    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía de 24 de agosto de 2026, por el que se autoriza la celebración del matrimonio civil entre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; EFF i LCP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtud de los artículos 58.1 de la Ley 20/2011, de 21 de julio, de Registro Civil, y 51 del Código Civil, en los que se establece la celebración del matrimonio por los alcaldes o los concejales en quienes delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Delegar en Isabel Morlà Matas, concejala de este Ayuntamiento, la competencia para celebrar el matrimonio civil entre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; EFF i LCP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, previsto el día 25 de septiembre de 2026, a las 13.30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La delegación debe ser documentada previamente. Para ello es suficiente que conste en el acta de matrimonio que la concejala ha actuado por delegación de la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La delegación conferida en el presente decreto requiere ser aceptada por el órgano delegado. Si en el plazo de tres días hábiles desde la notificación de la resolución no se ha rehusado explícitamente, se entenderá otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y dar cuenta al Pleno de la Corporación en la próxima sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
