&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En fecha 17 de febrero de 2026 se publicó, en el BOIB n.º 22, la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se convocan ayudas de desplazamiento para el alumnado de las Illes Balears empadronado en la isla de Mallorca que cursa estudios universitarios en la Unión Europea (UE-27) durante el año académico 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el punto tercero del anexo 1 de esta convocatoria queda establecido que la partida presupuestaria destinada a ello es de un máximo de 2.265.766,00 euros, con la siguiente distribución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 265.766,00 euros de la partida presupuestaria 13801 421F05 48000 00, o partida equivalente, de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2026, siempre que exista crédito adecuado y suficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 2.000.000,00 euros de la partida presupuestaria 13801 421F05 48000 00 FI026, o partida equivalente, de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2026, siempre que exista crédito adecuado y suficiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Esta convocatoria está prevista en el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 19 de abril de 2024 que aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears 2024-2026 (BOIB n.º 52, de 20 de abril) en el que están incluidas las ayudas objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Según los datos del Servicio de Universidad de la Dirección General de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores, el número de solicitudes presentadas a la convocatoria del curso 2024/2025 fue de 1.799, mientras que para la convocatoria del curso 2025/2026 se han recibido 2.010 solicitudes. El incremento en el número de solicitudes ha sido considerable y ha alterado la previsión hecha inicialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El 8 de octubre de 2026, el director general de Universidades, Investigación y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores ha emitido un informe sobre la necesidad de aumentar el crédito destinado inicialmente a la convocatoria al objeto de poder otorgar las ayudas a todos los solicitantes que cumplen los requisitos, con la cantidad de ayuda máxima prevista por la convocatoria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Consta en el expediente el informe de fiscalización favorable de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears de día 9 de octubre de 2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Por lo tanto, se propone aumentar en 291.034,00 euros la reserva de crédito destinado inicialmente a la convocatoria de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Ley 6/2025, de 23 de julio, de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Orden 39/2025, de 23 de diciembre, del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación por la que se desarrollan las particularidades presupuestarias y contables que deben regir la prórroga de los presupuestos hasta que entre en vigor la ley de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Decreto 10/2025, de 14 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se convocan ayudas de desplazamiento para alumnos de las Illes Balears empadronados en la isla de Mallorca que cursan estudios universitarios en la Unión Europea (UE-27) durante el año académico 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se convocan ayudas de desplazamiento para el alumnado de las Illes Balears empadronado en la isla de Mallorca que cursa estudios universitarios en la Unión Europea (UE-27) durante el año académico 2025-2026, para ampliar el crédito inicial destinado a la convocatoria y poder otorgar las ayudas a todos los solicitantes que cumplen los requisitos, con la cantidad de ayuda máxima prevista por la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así, se modifica el punto tercero del anexo 1, que queda redactado de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Partida presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene una tramitación anticipada de expediente de gasto, de conformidad con el artículo 43 y siguientes del Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, con lo cual queda sometida a la condición suspensiva de existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el presupuesto para el 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A esta convocatoria se destina un máximo de 2.556.800,00 € con la siguiente distribución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;556.800,00 euros de la partida presupuestaria 13801 421F05 48000 00, o partida equivalente, de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025, prorrogados para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.000.000,00 euros de la partida presupuestaria 13801 421F05 48000 00 FI026, o partida equivalente, de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2025, prorrogados para el año 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Educación y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, conforme al artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación, conforme al artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
