&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente, por el Pleno de esta Corporación, en sesión ordinaria &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;celebra&lt;/span&gt;da el día 1 de septiembre de 2026, el expediente de modificación de créditos en la modalidad de suplemento de créditos y créditos extraordinarios, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería para gastos generales;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicado el pertinente anuncio en el BOIB n.º 111, de 5 de septiembre de 2026 y transcurrido el plazo de 15 días, legalmente establecido, sin que se haya presentado ningún tipo de reclamación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De&lt;/span&gt; conformidad con el artículo 177, en relación con el 169, del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley que regula las Haciendas Locales, el referido expediente se entiende definitivamente aprobado, del cual se publica a continuación la modificación aprobada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento y para que teng&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; los efectos que correspondan, a la vez que se hace saber que contra el acuerdo precedente, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente edicto en el BOIB, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares; todo esto sin perjuicio de que se pueda &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;interponer&lt;/span&gt; cualquier otro recurso que se estime procedente en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todo el&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;llo&lt;/span&gt; de acuerdo con el artículo 171 del RD Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas locales y la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalmente, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cabe&lt;/span&gt; indicar que la interposición de los recursos pertinentes no suspende la eficacia de la resolución impugnada ni interrumpe los plazos que se de ella puedan derivar, excepto que la autoridad competente lo acuerde expresamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
