    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Ibiza, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 28 de agosto de 2026, ha aprobado la siguiente propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;APROBAR la convocatoria de la I edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Ibiza&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;2026, cuyas bases (CSV: 16340665071502147016), constan en el expediente núm. 2026/00006199W.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;APROBAR la dotación económica de la convocatoria por un importe total máximo de VEINTITRÉS MIL EUROS (23.000 €), que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.48100 del vigente presupuesto (RC núm. 2/2026000000276, de 2 de febrero de 2026).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR las bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), i posteriormente, remitir la convocatoria y el extracto de la convocatoria a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones que en dará traslado al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; del extracto para su publicación, tal como se establece en la normativa vigente de subvenciones. La eficacia de la convocatòria queda supeditada a la publicación del extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo Insular de Ibiza por un lado, tiene atribuida la competencia en materia de artesanía, de manera efectiva, mediante la Ley 8/1999, de 12 de abril, de Atribución de Competencias a los Consejos Insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera, en los términos y con el alcance que se señala en esta ley..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 70.14 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por la Ley orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero, modificado por la Ley orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, establece que la artesanía es una competencia propia de los Consejos Insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000467, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de Estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de Departamentos (BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de junio de 2023), atribuye al Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos: “la actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en relación con la materia de artesanía. Promoción de la Moda. Desarrollo empresarial.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha de 12 de diciembre de 2025, el Consejo Ejecutivo aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para los años 2026-2028 (de ahora en adelante, PES), publicado en el BOIB núm.. 2, de 3 de enero de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este Plan Estratégico se incluye la I Edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Ibiza 2026, con el fin de contribuir al prestigio de los oficios artesanos en la isla de Ibiza, reconocer la excelencia en el diseño y producción artesanales, y también, promover la iniciación a la actividad artesana entre los jóvenes en formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Ibiza de 2026 se dispone del crédito adecuado y suficiente para asumir el gasto derivado de la aprobación de los premios, por un importe total de 23.000 €, con cargo a la aplicación 4220.48100, con las finalidades previstas en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los antecedentes anteriores, el Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza decide convocar la I Edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Ibiza 2026 para premiar y poner en valor las trayectorias profesionales dedicadas a la artesanía, impulsar el desarrollo y la competitividad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas artesanas, como también, incrementar el prestigio de la artesanía de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto regular la primera edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Ibiza 2026, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, para potenciar el tejido productivo del sector artesano y hacer un reconocimiento institucional al esfuerzo y dedicación de las personas artesanas en la elaboración de productos de calidad, singulares y sostenibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante estos premios, se pretende contribuir al prestigio de los oficios artesanos e incentivar el desarrollo y competitividad de los/as artesanos/as y las empresas artesanas de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Dotación económica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El presupuesto total para esta convocatoria del año 2026 es de VEINTITRÉS MIL EUROS (23.000 €) del presupuesto vigente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, que irán a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4220.48100, denominada «Premios Artesanía 2026».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Participantes y requisitos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Pueden optar a los premios, las personas físicas o jurídicas que tengan acreditación artesana. Para optar a los premios, las personas o entidades solicitantes tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Personas físicas o jurídicas con domicilio fiscal, sucursal, delegación o establecimiento en la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Estar en posesión de una de las acreditaciones artesanas que concede el Consejo Insular de Ibiza en vigor (carta de artesano/a, carta de maestro/a artesano/a y documento de calificación artesanal -DCA-).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Estar de alta de actividades económicas, que se acreditará mediante la presentación del certificado de situación en el censo de actividades económicas de la AEAT (Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria) del año en curso, e informe de vida laboral expedido por la Seguridad Social. Se exceptúa de este requisito a los participantes de la categoría “Premio Tradición Artesana”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los miembros del jurado no pueden presentar candidatura a ninguna categoría de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Categorías de premio e importes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Premio Artesanía de Eivissa 2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dotación: 7.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El &amp;apos;Premio Artesanía de Ibiza 2026&amp;apos; honra la excelencia en la artesanía local y su trayectoria, dando especial importancia a la calidad inigualable del producto y su aportación a la artesanía de Ibiza. Se busca reconocer aquellas creaciones que, más allá de su magnífica confección, reflejen una trayectoria significativa como también una elaboración de gran calidad en toda su cadena de producción. A través de este premio, queremos celebrar la tradición artesanal de Ibiza y promover a una persona artesana que combine maestría, conocimiento del oficio y respeto por nuestro entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Esta candidatura se nombrará exclusivamente a propuesta de la Corporación del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Premio Tradición Artesanal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dotación: 4.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este premio tiene por objeto galardonar a aquellas personas o entidades que han desarrollado una tarea destacable en la promoción, difusión y recuperación de los oficios y costumbres artesanales propias de la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Los fundamentos de la artesanía tradicional se apoyan en las tradiciones de nuestra isla. Su base es la transmisión del conocimiento a través de generaciones, muchas veces en forma oral, por lo cual se conecta también con el patrimonio inmaterial. Las técnicas y los conocimientos utilizados en las actividades artesanales son lo más relevante, como patrimonio, más allá del producto en sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A través de este premio, se pretende garantizar la salvaguardia de los conocimientos, materiales, técnicas y productos de la artesanía tradicional de nuestra isla para que se transmita a las generaciones venideras y se continúe practicando como medio de subsistencia e identidad cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Podrán presentarse a esta candidatura las personas o empresas acreditadas que elaboren productos artesanales tradicionales de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;También se podrán presentar las asociaciones o entidades vinculadas con el mundo de la artesanía de Ibiza, bien por la misma asociación o bien proponiendo una persona a quién otorgarle esta distinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Cada asociación podrá proponer a una única persona a esta candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;C) Premio Diseño e Innovación Artesanal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dotación: 4.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Esta categoría trata de premiar a aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas artesanas que creen sus piezas mayoritariamente a mano, con un nivel alto de excelencia, tanto en los materiales, como en la ejecución pero con un diseño contemporáneo. La idea es que estos objetos transmitan innovación y creatividad y muestren el saber hacer de los oficios con un resultado final original y único.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es un premio que tiene por objeto galardonar las obras caracterizadas por su alto valor creativo y su espíritu innovador desde la óptica funcional y formal y desarrolladas por su autor/a con criterios de singularidad y originalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Podrán presentar su candidatura a esta categoría las personas o empresas acreditadas de cualquier de los oficios de los repertorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;D) Premio Gastronomía Artesanal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dotación: 4.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este premio tiene por objeto promocionar la alimentación artesanal de Ibiza, con un reconocimiento de la actividad de las personas o empresas artesanas en el mantenimiento y la recuperación de la tradición de las recetas propias de la isla y la potenciación de la alimentación y el consumo de proximidad con productos locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Podrán presentar su candidatura con un producto gastronómico las personas o empresas acreditadas en alguno de los oficios de la familia de la alimentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;E) Premio Moda Artesanal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dotación: 4.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Se trata de una categoría que quiere premiar a aquellas personas y/o empresas artesanas que creen sus piezas con un procedimiento artesanal, propio y característico de trabajar el corte, la confección y el tinte de las prendas de vestir, como por la elaboración de calzado o complementos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este premio tiene por objeto promocionar la moda artesanaL de Ibiza, como reconocimiento de su actividad en el mantenimiento del valor cultural y patrimonial de la isla de Ibiza que tiene que fomentarse, conservarse y preservar su carácter artesanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Podrán solicitar este premio las personas o empresas artesanas acreditadas con la carta en uno de los oficios vinculados con la creación de prendas de vestir (familia de los tejidos y confección) o con otros oficios relacionados con la elaboración de calzado o complementos artesanales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Solicitudes y forma de presentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Cada solicitante podrá presentar, como máximo, dos solicitudes para las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; diferentes categorías de premios con la misma pieza o producto, o con piezas diferentes, siempre que cumpla con las bases y requisitos de cada una de las categorías a las que opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Se tiene que presentar una solicitud para cada una de las categorías a las que se presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;5.1. Documentos de la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) DNI, NIE o NIF, según corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) Certificado de residencia en la isla de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d) Copia de la acreditación artesanal en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e) Anexo I: Solicitud de participación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;f) Anexo II: Declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;g) Memoria explicativa de la pieza o el producto en la que se especifiquen las características técnicas, formales y valores añadidos merecedores del premio, acompañada de cualquier material gráfico o audiovisual de calidad que permita valorar la pieza y su proceso de elaboración. La Memoria se tiene que presentar en un documento aparte, sin elementos que permitan reconocer la autoría como nombres, logos o símbolos identificativos de la autoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;h) El impreso de alta o modificación como acreedor del Consejo Insular de Ibiza a efectos económicos expedido y firmado necesariamente a nombre de la persona solicitante, según modelo que consta en el trámite de la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, de alta de acreedor, del Departamento de Tesorería. Este procedimiento se puede tramitar de forma independiente a la solicitud, en todo caso solo será necesario para las personas o entidades ganadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Este impreso no será necesario presentarlo en caso de que se haya presentado anteriormente al Consejo Insular de Ibiza y no se haya producido ningún cambio en los datos aportados en su momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;i) Otra documentación que considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5.2. En todo caso, las piezas y los productos se tendrán que entregar físicamente a las dependencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (Avenida de España, núm. 49, segundo piso, 07800, Ibiza), en el momento de hacer el registro de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5.3. Entrega física de la pieza: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) La solicitud y la documentación correspondiente, detallada en su punto anterior 5.1, se ha de presentar en el Registro Electrónico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. También se podrá presentar en los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (LPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) En el momento de presentar la solicitud en el Registro del Consejo Insular de Ibiza o en los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la LPAC, la pieza o el producto se tendrá que entregar físicamente en las dependencias de la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (Avenida de España, núm. 49, 07800 Ibiza).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La pieza tendrá que ir acompañada de un título o un lema visible y de la categoría en la que se presenta, como también de un sobre cerrado y dentro una copia del Anexo I. Todo esto para preservar el anonimato de los autores que presenten sus piezas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) La pieza tendrá que ser entregada dentro del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d) En el caso de productos gastronómicos, si bien la solicitud se tendrá que hacer en el plazo único habilitado al efecto para todos los participantes, la entrega del producto se tendrá que hacer en el momento en que se convoque el Jurado para valorar las diferentes creaciones. En este caso se informará los solicitantes previamente sobre la fecha y el lugar concreto donde tendrán que presentar su producto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La presentación de los productos gastronómicos también tendrá que ir en un envase o recipiente que permita garantizar el anonimato de la autoría del producto, sin etiquetas, logos ni elementos identificativos del productor. Sí tendrá que llevar un título o lema visible, y especificar la categoría, así como un sobre con una copia del Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazos y lugar de presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El plazo máximo de presentación de solicitudes será de quince días hábiles que se contarán a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las solicitudes se formalizarán de acuerdo con los anexos que acompañan a la convocatoria y deben incluir la documentación detallada en el punto 5.1 de ésta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las instancias deben dirigirse al Servicio de Industria del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (Avenida de España, núm. 49, segundo piso, 07800, Ibiza), o bien presentarse mediante la sede electrónica del Consejo con el procedimiento habilitado al efecto, en la sección Industria y Comercio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las personas físicas pueden presentar la documentación administrativa en el Registro General del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4 del artículo 16 de la LPAC o bien por vía telemática a través del registro electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las personas jurídicas están obligadas a la presentación de la documentación por vía telemática, con base en el artículo 14.2 de la LPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A efectos de determinar la fecha de presentación, en la solicitud deberá figurar el sello de entrada en la oficina del registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Criterios de valoración hasta 100 puntos máximo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios genéricos de valoración, hasta 30 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Se trata de unos criterios generales que se aplican a todas las candidaturas, aunque no todos son necesariamente aplicables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La categoría de la acreditación artesanal otorgada al solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. La calidad de ejecución y el dominio de las técnicas utilizadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La presentación del producto o de la trayectoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Memoria y/o documentación explicativa. La claridad en la explicación del proceso de elaboración y de las técnicas utilizadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Responsabilidad medioambiental y sostenibilidad en el proceso de producción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. La capacidad para transmitir a la sociedad valores positivos relacionados con la artesanía, contribuyendo a su promoción y valorización. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. Durabilidad y calidad de las piezas artesanas, para que sean más duraderas y fomenten un consumo responsable que reduzca la necesidad de reemplazarlo con frecuencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Premio Tradición Artesanal &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Utilización de materiales orgánicos y/o de proximidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Requisitos de las piezas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las piezas presentadas tienen que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- El proceso productivo tiene que ser artesanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- La obra tiene que ser de autoría propia de la persona o empresa solicitante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Los gastos de transporte, en caso de ser necesarios, tanto a la presentación como la devolución de la pieza, irán a cargo de los concursantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- El Consejo Insular de Ibiza no se hace responsable de fracturas, pérdidas, desperfectos o daños de las piezas producidas por motivos de transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Si lo considera necesario la persona solicitante podrá contratar un seguro, tanto por el transporte como para cubrir posibles daños durante la estancia de las piezas al Consejo, o a cualquiera de sus instalaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Las piezas presentadas no pueden haber sido premiadas en otros premios del Consejo Insular de Ibiza como los Premios “8 de Agosto”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Procedimiento, órgano de instrucción y resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de los premios se tramita en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza es el competente para instruir el procedimiento de esta subvención, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo tercero, punto 3, del Decreto de Presidencia número 2023000467, de 28 de junio de 2023, de estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de Departamentos (publicado en el BOIB núm. 88, 29 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dentro de este Departamento, corresponde a la Consejera Ejecutiva la ordenación del Procedimiento, en virtud del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de Nombramiento de las Personas Miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las Vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de junio de 2023), y de acuerdo con el artículo 33 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares, y con el artículo 72 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-2010): corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010; modificación al BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-2016), donde se recogen las atribuciones y competencias de los/as consejeros/as ejecutivos/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Corresponde al Consejo Ejecutivo la aprobación de estas bases, de conformidad con las atribuciones establecidas en el artículo 28.1. m de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares: Aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas y subvenciones, en relación con el artículo 65 del Reglamento Orgánico de esta Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si la solicitud o la documentación presentada no reúnen los requisitos o no lo acompañan los documentos preceptivos, el órgano instructor requerirá a las personas interesadas que rectifiquen o mejoren la documentación presentada en un plazo máximo e improrrogable de diez días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente de recibir el requerimiento de enmienda de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si la persona o entidad interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha cesado en la petición de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 68 de la LPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El órgano instructor elevará como propuesta a la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos el veredicto del Jurado para que dicte, si procede, la Resolución de aprobación de la concesión de los premios y de reconocimiento de las obligaciones económicas, en concepto de los premios. Esta resolución incluirá el nombre, apellido y DNI/NIE/NIF de las personas ganadoras de cada una de las categorías, el título de las piezas ganadoras y el importe económico de los premios. La Resolución de la concesión de los premios, se notificará a los premiados y se podrá publicar en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, y se incluirá la información sobre la concesión a la base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificarlo es de seis meses desde la fecha de publicación del extracto de la convocatoria de la I Edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Ibiza 2026 en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Jurado calificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Se constituirá un Jurado, titulares y suplentes, cuyos miembros serán nombrados por la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, competente en materia de Artesanía, y estará integrado por el presidente/a, un/a secretario/aria y un mínimo de 5 vocales y 5 suplentes. Se hará público en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Actuará como Presidenta, la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos, y su Suplente será la Directora Insular de Industria y Recursos Humanos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Como Vocales, actuarán 1 funcionario/a del Servicio de Industria del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y profesionales y expertos de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito de la artesanía, la gastronomía, el diseño y el comercio, de los cuales se nombrarán cuatro titulares y cuatro suplentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Secretaría recaerá en la Jefa de Servicio de Industria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En caso necesario, la Presidenta puede solicitar la asistencia al Jurado de especialistas en un oficio o área, los cuales tienen voz, pero no voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Formarán parte del Jurado como Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Una persona titular y un suplente de entre el personal del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Otras personas como vocales o asesores (sin voto) que se consideren convenientes para la correcta valoración de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. El jurado se reunirá una vez vencido el plazo de enmienda, en el supuesto de que se tengan que hacer requerimientos, para valorar las solicitudes y/o las obras de las categorías de los premios Tradición Artesanal, Diseño e innovación Artesanal, Gastronomía Artesanal y Moda Artesanal. Se publicará la composición de los miembros del jurado en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. La Secretaria del Jurado levanta Acta de la reunión, y tiene voz pero no voto. En todo caso, el régimen jurídico del jurado se ajusta a las normas y contenidos del capítulo II de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. El día del veredicto, el Jurado elige por mayoría simple la candidatura galardonada para cada premio, en caso necesario se hará una segunda votación sobre las piezas más votadas. En caso de empate, decidirá el voto de calidad de la Presidencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. El Jurado puede declarar desierta alguna categoría de los premios, si considera que las candidaturas presentadas no reúnen suficientes méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. El Jurado puede cambiar la categoría de una obra si considera, previa motivación, que la persona interesada no lo ha presentado en la categoría adecuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. La decisión del Jurado será secreta y el voto será anónimo, comprometiéndose sus miembros a no revelar ninguna información sobre los ganadores hasta la publicación de la Resolución y/o la notificación a las personas o entidades premiadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. Si se considera necesario, se podrá enviar toda la documentación relacionada con los premios a los miembros del jurado con antelación, para que puedan valorar con tiempo suficiente las candidaturas, con un compromiso de confidencialidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Abono de los premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Los premios se adjudican después de la decisión del Jurado. La Resolución de los premios junto con el Acta del Jurado tendrán todos los efectos administrativos en cuanto a su justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El pago del Premio a la persona o entidad ganadora se hará por transferencia bancaria al número de cuenta indicado en la hoja de transferencia bancaria presentado al Consejo Insular de Ibiza por el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La percepción de los premios estará sujeta a las retenciones establecidas en la normativa fiscal vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Además del premio económico el Consejo organizará un acto de entrega pública de los Premios, en una fecha y lugares a definir con posterioridad, para reconocer y fomentar la artesanía elaborada en Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Presentar la solicitud implica que la persona participante acepta las condiciones incluidas en esta convocatoria, como las normas complementarias que se puedan dictar para desarrollarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. La participación conlleva la aceptación de las decisiones del Jurado, que serán inapelables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Las piezas y los productos permanecerán custodiados en las dependencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Las persones participantes tienen que pasar a recoger las obras presentadas a las dependencias del Servicio de Industria del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, una vez se resuelvan los premios, en el plazo máximo de dos meses. Los gastos de transporte de la obra, en caso de ser necesarias, serán a cargo del autor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Para recoger las obras se tendrá que concertar cita previamente con el departamento por e-mail o por teléfono.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En caso de no recoger las obras en este plazo, se entenderá que han sido cedidas al Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. El incumplimiento, la inexactitud, la omisión o el falseamiento de las obligaciones establecidas en esta convocatoria dará lugar a la pérdida de los beneficios de los premios otorgados sin perjuicio otras responsabilidades, además del reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Publicación de la convocatoria y de la concesión de los premios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. El Consejo Insular de Ibiza tiene que enviar la información sobre esta convocatoria y sobre las resoluciones de concesión que se deriven a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. El extracto de la convocatoria de los premios se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La Resolución de concesión de los premios se publicará al menos en la sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y se notificará a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Autorización de las personas ganadoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Las personas ganadoras autorizan al Consejo Insular de Ibiza a la reproducción de las obras presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Fiscalización previa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La aprobación de la convocatoria y la concesión de los premios se someterán a la fiscalización previa de la Intervención del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la Resolución de aprobación de la convocatoria y contra la Resolución de aprobación de concesión de las subvenciones que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente a recibir esta notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la desestimación exprés de este recurso de alzada, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el tribunal de instancia, sección del contencioso–administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no se ha recibido la notificación de resolución exprés, se entiende desestimado por silencio administrativo y se puede interponer el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el tribunal de instancia, sección del contencioso–administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, a contar a partir del día siguiente a la presunta desestimación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Este fichero de servicios, por un lado, para conceder los premios previstos en esta convocatoria para lograr los objetivos y las finalidades recogidos en el punto primero de la convocatoria y, por otro lado, si es el caso, para llevar a cabo la tramitación de los expedientes sancionadores por haberse cometido las infracciones recogidas en la normativa de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cesión de los datos previstos: las publicaciones previstas en la convocatoria (Sede Electrónica del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y BOIB); según lo que prevé en relación con la publicación de los actos administrativos el artículo 45.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) en los términos previstos en el artículo 20 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;El órgano administrativo ante el cual se puede ejercitar, si procede, los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación, oposición y los otros que reconozca la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos personales y garantía de los derechos digitales, es la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica, Cooperación Municipal y Recursos Humanos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (Avenida de España, 49, 07800.
