    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Campos, en la sesión ordinaria de 24 de septiembre de 2026, adoptó, por unanimidad, el acuerdo de aprobar inicialmente la mutación demanial subjetiva y autorizar inicialmente la ocupación temporal de varios bienes inmuebles a favor del Consell de Mallorca, con el objetivo de poner los terrenos municipales que se llamarán a su disposición carretera Ma-19 con la Ma-6040, lo que se hace público para que en el plazo de los veinte días contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio cualquier persona física o jurídica pueda examinar el expediente, y quienes pudieran tenerse por interesados en éste, puedan comparecer y formular cuantas alegaciones, sugerencias o reclamaciones tengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que no se presenten alegaciones durante el plazo de información pública, este acuerdo será aprobado definitivamente sin necesidad de ningún acuerdo más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los bienes inmuebles afectados por este acuerdo son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
