es 55340 720722 2026-10-08 55337 ![CDATA[Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades, a propuesta de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa, por la que se conceden y se adjudican los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026]] 280 738786 2026-10-08 CAIB es ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En fecha 2 de octubre de 2026, la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa ha formulado la propuesta de resolución siguiente:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Hechos</span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. La educación es la principal riqueza y el recurso básico de un país y de sus ciudadanos. Las sociedades actuales dan gran importancia a la educación que reciben los niños, puesto que es el medio más adecuado para desarrollar las capacidades, definir la personalidad, configurar la comprensión de la realidad y conformar la propia identidad.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Uno de los principios en que se basa la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación, es proporcionar un sistema educativo de calidad y equidad que garantice la igualdad de oportunidades y la posibilidad de que cada alumno desarrolle el máximo de sus potencialidades. Es responsabilidad de los poderes públicos favorecer las condiciones que permitan al alumno el pleno desarrollo personal y profesional, así como también la participación efectiva en los procesos sociales, culturales y económicos de transformación.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El artículo 17.1 de la Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, de educación de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 38, de 17 de marzo) establece que el bachillerato tiene por finalidad proporcionar a los alumnos formación, madurez intelectual y humana, conocimientos y habilidades que les permitan desarrollar funciones sociales e incorporarse a la vida activa con responsabilidad y competencia, además de capacitarlos para acceder a la educación superior o a la vida profesional.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El artículo 51.1.c) de la mencionada Ley indica que es un derecho y libertad del alumnado en el ámbito educativo la formación integral que estimule el esfuerzo personal, la motivación por el aprendizaje y la responsabilidad individual.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Así mismo, el artículo 123.3.d) de esta misma Ley determina que el currículum de las áreas y materias que conforman las enseñanzas que se imparten, como también cualquier otra actividad que se encamine a la consecución de los fines de la educación en el sistema educativo de las Illes Balears, debe orientarse hacia la educación en la responsabilidad individual y colectiva, y en el mérito y el esfuerzo personal.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Atendiendo a lo dispuesto por la Ley 1/2022, de 8 de marzo, la Consejería de Educación y Universidades emprende actuaciones para dar reconocimiento oficial al mérito y al esfuerzo de los alumnos que demuestran una especial dedicación a los estudios, que se concretan en la convocatoria de los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 29 de junio de 2026 (BOIB n.º 83, de 2 de julio de 2026) se convocan los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8. La condición sexta del anexo de la Resolución establece el procedimiento para determinar los alumnos que pueden obtener este Premio. De este modo, obtienen el premio los alumnos con las diez mejores notas de acceso a la universidad de Mallorca, los alumnos con las cuatro mejores notas de acceso a la universidad de Menorca, los alumnos con las cinco mejores notas de acceso a la universidad de Ibiza y el alumno con la mejor nota de acceso a la universidad de Formentera. Así mismo indica que el crédito máximo disponible correspondiente a esta convocatoria se repartirá a partes iguales entre todas las personas con derecho a obtener el premio y que lo soliciten, otorgando una cuantía máxima de 600 € por premiado.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9. De acuerdo con la condición séptima del anexo de la Resolución mencionada, día 3 de julio de 2026 se publicó la Resolución de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa por la que se hace pública la lista provisional de alumnos que cumplen los requisitos para solicitar los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">10. Así mismo, y de acuerdo con la condición novena del anexo de la Resolución de convocatoria, día 16 de julio de 2026 se publicó la Resolución de la directora general de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa por la que se hace pública la lista definitiva de alumnos que cumplen los requisitos para solicitar los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">11. De acuerdo con la condición décima del anexo de la misma Resolución, las personas que figuren en la Resolución de la directora general por la que se hace pública la relación definitiva de las personas que pueden pedir el premio deben formalizar la solicitud, que contiene las declaraciones responsables a las que hace referencia el artículo 5.6.c) de la Orden 20/2025, de 9 de julio, del consejero de Educación y Universidades, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de Educación y Universidades.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">12. Dado que los premios tienen carácter de subvención, la condición quinta del anexo de la Resolución mencionada indica que los beneficiarios no pueden concurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario del artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones y encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">13. De acuerdo con la condición tercera del anexo de Resolución de la convocatoria, la cantidad presupuestada es de 13.200 euros, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 13901 421B01 48000 00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears vigentes para el año 2026.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">14. En la condición vigésima de la Resolución de 29 de junio se señala que la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa es el órgano instructor del procedimiento y de llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los cuales debe dictarse la resolución correspondiente en el marco del artículo 16 del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px; text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">15. Los alumnos premiados, que se detallan a continuación, han cumplido los trámites previstos en la resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de 29 de junio de 2026 (BOIB n.º 83, de 2 de julio de 2026) por la que se convocan los Premios para los alumnos de las Illes Balears con las mejores notas de acceso a la universidad correspondientes al curso 2025-2026. Las solicitudes presentadas por los alumnos que han cumplido los trámites previstos obran en el expediente administrativo correspondiente que custodia el Servicio de Ordenación Educativa de la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Ordenación Educativa.</span></span></p> <table border="1" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse:collapse;
