    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (B.O.E. n.º 236, de 2 de octubre), después de haberse intentado la notificación electrónica y también la notificación mediante servicio de correo postal, &lt;strong&gt;resultando ambas infructuosas&lt;/strong&gt;, se hace pública la notificación de la citación por el levantamiento de las actas de ocupación de los terrenos afectados por la ejecución de las obras del proyecto “Proyecto reformado n.º 1 de las obras de conducción de agua potable de Petra a Manacor”, &lt;strong&gt;que tiene como objetivo la conducción de agua a las zonas del Levante de Mallorca a partir del municipio de Petra, con número de expediente Exp. Exprop 2/2025, que se llevaran a cabo el día&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; 6 de octubre de 2026 en el Ayuntamiento de Petra&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, a los titulares de las siguientes parcelas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
