&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aceptar la renuncia voluntaria del sr. Francisco de Borja Olabarria Vaquer con DNI **398**S, como funcionario en prácticas en el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, escala de administración general, subescala técnica, Grupo A, subgrupo A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dejar sin efectos el Decreto núm. 3459-2026 de fecha 24 de octubre de 2026, de nombramiento como funcionario en prácticas, escala de administración general, subescala técnica, Grupo A, subgrupo A1 de SR. Francisco de Borja Olabarria Vaquer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ordenar la publicación un extracto de la presente en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Notifica a la parte interesada la presente resolución a los efectos oportunos.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
