&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 25 de diciembre de 2025, en el BOIB nº. 171, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 19 de diciembre de 2025 por la que por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2026 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas en el Programa FEDER 2021-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 02 de junio de 2026, en el BOIB núm. 69, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se amplía el crédito asignado en la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones 2026-2027 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las personas que figuran en el anexo presentaron una solicitud de subvención en el marco de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Las personas que figuran en el anexo aportaron la documentación requerida para la justificación de la realización de las actuaciones subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Los técnicos de la Dirección General de Economía Circular, Transición Energética y Cambio Climático han examinado la documentación aportada y han emitido un informe desfavorable a la justificación de los expedientes descritos en el anexo con la motivación que también figura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 19 de diciembre de 2025 por la que por la que se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2026 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas en el Programa FEDER 2021-2027 (BOIB núm. 171, de 25 de diciembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. La Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 28 de mayo de 2026 por la cual se amplía el crédito asignado en la Resolución del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía por la cual se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones 2026-2027 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027 (BOIB n.º 69, de 02 de junio de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Revocar la concesión de las subvenciones para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas y comunidades de propietarios dentro del Programa FEDER 2021-2027 detalladas en el anexo de esta resolución, por los importes que en él se indican.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer negativamente el gasto a favor de los beneficiarios por los importes detallados en el anexo con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias 2026/G/731A01/78000/00/19701/31111 y 2026/G/731A01/78000/00/19701/FI026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y, por tanto, archivar los expedientes indicados en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Propuesta en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta Propuesta de resolución pueden alegar lo que se considere conveniente en el plazo máximo de diez días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. En caso contrario, se entenderá que estáis conforme con el contenido de la Propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
