font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 30/09/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">"<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la enmienda de la propuesta MF-1083, aprobada por Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 16 de septiembre de 2026, relativa a la modificación del puesto de trabajo de Técnico de la Administración General F20010022 del Departamento de Intervención, en el sentido de que el tipo de jornada laboral que debe constar en la propuesta es JG1 en lugar del JG, la jornada laborable JG1 (37,5 horas semanales), es la jornada laboral ordinaria de los funcionarios públicos, según lo establecido en la Mesa de Negociación y la que se aplica por defecto a todos los puestos de trabajo, aunque, por error, se transfirió con el código JG, por lo tanto, la enmienda debe hacerse en el sentido de que: </span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong>TRABAJOS QUE SE MODIFICAN</strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
