y 5 grados para 2100); con un mayor número e intensidad de olas de calor (de la media actual de una a dos olas de calor anuales a seis o siete anuales para 2100), con mayor número de días con temperaturas mínimas superiores a 20 °C y de noches cálidas; entre otros impactos climáticos como son la bajada de precipitaciones, la menor disponibilidad de agua, el incremento de fenómenos meteorológicos extremos, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El calor excesivo y sostenido comporta un aumento de la mortalidad y la morbilidad, especialmente en los grupos más vulnerables (personas que, o bien por su situación socioeconómica o bien por su condición, salud o edad sufren de manera más directa los efectos del calor, como, por ejemplo, la gente mayor). Cada verano (en el periodo 1 de junio-15 de septiembre), el Servicio de Epidemiología de la Dirección General de Salud Pública y Consumo pone en marcha el Sistema de Información por Ola de Calor (SIOC), para conocer con anticipación el riesgo de que se produzca una ola de calor y facilitar una aproximación al impacto real sobre la salud de estos episodios. De hecho, a lo largo de estos últimos años, las investigaciones referentes a los golpes de calor han aumentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las olas de calor se dan, además, en un entorno urbano cada vez más afectado por el llamado fenómeno de isla de calor urbano, en que se pueden dar temperaturas, a nivel local, hasta 5 °C superiores a las del clima regional a causa de la morfología de la ciudad y la tipología urbanística. La alteración del clima como consecuencia de la urbanización es importante por su influencia en el bienestar psicofísico y en las actividades de las personas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además, la existencia de la isla de calor tiene consecuencias económicas, puesto que puede aumentar el uso del aire acondicionado en verano (por las elevadas temperaturas que se alcanzan y el grado de humedad moderado) y contribuye a incrementar el cambio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Ley&amp;nbsp;10/2019, de 22 de febrero, de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética marca objetivos ambiciosos para la mitigación del cambio climático, es decir, para la reducción de emisiones de gases invernadero, pero también introduce la necesidad de desarrollar políticas de adaptación a los efectos del cambio climático. Un eje importante en este sentido es la planificación y la promoción de la resiliencia de los espacios urbanos para disminuir el riesgo climático de la población. Es, por lo tanto, urgente y necesario incidir en la mejora de nuestra resiliencia y adaptación al cambio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo, el 8 de noviembre de 2019, el Consejo de Gobierno aprobó la Declaración de Emergencia Climática en las Illes Balears y se comprometió a priorizar la lucha contra el calentamiento global de manera clara y transversal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Existen muchos de espacios públicos que necesitan una transformación que incorpore la perspectiva climática en su diseño. Incluso nuevos proyectos de espacios públicos tienen todavía muchas carencias en cuanto a la incorporación de verde urbano, espacios de sombra, acceso a puntos de agua... que permitan la utilización de estos espacios de manera óptima por parte de la población. La convocatoria que se propone tiene por objetivo incentivar la redacción y/o ejecución de proyectos que ayuden a dotar de una mayor resiliencia a los espacios urbanos y periurbanos, en la línea ya iniciada con anteriores convocatorias de adaptación al cambio climático; así como potenciar las sinergias entre las estrategias de adaptación y mitigación en la lucha frente al cambio climático.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro del ámbito del Pacto de Alcaldías, muchos de los ayuntamientos adheridos han mostrado interés en la ejecución de proyectos relacionados con la adaptación de sus municipios al cambio climático, incluyendo propuestas para la reducción del efecto isla de calor y la implantación de refugios climáticos en sus cascos urbanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otra finalidad es que esta convocatoria influya positivamente en la actividad económica relacionada con el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de los espacios públicos urbanos; una línea de actuaciones que constituye un pilar básico del futuro Plano de Transición Energética y Cambio Climático de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otro lado, esta convocatoria es una oportunidad para alinearse con la estrategia regional de innovación para una especialización inteligente RIS3 (Research and Innovation Smart Specialisation Strategy). Concretamente con las iniciativas 1.4 y 3.4, consistentes en la «Promoción de la imagen de las Illes Balears como un destino excelente de turismo sostenible» y «Posicionamiento estratégico del modelo turístico balear como líder internacional en el concepto de “servicios turísticos sostenibles de bienestar y calidad de vida”» respectivamente, ambas integradas en el objetivo 1 del documento consistente en «Diversificar y modernizar la estructura económica de las Illes Balears». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria da continuidad a la convocatoria de subvenciones aprobada por la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, de 18 de octubre, de 2025 (BOIB n.º 140, de 23 de octubre), relativa al diseño de refugios climáticos en el marco del impuesto de turismo sostenible (ITS2024-2025-084). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la necesidad urgente de proteger a la población frente a las frecuentes olas de calor y de mitigar el efecto de «isla de calor urbano», resulta imprescindible abrir esta nueva línea de ayudas para consolidar y ampliar la adaptación y la resiliencia de los espacios públicos urbanos y periurbanos de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular (BOIB n.º 151, de 15 de noviembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo&amp;nbsp;12 de la mencionada Orden establece que las subvenciones se concederán con sujeción a los principios de objetividad, transparencia, publicidad y concurrencia y que, como regla general, el sistema de selección tiene que ser el de concurso, a través de la comparación en un único procedimiento de todas las solicitudes presentadas, de conformidad con los criterios que establecen estas bases y los específicos que fijen las convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º 52, de 20 de abril). Esta convocatoria se incluye en la línea IV.5.1, Ayudas destinadas a impulsar proyectos de adaptación al cambio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 91, de 14 de julio de 2025), otorga las competencias en materia de cambio climático a la Consejería de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, mediante la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático (BOIB n.º 91, de 14 de julio de 2025). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por medio del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 25 de septiembre de 2026 se autorizó la tramitación de la convocatoria para el pago anticipado, sin garantía, del 80&amp;nbsp;% del importe de las ayudas previstas en la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de adaptación al cambio climático, en zonas urbanas y periurbanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 15 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y con los artículos 6.1 y 11.1 de la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular, corresponde aprobar la convocatoria de estas ayudas mediante una resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para actuaciones de adaptación al cambio climático, en zonas urbanas y periurbanas, en el marco del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas en las Illes Balears y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible (ITS20242025-084) establecida en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, que tendrá efectos desde el día siguiente de su publicación, y comunicarla a la Base de datos nacional de subvenciones (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo&amp;nbsp;124 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Los organismos autónomos, las entidades públicas empresariales, las sociedades mercantiles públicas, las fundaciones del sector público y los consorcios que lleven a cabo la actividad en el ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los consejos insulares, los ayuntamientos y las entidades locales menores de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Los beneficiarios son gestores de espacios públicos y el objetivo de la convocatoria es el fomento de una actividad de interés público o de interés social o de promoción de una finalidad publica. Así pues, no hay competencia con el mercado y quedan fuera de las ayudas de estado y, por lo tanto, exentos de la aplicación del Reglamento 651/2014 de la Comisión de 17 de junio de 2014 (DOUE 187/1, de 26 de junio de 2014), por el que se declaran determinadas categorías de ayudas compatibles con el mercado interior en la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado, y del Reglamento (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comisión, de 13 de diciembre de 2023, relativo a la aplicación de los artículos 107 y 108 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea a las ayudas de minimis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir los requisitos del artículo 8 de la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular (BOIB n.º 151, de 15 de noviembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir las obligaciones del artículo 9 de la Orden mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En caso de que el beneficiario sea un ayuntamiento, tiene que estar adherido al Pacto de Alcaldías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Los beneficiarios no pueden encontrarse en ninguna de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, ni en el artículo 13 de la Ley General de Subvenciones, y en concreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Quién haya sido sancionado mediante una resolución firme con la pérdida del derecho a recibir subvenciones, de acuerdo con los artículos 37.2.a) y 37.3.a) de la Ley 8/2016, de 30 de mayo, para garantizar los derechos de lesbianas, gays, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales y para erradicar la LGTBI-fobia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Quién se encuentre en los supuestos establecidos en el artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres, por haber sido objeto de sanciones por ejercer o tolerar prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, por resolución administrativa firme o sentencia judicial firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Programas de incentivos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Los programas de incentivos subvencionables serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programa de incentivos 1:&lt;/strong&gt; diseño o mejora de la red municipal de refugios climáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programa de incentivos 2: &lt;/strong&gt;ejecución y/o adecuación de refugios climáticos. Se prevé la ejecución de nuevos refugios climáticos exteriores, actuaciones de mejora de refugios climáticos exteriores existentes, actuaciones de renaturalización de corredores que conectan la red de refugios climáticos municipal y actuaciones de adecuación de espacios públicos interiores a su uso como refugio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El programa de incentivos 2 tiene que realizarse conjuntamente con el programa de incentivos 1, excepto cuando la entidad solicitante cumpla alguno de estos supuestos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Que la entidad solicitante ya sea beneficiaria de la primera convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el diseño de refugios como espacios que ofrecen confort térmico en las Illes Balears (2.ª fase) en el marco del impuesto sobre estancias turísticas en las Illes Balears y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible (ITS2024-2025-084) del año 2025, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Que la entidad solicitante ya cuente con una red municipal de refugios climáticos aprobada que cumpla con los requisitos del proyecto de red previstos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El programa de incentivos 1 solo podrá subvencionarse si se realiza conjuntamente con la ejecución de alguna de las actuaciones previstas en el programa de incentivos 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Importe y crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El crédito asignado inicialmente a esta convocatoria es de 2.000.000,00 €, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Año 2026: 0 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Año 2027: 1.600.000,00 €, que se concederán con cargo al presupuesto de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, centro de coste 19701, subprograma 572A01, capítulo 7, FF 25064, siempre que exista crédito adecuado y suficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Año 2028: 400.000,00 €, que se concederán con cargo al presupuesto de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, centro de coste 19701, subprograma 572A01, capítulo 7, FF 25064, siempre que exista crédito adecuado y suficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las partidas del presupuesto de gastos correspondientes a cada una de las anualidades a que se imputa esta convocatoria se financian mediante el impuesto sobre estancias turísticas en las Illes Balears y de medidas de impulso del turismo sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta distribución se entiende que tiene carácter estimativo y la alteración eventual no exige modificar la convocatoria, sin perjuicio de tramitar el procedimiento presupuestario y contable que corresponda, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 11.3.c) de las bases reguladoras de esta convocatoria de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En caso de que no se cubra la totalidad del presupuesto inicial asignado a cada anualidad, el importe remanente se asignará a la anualidad siguiente de este programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Una vez analizadas todas las solicitudes, en caso de que no se cubra la totalidad del presupuesto inicial, el importe remanente puede asignarse a otro proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Siempre que las disponibilidades presupuestarias lo permitan, se pueden incrementar los importes de esta convocatoria. El importe consignado inicialmente se puede ampliar mediante una resolución de modificación de la convocatoria, con los efectos, si procede, dispuestos en el artículo 39.3 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. La modificación mencionada, salvo que se establezca otra cosa, no implica que el plazo para presentar solicitudes se amplíe, ni afecta a la tramitación ordinaria de las solicitudes presentadas y no resueltas expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Compatibilidad con otras ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estas ayudas son compatibles con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales, siempre que se cumpla el artículo&amp;nbsp;20 del Decreto Legislativo&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones; excepto que la normativa específica de las otras subvenciones o ayudas concedidas no lo permita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En caso de que se produzca un exceso de financiación sobre el coste de una actividad a consecuencia de otras subvenciones de otras entidades públicas o privadas, se reintegrará el importe total que excede el coste hasta el límite de la subvención otorgada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Son subvencionables en esta convocatoria la ejecución de proyectos piloto de carácter innovador y/o la redacción de proyectos e informes técnicos que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La relación entre las actuaciones subvencionables de cada programa de incentivos quedará condicionada a lo establecido en los apartados 2 y 3 del punto cuarto de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octavo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Definiciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria, se entiende por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Refugios climáticos: son los espacios adaptados al cambio climático, diseñados con integración de la naturaleza, sombras, vegetación y elementos de agua —así como actividades recreativas, culturales y sociales— para ofrecer confort térmico a las personas que se encuentren en áreas especialmente vulnerables al fenómeno isla de calor o durante los periodos de temperaturas extremas. Las condiciones mínimas de un refugio climático son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Espacios que proporcionen confort térmico a la población, mientras mantienen sus usos y funcionalidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser interiores (temperatura de 26 °C) o exteriores (parques, jardines y plazas con presencia elevada de verde urbano y fuentes de agua). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abiertos al público y gratuitos (salvo algunos equipamientos con precios públicos fijados, como las piscinas públicas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Accesibles y disponer de áreas de descanso (bancos, sillas, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disponer de fuentes o puntos de hidratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar señalizados como tales y tienen que dar información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Espacios urbanos:&lt;/strong&gt; perteneciente o relativo a la ciudad y a otros núcleos de población.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Espacios periurbanos:&lt;/strong&gt; espacio de transición donde se superponen varias franjas que pasan de una mayor a una menor ruralidad en función de la distancia respecto de la ciudad central.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Regla 3-30-300.&lt;/strong&gt; Toda la ciudadanía tiene que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poder ver, como mínimo, 3 árboles desde su casa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cada barrio tiene que haber el 30 % de cubierta vegetal o copas de árboles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Garantizar la proximidad y fácil acceso, a 300 metros, a espacios verdes de alta calidad para uso recreativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Soluciones basadas en la naturaleza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;son acciones para proteger, gestionar de forma sostenible y restaurar ecosistemas naturales y modificados que abordan retos de la sociedad de manera eficaz y adaptativa, a la vez que proporcionan beneficios para el bienestar humano y la biodiversidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Arquitectura bioclimática: &lt;/strong&gt;es el tipo de arquitectura que diseña las edificaciones para aprovechar los recursos naturales y las condiciones climáticas del entorno para reducir el consumo y mejorar la eficiencia energética y el confort térmico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Noveno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos de las actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Requisitos generales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Son subvencionables las actuaciones que se realicen en zonas urbanas y periurbanas de las Illes Balears y que cumplan con las condiciones establecidas por esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Únicamente se subvencionarán las actuaciones que se realicen desde el 1 de enero de 2026 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2028.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisitos específicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programa de incentivos 1:&lt;/strong&gt; son subvencionables las actuaciones destinadas al estudio y redacción del proyecto de red de refugios climáticos municipal o la adaptación de uno existente a las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los &lt;strong&gt;requisitos específicos &lt;/strong&gt;del programa 1, el proyecto de red de refugios municipal debe tener el siguiente contenido mínimo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Definir el proceso de participación pública para el diseño de la red.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Diagnosis de las condiciones climáticas del municipio, estimación de la población (residente, flotante y visitante).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Análisis de la vulnerabilidad urbana teniendo en cuenta aspectos ambientales, espaciales y socioeconómicos, para establecer un mapa de zonas vulnerables del municipio y poder definir la red de refugios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Objetivos generales y específicos del proyecto (alcance poblacional, número de refugios, creación de m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de sombra, número de árboles plantados, m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de pavimento no drenante sustituido, número de nuevas fuentes de agua instaladas, etc.) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Identificación y diseño de los refugios climáticos existentes y potenciales. Para incluir espacios en la red de refugios, estos tendrán unas condiciones mínimas, como se especifica en la definición de refugio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Análisis de la accesibilidad de los refugios climáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Diseño de la red, interconectada mediante corredores verdes, teniendo en cuenta y justificando sus parámetros y objetivos; entre ellos distancia y tiempo máximo de acceso a pie, porcentaje mínimo de la población urbana beneficiaria, el porcentaje de espacios exteriores-interiores destinados a refugio, así como la interconexión de estos mediante corredores verdes o rutas seguras de peatones o ciclables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Cronograma de implantación del plan de refugios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Dado que la mayoría de las actuaciones realizadas, incluidas en el programa de incentivos 2, tienen que estar basadas en la renaturalización y reforestación del espacio urbano, estas actuaciones tienen que prever un plan de mantenimiento para garantizar la supervivencia de cada una de las unidades plantadas. Se garantizará la presencia de un suelo estructurante, protección y dimensiones mínimas de los alcorques, autosuficiencia hídrica mediante la implantación de sistemas urbanos de drenaje sostenible y automatización del riego (u otra alternativa si este no es económicamente viable) durante los dos primeros años desde la implantación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Geolocalización y elaboración de cartografía de la red de refugios climáticos existentes, potenciales y proyectados; así como la conexión de los mismos mediante corredores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programa de incentivos 2:&lt;/strong&gt; son subvencionables las actuaciones inherentes a la ejecución y/o adecuación de refugios climáticos, y en concreto las destinadas a nuevos refugios climáticos exteriores, actuaciones de mejora de refugios climáticos exteriores existentes, actuaciones de renaturalización de corredores que conectan la red de refugios climáticos municipal y actuaciones de adecuación de espacios públicos interiores a su uso como refugio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los requisitos específicos del programa 2, relativos a nuevos refugios climáticos exteriores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Los proyectos de nuevos refugios climáticos exteriores tendrán una visión integral del espacio donde se actuará, y evitarán las acciones puntuales disociadas de su entorno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) El diseño de los refugios climáticos presentados estarán fundamentados en las soluciones basadas en la naturaleza (SBN). Estas soluciones contribuyen a que las ciudades sean más saludables y habitables y con más capacidad de resiliencia ante amenazas del cambio climático, y ayudan a la consecución de la regla 3-30-300 de los cascos urbanos beneficiarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las SBN en espacios públicos están destinadas a atenuar el efecto isla de calor urbano, prioritariamente optando por actuaciones de renaturalización mediante el incremento de la cubierta vegetal urbana, sobre todo arbolada, y la disminución de las superficies pavimentadas. Sin embargo, se podrán valorar las actuaciones mixtas, que combinen los elementos naturales con artificiales como, por ejemplo, toldos, pérgolas o estructuras fabricadas con materiales sostenibles, sistemas urbanos de drenaje sostenible, láminas de agua o soluciones bioclimáticas, entre otros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Dado que la mayoría de las actuaciones realizadas, incluidas en el programa de incentivos 2, tienen que estar basadas en la renaturalización y reforestación del espacio urbano, estas actuaciones tienen que prever un programa de mantenimiento para garantizar la supervivencia de cada una de las unidades plantadas. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Se justificará la idoneidad de las especies vegetales escogidas para la renaturalización de los espacios, por lo que se dará prioridad a especies con bajo consumo hídrico, alta capacidad de cobertura y mayor atracción de biodiversidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Se garantizará la accesibilidad del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Se dotará al refugio de áreas de descanso con bancos, sillas o infraestructuras similares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Se dotará al refugio de fuentes de agua o puntos de hidratación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Al finalizar la ejecución de las actuaciones, se realizará un seguimiento durante los 2 años siguientes a su finalización, de los resultados obtenidos y de la evolución de los indicadores definidos en la memoria técnica, preferentemente mediante la grabación automática de datos. Estos datos serán de difusión pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los requisitos específicos del programa 2, relativos a actuaciones de mejora de refugios climáticos exteriores existentes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estas actuaciones de carácter puntual tienen que servir para dotar a los refugios existentes de los requisitos exigidos en el proyecto de red de refugios de los que todavía no dispongan. Por ejemplo, fuentes de agua, señalización, zonas de descanso, renaturalización, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Al final de la actuación, el refugio tiene que cumplir con los requisitos mínimos exigidos por el plan de refugios (accesibilidad, puntos de agua, áreas de descanso, señalización, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Si la mejora consiste en la renaturalización del refugio, se tienen que cumplir las condiciones de los puntos b, c, d y e del programa de incentivos 2 relativo a nuevos refugios climáticos exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los requisitos específicos del programa 2, relativos a actuaciones de renaturalización de corredores que conectan la red de refugios climáticos municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estas actuaciones están destinadas a la renaturalización de los corredores para peatones/ciclistas que conectan los refugios, con el objetivo de disminuir la isla de calor y aumentar la superficie de sombras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Las actuaciones de renaturalización consistentes en la plantación de árboles, preverán un programa de mantenimiento para garantizar la supervivencia de cada una de las unidades plantadas. Se garantizará la presencia de un suelo estructurante, protección y dimensiones mínimas de los alcorques, autosuficiencia hídrica mediante la implantación de sistemas urbanos de drenaje sostenible y automatización del riego (u otra alternativa si esta no es económicamente viable) durante los dos primeros años desde la implantación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Se justificará la idoneidad de las especies vegetales escogidas para la renaturalización de los espacios, por lo que se dará prioridad a especies con bajo consumo hídrico, alta capacidad de cobertura y mayor atracción de biodiversidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a los requisitos específicos del programa 2, relativos a actuaciones de adecuación de espacios públicos interiores a su uso como refugio climático:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Las instalaciones dispondrán de un sistema de monitorización de la energía eléctrica consumida y, si procede, producida por la generación de energías renovables in situ y que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mostrará como mínimo la producción energética renovable en términos diarios, mensuales y anuales, y el correspondiente consumo energético para los mismos periodos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Además de lo anterior, el sistema puede mostrar datos adicionales como, por ejemplo: emisiones de CO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; evitadas y ahorro económico generado para el propietario de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los materiales utilizados en la construcción o rehabilitación tienen que ser sostenibles de bajo impacto y preferentemente de origen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La construcción o rehabilitación del refugio climático interior será un tipo de arquitectura bioclimática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Los sistemas de climatización utilizarán tecnologías de bajo consumo, a tal efecto, se presentará el certificado de eficiencia energética de la tecnología propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Preferentemente, producir energía renovable in situ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Tendrá espacios adecuados para el recreo y el descanso de los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Son subvencionables los gastos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Gastos para la redacción de informes y proyectos de las actuaciones objeto de subvención, incluidos gastos de personal contratado para el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado, dietas y desplazamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Gastos de ejecución de las actuaciones objeto de subvención, incluyendo obras, dirección de obras, adquisición y colocación de equipamiento, paneles informativos, jardinería e instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A estos efectos, se entenderá que el gasto se ha realizado cuando se ha llevado a cabo la actividad subvencionada que origina el gasto y cuando esta ha sido efectivamente pagada dentro del plazo de ejecución establecido en el punto noveno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) El IVA es subvencionable siempre que el beneficiario no lo pueda recuperar o compensar y el beneficiario lo abone efectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Se subvencionará el mobiliario urbano asociado al proyecto (jardineras, mesas, asientos, papeleras, luminarias u otras), o el mobiliario interior —en el caso de proyectos de adecuación de espacios públicos interiores a su uso como refugio climático— que no esté orientado a atenuar la temperatura. El mobiliario será de materiales de bajo impacto ambiental, y preferentemente local. Se puede destinar una partida presupuestaria del 30 % como máximo del presupuesto total del proyecto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Sistemas de gestión, control activo y monitorización de datos. Estos equipos serán propiedad del beneficiario de la ayuda y estarán vinculados a la actuación objeto de la ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. No se consideran gastos subvencionables los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Los gastos sobre la gestión de las subvenciones (solicitud y justificación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Los gastos propios, sean de personal, funcionamiento o gastos generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Cualesquiera otros gastos de promoción en los que el solicitante incurra para desarrollar el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Autorizaciones administrativas, licencias, permisos, coste de avales y/o fianzas, multas, tasas o tributos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Cualquier gasto asociado a gestiones, contrataciones, consultas o trámites administrativos, incluso si son necesarios para obtener permisos o licencias, que no estén incluidos en el apartado 1 de este punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Coste de adquisición o arrendamiento de terrenos utilizados tanto para el proyecto de inversión como para las infraestructuras de evacuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Seguros subscritos por el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Estudios de impacto ambiental y costes de visado de proyectos técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) La vigilancia y seguridad durante la ejecución de la obra hasta la fecha de puesta en marcha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Adecuación de los accesos en las carreteras públicas y caminos existentes hasta las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Costes financieros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoprimero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Se establecen las cuantías de subvención en función de los siguientes programas de incentivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Programa de incentivos 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 100 % del coste subvencionable, con una ayuda máxima para la redacción del informe y/o proyecto de una actuación incluida en el programa de incentivos 1 será de 25.000&amp;nbsp;euros para los municipios de menos de 20.000 habitantes y de 50.000 euros para los municipios de más de 20.000 habitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Programa de incentivo 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe máximo subvencionable por beneficiario será del 80 % del coste subvencionable, con una ayuda máxima del presupuesto de 250.000&amp;nbsp;euros. Sin embargo, en el supuesto del programa de incentivos 2, si queda crédito disponible una vez finalizado el plazo para presentar las solicitudes, se podrán atender las peticiones para subvencionar la ejecución de otro proyecto con mayor puntuación obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El importe máximo de ayuda para la redacción del informe y/o proyecto y la dirección de obra de una actuación incluida en los programa de incentivo 2 será de un 8 % del presupuesto del proyecto o una cantidad máxima de 25.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de que el beneficiario reciba otras subvenciones o ayudas para la misma actividad o tipo de actuación, el importe de las subvenciones establecidas en esta Resolución no puede ser, en ningún caso, de una cuantía que, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimosegundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Cada entidad presentará una única solicitud con los proyectos que tenga que llevar a cabo. En primer lugar, en su caso, indicará el programa de incentivos 1, seguido de los proyectos del programa 2 por orden de prioridad. Solo se concederá el programa de incentivos 1 y otro proyecto del programa 2, de acuerdo con el apartado 3 del punto cuarto del anexo 1 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resto de los proyectos del programa 2 solicitados podrán tenerse en cuenta en los supuestos de que exista remanente presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las entidades interesadas tienen que presentar la solicitud dirigida a la Consejería de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) De forma telemática y exclusivamente a través del trámite específico para subvenciones que se pondrá a disposición de los interesados en la web http://canviclimatic.caib.es, y en la Sede Electrónica de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, mediante el procedimiento adecuado, de conformidad con el artículo 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se tendrán por presentadas las solicitudes que se presenten por cualquier otra vía telemática diferente de este trámite telemático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) De acuerdo con el modelo normalizado «Documento 1. Solicitud de subvención» disponible en los sitios web mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La presentación de la solicitud supone que el solicitante acepta las prescripciones contenidas en la convocatoria y en la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular. Así mismo, la entidad solicitante, en su condición de Administración pública, está exenta de la obligación de acreditar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, de acuerdo con el artículo 24.6 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, la presentación de la solicitud comporta la autorización al órgano instructor para consultar datos de oficio a las administraciones competentes. Si el solicitante se opone expresamente a esta consulta, tendrá que aportar, alternativamente, el certificado oficial de la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social que acredite estar al corriente de las mencionadas obligaciones, o bien, si procede, una declaración responsable que lo certifique.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tiene que indicar en el «Documento 1. Solicitud de subvención» si se ha solicitado o recibido otra ayuda por el mismo concepto, y se tiene que especificar el organismo y la fecha de resolución de concesión, así como también la cuantía y los datos bancarios a efectos del ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Junto con la solicitud, se aportará la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acuerdo del órgano competente por el que se aprueba la solicitud de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificado del órgano competente, en el que se especificará el compromiso para la reserva de crédito suficiente y adecuada para realizar las actuaciones proyectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaración responsable del secretario o del órgano competente que las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda se llevarán a cabo de acuerdo con la legislación de contratación de la Administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaración responsable de cumplimiento del principio de no causar un perjuicio significativo al medio ambiente (DNHS) en cumplimiento del artículo 9.4 del Reglamento UE 2021/1060, y el artículo 17 del Reglamento UE 2020/85.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Declaración responsable de la reutilización de los residuos de construcción y demolición de las obras en un 80 %, salvo los proyectos de adecuación de espacios públicos interiores a su uso como refugio climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Memoria explicativa de la actuación (que no excederá de 30 páginas) que tiene que incluir, como mínimo, la siguiente información, según el modelo normalizado «Documento 2. Memoria de la actuación»:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Título del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objetivos generales y específicos del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificación de las actuaciones que se proponen. Describir su encaje en el marco de otros planes y estrategias municipales y supramunicipales, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Situación actual y descripción de las actuaciones que a desarrollar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cronograma orientativo del desarrollo de los trabajos y plan de seguimiento (que incluirá la descripción de la metodología de gobernanza y participación que se desarrollará a lo largo del proyecto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Metodología para el desarrollo del proyecto (participación, plan de seguimiento, herramientas de evaluación...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presupuesto total y desglosado por actuaciones y/o fases y por conceptos de gasto, con indicación de la cuantía de la ayuda que se solicita; de las ayudas o subvenciones concedidas por otros estamentos públicos o privados para la realización de la misma actuación; y también, si procede, los ingresos previstos para la ejecución de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultados esperados en relación con su contribución a los objetivos de adaptación al cambio climático. Se incluirán, como mínimo, los siguientes indicadores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Disminución de la temperatura (en ºC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aumento de la superficie de sombra (en m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y % de creciente respecto de la situación inicial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aumento de la superficie permeable, no pavimentada (en m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y % de creciente con respecto a la situación inicial). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de fuentes de agua potable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de puntos de agua (balsas de agua o estanques artificiales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Áreas de descanso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- De manera adicional, se podrán aportar otros indicadores de adaptación de los contenidos en el punto vigésimo de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En virtud del artículo 28.3 de la Ley 39/2015, las entidades solicitantes tienen derecho a no aportar la documentación que ya hayan aportado anteriormente a cualquier administración, siempre que identifiquen el momento de presentación y el órgano ante el cual la presentaron. Así mismo, de acuerdo con el artículo 4 del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos, no es necesario adjuntar la documentación en caso de que ya esté en poder de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático porque se ha aportado en otras convocatorias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En estos casos, debe rellenarse el apartado de Documentación de que ya dispone alguna administración pública del modelo normalizado «Documento 1. Solicitud de subvención». El solicitante tiene que hacer constar la identificación del documento, el expediente en el que se encuentra la documentación y el órgano y la administración ante la cual se presentó. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso excepcional de que la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático no pueda conseguir la documentación electrónicamente, puede requerirá la entidad solicitante para que lo aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático puede solicitar a los interesados, en cualquier momento, la documentación y la información complementaria que considere necesaria para resolver el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Dado que los beneficiarios son administraciones y entidades de carácter público, las actuaciones objeto de la subvención se llevarán a cabo de acuerdo con la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Las notificaciones se realizarán por medios telemáticos, de conformidad con el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Si la solicitud aportada no cumple los requisitos exigidos, se requerirá al solicitante para que, en el plazo de diez días hábiles, subsane la falta o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación que, si no lo hace, se considera que desiste en la solicitud, con la resolución previa que se dictará en los términos establecidos en el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes se inicia el décimo día hábil a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria y finaliza dos meses después de la fecha de inicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimocuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El órgano instructor de este procedimiento es la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático, mediante el Servicio de Cambio Climático y Atmósfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano instructor llevará a cabo todas las actuaciones establecidas en el marco de la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular (BOIB n.º 151, de 15 de noviembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoquinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Régimen de concesión de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se tramitará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva mediante la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, a fin de establecer una prelación entre las mismas y conceder la subvención, con el límite del crédito disponible, a las que hayan obtenido mayor valoración, siempre aplicando los criterios de valoración establecidos en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimosexto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Criterios de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Una vez revisada la solicitud presentada y realizada, en su caso, la subsanación pertinente, la Comisión Evaluadora se reunirá para su examen y valoración, de acuerdo con los criterios generales del artículo 12 de las bases reguladoras y con los criterios específicos establecidos en el anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las ayudas se concederán por orden de puntuación hasta agotar el presupuesto, y quedarán en lista de espera los proyectos que, a pesar de superar la puntuación mínima, no obtengan ayuda económica. Únicamente obtendrán ayuda los proyectos que, en la valoración que realice la Comisión Evaluadora, obtengan una puntuación mínima de 50 puntos sobre 100.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En caso de que dos o más proyectos obtengan la misma puntuación, el criterio de desempate será la fecha de presentación de la solicitud de subvención o de las subsanaciones, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En el supuesto de que alguna entidad beneficiaria renuncie a la ayuda, el órgano que la concede la otorgará a la entidad o a las entidades solicitantes siguientes por orden de puntuación, sin necesidad de hacer una nueva convocatoria, siempre que, con la renuncia de alguna de las entidades beneficiarias, se haya liberado crédito suficiente para atender las solicitudes que hayan superado la puntuación mínima prevista. El órgano concedente de la ayuda notificará la propuesta a las entidades interesadas. Una vez que la entidad solicitante o las entidades solicitantes hayan aceptado la propuesta, se dictará el acto de concesión y se notificará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En caso de disponer de presupuesto adicional al previsto en las bases, la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático lo asignará, por orden de puntuación, a los proyectos que no hayan obtenido subvención, siempre que superen la puntuación mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoséptimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Comisión Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Comisión Evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al que le corresponde examinar y valorar todas las solicitudes presentadas, de acuerdo con el punto decimosexto, «criterios de valoración», y con el punto decimoctavo, «procedimiento de concesión de las subvenciones», y emitir un informe que servirá de base al director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático para hacer la propuesta de resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Comisión Evaluadora está compuesta por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: el director general de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario o secretaria: un representante de la Sección Jurídica de la Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales: el jefe del Departamento de Energía y Cambio Climático; la jefa del Servicio de Cambio Climático y Atmósfera; un representante técnico de la Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cuando el presidente de la Comisión Evaluadora lo estime necesario, se pueden incorporar a la Comisión, con voz, pero sin voto, las personas que se consideren adecuadas, con conocimientos o experiencia en materia de adaptación al cambio climático o expertas en la materia objeto del proyecto, o las que hayan valorado el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El funcionamiento de la Comisión Evaluadora se ajustará a lo establecido en el artículo&amp;nbsp;17 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimoctavo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Procedimiento de concesión de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Todas las solicitudes de subvención presentadas dentro del plazo se resolverán una vez que se hayan valorado todas las solicitudes mediante la puntuación, definida en esta convocatoria en el anexo 2, y revisión de la Comisión Evaluadora. Las ayudas se otorgarán hasta que se agote el crédito destinado a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El órgano instructor, visto el expediente de la Comisión Evaluadora, emitirá la propuesta de resolución provisional debidamente motivada, la cual se notificará a las entidades interesadas de acuerdo con la Ley 39/2015, y se les concederá un plazo de diez días hábiles para alegar y presentar los documentos y justificaciones que estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se puede prescindir de este trámite de audiencia cuando no figuren en el procedimiento ni sean tenidos en cuenta otros hechos ni otras alegaciones y pruebas que las aducidas por los interesados. En este caso, la propuesta de resolución formulada tiene carácter de definitiva. Estas alegaciones se harán exclusivamente de forma telemática, mediante el modelo normalizado «Documento 3. Alegaciones a la propuesta de resolución».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora y las alegaciones formuladas por los interesados en el trámite de audiencia, el órgano instructor emitirá la propuesta de resolución definitiva, en la que se motivará si se estiman o no las alegaciones presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las propuestas de resolución provisionales y definitivas no generan ningún derecho a favor de la entidad interesada ante la Administración mientras no se dicte y se notifique la resolución de concesión correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El consejero, vista la propuesta de resolución definitiva, tiene que dictar y notificar la resolución en el plazo máximo de 6 meses, a contar desde la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La resolución expresa del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. De acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 35 y 88 de la Ley 39/2015, esta resolución tiene que estar debidamente motivada. Así mismo, el contenido y los elementos que tiene que especificar esta resolución se ajustarán a lo determinado en el apartado 16 de la Orden 31/2025, de 11 de noviembre, del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de energía, transición energética, adaptación al cambio climático, mitigación e investigación del mismo, residuos y fomento de la economía circular. En la resolución también se tiene que mencionar que las ayudas proceden del impuesto de turismo sostenible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La información sobre las concesiones de subvenciones se comunicará a la Base de datos nacional de subvenciones, en los términos en los que se establece esta obligación de comunicación en el artículo&amp;nbsp;20 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;38/2003 y el resto de normativa de desarrollo de esta obligación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decimonoveno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Forma de pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. De acuerdo con el artículo 26.3 de la Orden de bases, en relación con el artículo 37.2 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, el Consejo de Gobierno de día 25 de septiembre de 2026, a propuesta del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía, ha autorizado el pago anticipado de la subvención por razones de interés público en la forma establecida en el punto 2 de este apartado. Las entidades beneficiarias están eximidas de presentar garantía, de acuerdo con el artículo 173.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de Haciendas Locales y el artículo 42.2.a) del Real Decreto 887/2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La forma de pago es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Un 80 % de la subvención concedida en concepto de anticipo, que se tramita de oficio después de que se haya concedido la subvención, con cargo a los presupuestos del año 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Hasta el 20 % del importe de la subvención concedida una vez que se haya presentado la documentación justificativa establecida en el punto vigésimo de este anexo y siempre que el órgano competente la haya revisado, con cargo a los presupuestos del año 2028.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las obligaciones reconocidas a favor de las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones se pagarán según las disponibilidades de la Tesorería de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Justificación de las actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Antes del 1 de noviembre de 2028 se justificará la realización de la actividad subvencionada y se acreditará el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se ha otorgado la subvención presentando un informe final de las actuaciones con la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La memoria técnica (modelo normalizado «Documento 5. Memoria justificativa técnica»), en que se justifique el cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas a la concesión de la subvención, con la indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripción de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Logro de los objetivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estimación de cómo se prevé que mejoren los indicadores de adaptación (descenso del riesgo o de la vulnerabilidad) asociados al proyecto. Como mínimo, se tendrá que aportar la evolución de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Disminución de la temperatura (en ºC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aumento de la superficie de sombra (en m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y % de creciente con respecto a la situación inicial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aumento de la superficie permeable, no pavimentada (en m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y % de creciente con respecto a la situación inicial). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de fuentes de agua potable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de puntos de agua (balsas de agua o estanques artificiales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de áreas de descanso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se podrán aportar otros indicadores para determinar la efectividad de la acción subvencionada, como por ejemplo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Porcentaje de crecimiento zona verde (número de ejemplares, m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, variedad de especies, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Actuaciones sobre el suelo natural (capacidad de retención del suelo, textura y profundidad del suelo mejorado, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Decrecimiento de la exposición solar de las fachadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Diferencia de temperaturas máximas y mínimas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotografías realizadas antes, durante y después de las actuaciones u otros comprobantes de la realización de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultados sobre el desarrollo del proyecto que recoja las claves y las lecciones aprendidas, de forma que se facilite extrapolar el proyecto a otros municipios y/o comarcas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que la entidad beneficiaria presente una solicitud de redacción de informe y/o proyecto de actuación, la memoria técnica contendrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripción de la actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe y/o proyecto resultante en formato digital con el contenido mínimo descrito en el apartado 2 del punto noveno de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La memoria económica de las actuaciones realizadas en el modelo normalizado, «Documento 6. Memoria justificativa económica», que incluirá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.º Una lista clasificada de los gastos de la actividad, con la identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.º Las facturas o los documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil, o con eficacia administrativa, que justifiquen los gastos. El contenido mínimo de las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio tiene que estar de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;1619/2012, de 30 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento que regula las obligaciones de facturación, parcialmente modificado por la Ley&amp;nbsp;28/2014, de 27 de noviembre, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;24 del Código de comercio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.º El justificante de pago. Los justificantes se acreditarán de alguna de las maneras siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocopia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o documento bancario acreditativo del pago, en el que figurarán: la fecha del documento; el importe; la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y también los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que tienen que coincidir con el beneficiario y con el emisor de la factura, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo, siempre que esté vencido, junto con el extracto bancario del beneficiario de la ayuda, en el que tiene que constar el cargo de este cheque o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, para las facturas inferiores a 500&amp;nbsp;euros (IVA incluido) es justificante suficiente el recibo de pago firmado por el proveedor. No se admiten facturas justificativas inferiores a 100&amp;nbsp;euros (IVA incluido).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.º En el caso de gastos de personal contratado específicamente para el desarrollo de actividades subvencionadas, una copia del contrato de trabajo con el personal con destino específico a las actividades subvencionadas y certificación emitida por la persona responsable de personal. Así mismo, la efectividad del pago de nóminas se acreditará mediante recibo de salarios de acuerdo con la Orden del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social de 27 de diciembre de 1994 o norma que la sustituya. En todo caso, se tiene que demostrar inequívocamente la dedicación exclusiva a las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.º Una lista detallada otros ingresos o subvenciones, con la indicación del importe y su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.º El certificado del secretario o secretaria o del órgano competente que acredite que las actuaciones objeto de la ayuda se han llevado a cabo de acuerdo con la legislación de contratación de la Administración pública y del sector público. Si el gasto subvencionable supera las cuantías establecidas en la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público para contrato menor, se tiene que acreditar que se cumple con la normativa de contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cuando la entidad interesada no presente la documentación justificativa a la que hace referencia este apartado, el órgano competente requerirá al beneficiario para que subsane los defectos de justificación, dentro de los quince días hábiles siguientes, a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido el requerimiento.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo sin que la entidad beneficiaria haya presentado la documentación, se iniciará un procedimiento de revocación y reintegro, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 37 de la Ley General de Subvenciones y los artículos 44 y 45 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si la documentación justificativa presentada es insuficiente, y para que se considere justificada correctamente la subvención, el órgano concedente tiene que poner en conocimiento de la entidad beneficiaria la carencia observada para que pueda subsanarla en un plazo de diez días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la recepción del requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo sin que la entidad beneficiaria haya presentado la subsanación de la documentación, se iniciará un procedimiento de revocación y reintegro, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 37 de la Ley General de Subvenciones y los artículos 44 y 45 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado 19.4 de la Orden 31/2025, si transcurre el plazo de justificación sin haberla presentado, el órgano competente requerirá al beneficiario para que la presente en el plazo improrrogable de quince días. La falta de presentación en este plazo provocará la revocación de la subvención y, si procede, el reintegro de la misma, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 37 de la Ley General de Subvenciones y los artículos 44 y 45 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios de este tipo de ayudas están obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Adquirir el compromiso de financiar la parte del presupuesto que no cubra la subvención solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Llevar a cabo la actividad o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Garantizar la permanencia de la inversión durante un periodo mínimo de diez años siguientes desde el pago de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Justificar la realización de la actividad, así como también el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que determinaron la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control financiero que lleven a cabo los órganos competentes, y aportar toda la información que les sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Comunicar al órgano que concedente o, si procede, a la entidad colaboradora, la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad. Esta comunicación se hará dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación que se haya dado a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acreditar, en la forma que se establezca reglamentariamente y antes de dictar la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica. En todo caso, la acreditación a la que se refiere el párrafo anterior se puede sustituir por una declaración responsable del solicitante cuando se trate de subvenciones de cuantía igual o inferior a 3.000&amp;nbsp;euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que, si procede, tenga que llevar el beneficiario de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal que le sea aplicable y con las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control, por un periodo de tres años a partir del 31 de diciembre siguiente al cierre de las cuentas en que estén incluidas los gastos de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) Adoptar las medidas de difusión a las que se refiere el apartado&amp;nbsp;4 del artículo&amp;nbsp;34 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Destinar el importe de la subvención a la financiación de la actuación para la cual se ha solicitado y mantener la afectación de las inversiones a la actividad subvencionada, en la forma y dentro de los plazos establecidos en la convocatoria y, si procede, la resolución correspondiente o sus modificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) Comunicar al órgano concedente de la subvención la modificación de cualquier circunstancia que afecte a alguno de los requisitos exigidos para la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) Asegurar las medidas de información y publicidad. Hacer constar la imagen corporativa de la Consejería de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía junto con la imagen, de acuerdo con el manual de aplicación, de Illes Balears Sostenibles en las publicaciones y en los elementos de difusión, información y publicidad (documentación administrativa, actividades y actos públicos, difusión en medios de comunicación, publicaciones, cartelería, página web, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o) Difundir, si le son requeridos, los datos de seguimiento de los resultados obtenidos a los que hace referencia el apartado 1.e) del punto décimo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Revocación y reintegro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El incumplimiento total o parcial de los requisitos, las condiciones o las finalidades, o cualquier otro incumplimiento del régimen jurídico de las subvenciones, constituye causa de revocación de la subvención y de reintegro de las cantidades que haya percibido la entidad, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los artículos 43 y 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones y el artículo 28 de la Orden de bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A tal efecto, se tendrá en cuenta el principio general de proporcionalidad, así como también el resto de criterios de gradación que constan en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las infracciones y sanciones que, si procede, se pueden derivar del otorgamiento de las subvenciones que prevé esta convocatoria se rigen por lo establecido en el título IV de la Ley General de Subvenciones y el título V del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que recoge el artículo&amp;nbsp;62 del mismo texto legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigésimo cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Tramitación telemática&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relación con la Administración convocante únicamente será de forma telemática a través del trámite específico para subvenciones que se pondrá a disposición de los interesados en la web http://energia.caib.cat, que corresponde a la página web de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático. No se tendrán por presentadas ni las solicitudes ni la documentación que se presenten por cualquier otra vía telemática diferente de este trámite telemático.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
