    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Menorca en sesió de carácter ordinario de 19 de octubre de 2026 adoptó los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar provisionalmente la modificación de las siguientes ayudas nominativas, con arreglo a la propuesta que consta en el expediente, incluidos al anexo II de la base de ejecución 22.ª del vigente presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Subvención, a cargo del programa presupuestario 92201, Cooperación local y asistencia a los municipios (aplicación presupuestaria 6-92201-4800002), a favor de la Asociación Protectora de Animales de Ciutadella, por un importe máximo de 244.000,00 € (en lugar de los 200.000,00 € previstos inicialmente), con el objeto de gestionar el centro de acogida de animales de Ciutadella y llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para establecer un control poblacional de los gatos comunitarios de la isla de Menorca, de acuerdo con lo que establece la Ley 7/2023, de protección de los derechos y el bienestar de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(identificación de la ayuda: fila n.º 129 del anexo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Subvención, a cargo del programa presupuestario 92201, Cooperación local y asistencia a los municipios (aplicación presupuestaria 6-92201-4800002), a favor de la Asociación Protectora de Animales de Maó, por un importe máximo de 244.000,00 € (en lugar de los 200.000,00 € previstos inicialmente), con el objeto de gestionar el centro de acogida de animales de Maó y llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para establecer un control poblacional de los gatos comunitarios de la isla de Menorca, de acuerdo con lo que establece la Ley 7/2023, de protección de los derechos y el bienestar de los animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar provisionalmente el expediente de modificación presupuestaria en la modalidad de transferencia de crédito (n.º 03/2026), por un importe total de ochenta y ocho mil euros (88.000,00 €), según el detalle siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer la exposición al público del expediente relativo a estas modificaciones presupuestarias por un plazo de 15 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al día en que se publique el anuncio correspondiente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y también se tiene que publicar en el tablón de edictos de la corporación, para que las personas interesadas puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que consideren pertinentes ante el Pleno. En el supuesto de que en el periodo de información pública no se presentara ninguna reclamación, los acuerdos se considerarán definitivamente aprobados y se publicará en el BOIB en los términos que establece la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
