ANA DE CASTRO MALDONADO, en nombre y representación de IBIZITA SL, frente a CONSEJO INSULAR DE IBIZA ENTIDADES LOCALES, contra la disposición de carácter general dictada por el Pleno del Consell Insular de Eivissa, de fecha 1 de agosto de 2025, por la que se aprueba definitivamente la Modificación número 2 del Plan Territorial Insular de Eivissa (PTIE) (Expediente 2021/25496R), la cual fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) nº 106, en fecha 9 de agosto de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por lo que en cumplimento de la diligencia de ordenación de fecha 11/9/2026 y de lo establecido en el artículo 47.1 de la LJCA, se acuerda la publicación del anuncio de la interposición del recurso contencioso administrativo referido en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
