    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja, en sesión celebrada en fecha 24/09/2026, ha acordado rectificar el error material de transcripción advertido en el expediente n.º 1580/2026, relativo a la &lt;strong&gt;modificación de créditos n.º 06/2026 del Presupuesto municipal en vigor&lt;/strong&gt;, en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario y suplemento de crédito financiado con cargo a remanente líquido de tesorería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El referido error fue reproducido en el anuncio de aprobación definitiva publicado en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears n.º 108, de 29 de agosto de 2026, concretamente en el subtotal correspondiente al suplemento de crédito. Los importes individualizados de las aplicaciones presupuestarias publicados eran correctos, siendo el error exclusivamente el correspondiente a dicho subtotal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se procede a efectuar la siguiente rectificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Suplemento de crédito: &lt;strong&gt;1.583.534,00 €&lt;/strong&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Suplemento de crédito: &lt;strong&gt;1.585.534,63 €&lt;/strong&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente rectificación no altera ninguna de las aplicaciones presupuestarias ni sus respectivos importes individualizados, no modifica el destino de los créditos ni su fuente de financiación y no supone variación alguna del importe total de la modificación de créditos, que permanece fijado en 5.881.434,63 €, financiado mediante Remanente de Tesorería para Gastos Generales, aplicación de ingresos 87000, por idéntico importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se mantiene inalterado el resto del anuncio de aprobación definitiva publicado en el BOIB n.º 108, de 29 de agosto de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
