En el BOIB núm. 118, de 22 de septiembre de 2026, se publicó la Resolución definitiva de la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la que se determina la ampliación de la dotación de personal de apoyo educativo (dotación adicional) para la atención a la diversidad en la enseñanza privada concertada para el curso 2026-2027.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Posteriormente a la publicación, se ha advertido un error de transcripción en la tabla de dotación adicional definitiva 2026-2027 de la Resolución.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears determina que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; así como que la rectificación de errores debe especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que se deriven, y debe notificarse o publicarse preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución</span></strong></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
