&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​CONCESIÓN DE CONDECORACIONES DE LA POLICÍA LOCAL DE LLUCMAJOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​ANTECEDENTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.- Con fecha 18 de julio de 2026, se recibió propuesta formal y motivada emitida por el Jefe de la Policía Local de Llucmajor, para la concesión de la Cruz al Mérito Policial con distintivo Verde y la Cruz al Mérito Policial con distintivo Blanco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II.- Con fecha 21 de julio se dictó el inicio de expediente y se designó instructor y secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.- Atendiendo a los informes aportados con fecha 7 de agosto, se remite la documentación, en la que se detallan los hechos, su calificación y la correspondiente condecoración a favor de los agentes de la Policía Local y de las personas que han destacado, que se relacionan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I.- La Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, establece en su artículo 52 que el Gobierno Balear puede otorgar premios y distinciones a los miembros de las policías locales de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears que se distingan notoriamente en el ejercicio de sus funciones, así como a las personas y organizaciones que destaquen por su colaboración en la consecución de los objetivos relacionados con los cuerpos de policía local. El mismo artículo, en su apartado segundo, establece que cada ayuntamiento puede regular la concesión de otros premios y distinciones en los términos que considere oportunos, siempre que responda a criterios de igualdad, mérito y objetividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II.- El Reglamento de concesión de premios y condecoraciones de la Policía Local de Llucmajor (BOIB núm. 31, de 10/03/2026) establece en su artículo 12: «la concesión de la Cruz al Mérito Policial con Distintivo Verde y la Cruz al Mérito Policial con Distintivo Blanco se realizará mediante acuerdo plenario».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III.- El artículo 13 establece la publicación de la concesión en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
