    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalizado el proceso selectivo de la convocatoria pública de concurso-oposición por el turno libre para la cobertura de 1 plaza de PROFESOR/A MÚSICO SAXOFÓN, 1 plaza de PROFESOR/A MÚSICO OBOE y 1 plaza de PROFESOR/A MÚSICO TROMPA, vacantes en la plantilla de personal funcionario de este Ayuntamiento, correspondientes a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala de Servicios Especiales, clase de cometidos especiales/banda de música, grupo A, subgrupo A1, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a la oferta pública de empleo del año 2022 (BOIB núm. 171, de 31 de diciembre de 2022) y a la oferta pública de empleo, tasa específica, del año 2025 (BOIB núm. 33, de 15 de marzo de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, se nombra personal funcionario de carrera como:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra este acto administrativo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de conformidad con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación. En este caso, no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el recurso de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El recurso de reposición deberá presentarse en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a las que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, anteriormente citada. Se entenderá desestimado si no se ha dictado y notificado resolución en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente al de su interposición. En tal caso, quedará expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se hace uso del recurso potestativo de reposición, se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo, de conformidad con el artículo 123 anteriormente citado y con lo dispuesto en la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa, ante la Sección de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal de Instancia de Palma o ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, según las competencias determinadas por los artículos 8 y 10 de la Ley 29/1998, en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de esta notificación, todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
