&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Resolución del presidente del Consejo de Administración del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (IRFAP) de aprobación de la Oferta Pública de Empleo (OPO) del año 2023, publicada en el BOIB Nº. 171, de 19 de diciembre de 2023, contiene en su Anexo I las plazas de turno libre y de promoción interna incluidas en la citada OPO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Acuerdo del Consejo de Administración del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (IRFAP) de aprobación de la Oferta Pública de Empleo (OPO) del año 2024, publicado en el BOIB Nº. 166, de 19 de diciembre de 2024, contiene en su Anexo I, corregido mediante Resolución de corrección de error material, publicada en el BOIB núm. 170, de 28 de diciembre de 2024, las plazas de turno libre y de promoción interna incluidas en la citada OPO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En el BOIB núm. 98 de 6 de agosto de 2026 se publicó en el BOIB la &lt;em&gt;Resolución de la Directora gerente del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (IRFAP) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de esta entidad. &lt;/em&gt;Esta convocatoria incluye dos puestos de trabajo de administrativo sin especialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. De conformidad con el apartado 9 de la antes citada resolución, se procedió a la publicación en el BOIB núm. 121 , de 26 de septiembre de 2026 de la &lt;em&gt;Resolución de la directora gerente del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;las Islas Baleares (IRFAP) de aprobación de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos, derivada de la convocatoria del proceso de selección para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de esta entidad, &lt;/em&gt;bases aprobadas por la Dirección General de Función Pública con fecha 31 de julio de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Con fecha 9 de octubre de 2026 se llevó a cabo la prueba por el turno de promoción interna para la categoría de administrativo sin especialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El tribunal, una vez revisada la prueba indicada en el punto precedente, ha procedido, con fecha 13 de octubre de 2026, a otorgar la puntuación de esta prueba a la persona postulante, puntuación que se recoge en el anexo I de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. El tribunal, una vez revisada la documentación de los méritos valorables a este proceso, ha publicado con fecha 13 de octubre de 2026, la puntuación obtenida en la fase de concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. Una vez publicada la lista informativa donde se detallan los puestos de trabajo que se ofrecen para la categoría administrativo sin especialidad, la persona que ha superado este proceso selectivo ha elegido el puesto de trabajo identificado en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. En el apartado 15 de la convocatoria identificada en el punto 3 precedente se especifica que &lt;em&gt;Una vez concluidos los procesos selectivos correspondientes, se requerirá a los seleccionados y, una vez revisada y conforme la documentación mencionada en la base 12.3.1.1 precedente, las personas que los hayan superado serán contratadas, por resolución de la Directora gerente o del Presidente de fijo del IRFAP.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Decreto 28/2014, de 27 de junio , de aprobación de los estatutos del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2&lt;em&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;Resolución de la Directora gerente del Instituto de Investigación y Formación Agroalimentaria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (IRFAP) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para el acceso a diversas categorías del personal laboral al servicio de esta entidad, publicada en el BOIB núm. 121 , de 26 de septiembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprobar, a la vista de la relación definitiva entregada por el Tribunal que incluye a la persona que ha superado el proceso selectivo por promoción interna en la categoría de administrativo sin especialidad, la adjudicación del puesto de trabajo identificado en el anexo I y ordenar la formalización del contrato laboral a la persona identificada en este mismo anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Disponer que el plazo para formalizar el contrato laboral y para la toma de posesión del juego adjudicado es de tres días a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, y en la web del IRFAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recurso&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el presidente del Consejo de Administración del IRFAP en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con lo que establecen el artículo 58.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico. El orden jurisdiccional social es el competente para resolver las controversias derivadas de estas bases, de acuerdo con la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
