&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno de Palma, el día 2 de septiembre de 2026, aprobó la modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2024-2026 del Departamento de Cultura, para incorporar las actualizaciones relativas a las subvenciones nominativas previstas para el ejercicio presupuestario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PLAN ESTRATÉGICO DE SUBVENCIONES DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE CULTURA 2024-2026&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del Departamento de Cultura del Área de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes y Coordinación Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Palma parte del principio que la cultura es un factor estratégico en la construcción de la ciudad y en su desarrollo económico, social y territorial. El ecosistema cultural de Palma está formado por un amplio conjunto de agentes, espacios, comunidades y prácticas culturales y las convocatorias de subvenciones son una herramienta de cooperación con el sector cultural de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Administración local, coma prestadora de servicios e inmediata interlocutora con la sociedad más próxima, tiene que promover y estimular todas las iniciativas de carácter cultural surgidas de la iniciativa colectiva. Se tienen que poner las máximas facilidades para que puedan prosperar todos los proyectos promovidos desde la ciudadanía y que supongan un beneficio y una mejora evidentes para la sociedad que les rodea. Palma necesita que las estructuras culturales sean sólidas y activas, y la Administración tiene que contar con la complicidad de su tejido cultural y tiene que estimular la organización de nuevas iniciativas, la ilusión para nuevos proyectos y retos más ambiciosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En su exposición de motivos, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, establece, para las administraciones públicas, la necesidad de elaborar planes estratégicos de subvenciones, que relacionen los objetivos y los efectos que se pretenden conseguir, con los costes previsibles y sus fuentes de financiación, para adecuar las necesidades públicas que se tienen que cubrir a través de las subvenciones con las previsiones de recursos disponibles, con carácter previo a su nacimiento de forma plurianual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Esta norma también establece los principios que tienen que regir en la gestión de las subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no-discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados por la Administración otorgante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Eficiencia en la asignación y la utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Con la aprobación de este Pla Estratégico de Subvenciones se cumple con el mandato legal básico establecido en el artículo 8 de la mencionada Ley, que dispone que “los órganos de las Administraciones Públicas o cualquier ente que proponga el establecimiento de subvenciones, con carácter previo, tendrá que concretar en un plan estratégico de subvenciones los objetivos y efectos que se pretenden conseguir con su aplicación, el plazo necesario para su consecución, los costes previsibles y sus fuentes de financiación, que se supeditará, en todo caso, a los objetivos de estabilidad presupuestaria”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asímismo, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones, establece en su artículo 10 que “los planes estratégicos de subvenciones se configuran como un instrumento de planificación de las políticas públicas que tengan como objeto el fomento de una actividad de utilidad pública o interés social o de promoción de una finalidad pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este Plan tiene que ser una herramienta útil que implemente verdaderas políticas municipales de promoción de la actividad cultural de acuerdo con los principios y las obligaciones competenciales del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Ley 23/2006, de 20 de diciembre, de capitalidad de Palma, al capítulo XII, Cultura, en su art. 103, define las obligaciones del Ayuntamiento en materia de cultura, que se pueden resumir en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Proporcionar ofertas culturales de interés para la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Apoyar a la iniciativa ciudadana y cívica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Impulsar las actividades de los sectores culturales sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Crear, gestionar y mantener el patrimonio artístico, científico, tecnológico, natural y documental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Proteger y fomentar el patrimonio lingüístico y la cultura tradicional de la ciudadanía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Incentivar la presencia en Palma de industrias culturales y de equipaciones de uso cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Participar en el impulso de grandes infraestructuras culturales de titularidad autonómica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Difundir la cultura por los pueblos y por las barriadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolución de Alcaldía 4833 de 6 de marzo de 2026, SEGRA 834972, (BOIB n.º 32, de 12 de marzo de 2026) de organización de los servicios administrativos del Ayuntamiento de Palma otorga entre otros, al Área de Cultura las de promoción, impulso y dinamización cultural de la ciudad y la de conservación del patrimonio cultural e histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESARROLLO DEL PLAN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es objeto de este Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones el establecimiento normalizado de canales de cooperación dirigidos a la coordinación de los diferentes órganos de gestión del departamento y los entes públicos que están vinculados y que proponen el establecimiento de subvenciones y ayudas, para garantizar la mayor eficiencia y eficacia en la implementación de las políticas públicas que tengan como objeto el fomento de una actividad de utilidad pública o interés social o de promoción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Plan acontece un instrumento de gestión, planificación y control de las políticas públicas de contenido subvencional desarrolladas por el departamento y su sector público como otorgante de ayudas y subvenciones y una herramienta al servicio de al ciudadanía para dar a conocer la política de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NATURALEZA JURÍDICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones tiene carácter programático, no normativo, y su contenido no generará derechos ni obligaciones a favor de los potenciales beneficiarios, los cuales no podrán exigir indemnización o compensación de ningún tipo en el supuesto que el Plan no se lleve a la práctica en sus propios términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Su efectividad queda condicionada a la puesta en práctica de las diferentes líneas de subvención, atendiendo entre otros condicionantes, las disponibilidades presupuestarias de cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este Plan será de aplicación a las subvenciones y ayudas que conceda el Departamento de Cultura y los entes públicos que están vinculados y que también proponen el establecimiento de subvenciones o ayudas, concretamente la Fundación Pilar y Joan Miró.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN OBJETIVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Este Plan será de aplicación a las subvenciones y ayudas que conceda el Departamento de Cultura a través de los órganos y entidades detallados al apartado anterior, entendiéndose como:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Subvención: la entrega dineraria sin contraprestación directa de los beneficiarios que se destina a financiar operaciones del ente perceptor con carácter finalista, que respondan al fomento de una actividad pública o interés social o a la promoción de una finalidad pública, siempre que la entrega esté sujeta al cumplimiento de un objetivo, un fin o un propósito determinado, la ejecución de un proyecto, la realización de una actividad, la adopción de un comportamiento singular, ya realizados o para desarrollar, o la concurrencia de una situación y que el beneficiario tenga que cumplir las obligaciones materiales y formales que se hayan establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Ayudas: los premios otorgados con solicitud previa se incluyen en esta categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRINCIPIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La concesión de subvenciones y ayudas se realizarán según los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, garantizando la transparencia de las actuaciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A estos efectos, el órgano competente para su concesión tiene que establecer las bases reguladoras de cada convocatoria, los requisitos y los procedimientos de concesión y justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con el que prevé la Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones, los procedimientos de concesión de subvenciones pueden ser de forma directa o mediante procedimiento en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Con carácter general, las subvenciones se tienen que conceder en régimen de concurrencia. Además, pueden concederse mediante ayuda directa las que figuren como nominativas en los presupuestos municipales. Para los supuestos en los cuales, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la subvención, su urgencia o el interés público, se requiera un tipo de procedimiento de concesión diferente, este se podrá utilizar, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, con la justificación previa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En las bases de subvención se tiene que indicar el procedimiento adecuado para cada una de las líneas de subvención que se regulen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COSTES PREVISIBLES Y FONDOS DE FINANCIACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dentro del coste previsible, la cantidad máxima anual destinada a cada convocatoria de subvenciones será la que se apruebe en el presupuesto municipal anual y se concretará a cada una de las bases de la convocatoria pública de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La financiación será con fondos propios, de acuerdo con la aprobación del Presupuesto municipal y con cargo a las partidas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Estas subvenciones son compatibles con otros ajustes institucionales, premios y/o financiación privados a los cuales los proyectos presentados a la presente convocatoria puedan optar, siempre que la suma de los ajustes no supere el 100% del coste del proyecto, que no sea subvencionado más de una vez el mismo concepto, se deje constancia a los proyectos y el Ayuntamiento de Palma sea informado convenientemente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETIVOS ESTRATÉGICOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objetivo general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Favorecer las iniciativas del sector cultural de Palma y de las personas creadoras para la realización de proyectos, actividades y acontecimientos diversos que proyecten y singularicen Palma en alguna manifestación cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objetivos específicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 1: fomentar y apoyar a las iniciativas culturales surgidas del tejido cultural para el desarrollo de su tarea de creación y gestión de proyectos que tienen como ámbito de actuación la ciudad de Palma, así como a impulsar y dar a conocer fuera de Mallorca los grupos locales de nuestra ciudad y de las Illes Balears, que pongan en valor la creación musical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 2: favorecer y fomentar las iniciativas que contribuyan al mantenimiento y la difusión de las manifestaciones de cultura popular y tradicional; así como, la innovación y la creación experimental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 3: fomentar iniciativas de recuperación, conservación y difusión del patrimonio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 4: contribuir a la presencia de establecimientos culturales como elementos de riqueza e identidad cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 5: impulsar la creación artística y cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 6: participar como patrón vitalicio mediante aportación económica para procurar el máximo incremento de recursos de la Fundació Teatre del Mar y la mayor seguridad y estabilidad su patrimonio para mantener este espacio cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los objetivos que persigue el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones no tienen incidencia sobre el mercado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESULTADOS PREVISTOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resultado 1: una ciudad con un tejido cultural, asociativo y empresarial, fuerte y organizado capaz de generar unos proyectos culturales de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resultado 2: un territorio culturalmente equilibrado en cuanto a programaciones y establecimientos culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PERIODO DE VIGENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las previsiones del presente Plano Estratégico de Subvenciones tendrán un periodo de vigencia de 3 años desde su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEAS DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se establecen las siguientes líneas de subvenciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA 1. Apoyo a las bandas de música y escuelas de música y danzas tradicionales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 1: fomentar y apoyar a las iniciativas culturales surgidas del tejido cultural para el desarrollo de su tarea de creación y gestión de proyectos culturales que tienen como ámbito de actuación la ciudad de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 2: favorecer y fomentar las iniciativas que contribuyan al mantenimiento y la difusión de las manifestaciones de cultura popular y tradicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Efecto: Mejorar la difusión y la enseñanza de la música, y también de los bailes y la música tradicionales de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Entidades sin ánimo de lucro que difundan y enseñen la música y los bailes tradicionales mallorquines, y las asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro de bandas de música, que tengan por objetivo la formación y la realización de actividades musicales y, su sede, a Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Solo pueden ser beneficiarias de esta línea las propuestas que se ajusten a una de las siguientes definiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Las bandas de música que tengan por objetivo la formación y la realización de actividades musicales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Escuelas de “música y danzas” tradicionales mallorquinas que tengan por objetivo difundir y enseñar la música y los bailes tradicionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concurrencia competitiva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33400.48300 Cultura.- Subvención concertación programas, previsión inicial de 36.000 euros, según disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Indicadores para evaluar el trabajo desarrollado: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Número de proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Número de proyectos subvencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Importe total subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA 2. Apoyo a la producción y a la dinamización cultural de la ciudad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 1: fomentar y apoyar a las iniciativas culturales surgidas del tejido cultural para el desarrollo de su tarea de creación y gestión de proyectos culturales que tienen como ámbito de actuación la ciudad de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 2: favorecer y fomentar las iniciativas que contribuyan al mantenimiento y la difusión de las manifestaciones de cultura popular y tradicional; así como, la innovación y la creación experimental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se pueden convocar en una o diversas de las siguientes categorías, en función de la disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Artes Visuales &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Proyectos e iniciativas del ámbito de las artes visuales que tengan como objetivo la difusión y la promoción de la creación en las vertientes de programación estable y apoyo a la creación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Artes escénicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Proyectos del ámbito de las artes escénicas (teatro, danza, circo) que signifiquen una mejora en relación con la oferta de artes escénicas de la ciudad: programación teatral estable, diversidad de géneros teatrales, experimentación, nuevos formatos, nuevos talentos y creadores emergentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Cine y audiovisuales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Proyectos en el ámbito del cine y el audiovisual, festivales de cine, muestras y programaciones que signifiquen una mejora en la programación y oferta de cine y audiovisual de la ciudad, desde los ámbitos de la exhibición, programación estable, singular, diversa e inédita y/o inexistentes en los circuitos más comerciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.4. Música&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Proyectos e iniciativas en el ámbito de la música, festivales, muestras y programaciones estables de música en vivo de calidad que contribuyan al enriquecimiento de la oferta musical de la ciudad en cuanto a singularidad en la programación, diversidad de estilos, géneros musicales, propuestas inéditas y especializadas. Iniciativas que apuesten por la experimentación, innovación, nuevos formatos y creatividad en este ámbito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5. Promoción de la lectura&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Iniciativas de promoción y difusión de la actividad literaria y la lectura que busquen mejorar los índice y la divulgación del patrimonio literario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.6. Espacios de creación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Espacios y proyectos que focalizan su actividad en la experimentación, la difusión y la exhibición artística y cultural de la ciudad, desde la vertiente del acompañamiento y el apoyo a los procesos creativos en sus diferentes fases (investigación, investigación, creación, producción y exhibición). Espacios y proyectos que ofrecen recursos y herramientas para nutrir, favorecer, impulsar y crecer el talento y la creatividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Efectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resultado 1: una ciudad con un tejido cultural, asociativo y empresarial, fuerte y organizado capaz de generar unos proyectos culturales de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Resultado 2: un territorio culturalmente equilibrado en cuanto a programaciones y establecimientos culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Las personas físicas o jurídicas, las agrupaciones de cualquier de las personas mencionadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado que, incluso careciendo de personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos, las actividades o los comportamientos, o que se encuentren en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención, que cumplan los requisitos y las obligaciones previstas en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones; que realicen o promuevan actuaciones o actividades en beneficio de la creación artística, la producción y la dinamización cultural de la ciudad; fundamenten el otorgamiento de la subvención de acuerdo con lo que prevé la convocatoria y presenten proyectos de los tipos de actividades ya mencionadas en este párrafo para realizar en Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para ser beneficiario hace falta que el fin, el objetivo, la ejecución del proyecto o la realización de la actividad radique al ámbito territorial del municipio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33400.48300 Cultura.- Subvención concertación programes, según disponibilidad presupuestaria, las de concurrencia competitiva, con un coste previsible de 104.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Indicadores para evaluar el trabajo desarrollado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Número de proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo: Ofrecer a la ciudadanía una programación de cine, música y conferencias, gratuita, alternativa y cultural en los diferentes espacios culturales de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Deejaysgrup SL y Mediterranean Creative Hub SLU. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo: Apoyar a las actividades que se realizan dentro del marco de la Nit de l'Art, l'Art Brunch i l'Art Palma Summer para potenciar la vida cultural de la ciudad y de acercar a los ciudadanos los nuevos lenguajes y artistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Asociación Art Palma Contemporani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo: Generar un espacio de encuentro profesional y de muestra de proyectos cinematográficos en Palma de ámbito audiovisual, documental y video. La consolidación de la iniciativa es un objetivo compartido por el Departamento de Cultura para mantener en Palma una apuesta de internacionalización y contacto entre el sector internacional y local de producción audiovisual y cinematográfica donde es clave la colaboración con la Palma Film Office, promotora de todo tipo de iniciativas de impulso a la industria audiovisual y cinematográfica en Palma y Mallorca buscando oportunidades de crecimiento de este sector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: EVOLUTION INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, S.L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concesión directa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subvención directa Fundación Teatre Principal de Palma&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo: Promover la creación y exhibición artística y la colaboración entre instituciones públicas para hacerlo posible. En este sentido, el Ayuntamiento de Palma y la Fundación del Teatre Principal comparten la necesidad de promover la actividad escénica local a un espacio único por su trayectoria, historia y de programación de espectáculos. Esta colaboración toma como base la presencia del Ayuntamiento de Palma en el Patronato de la Fundación que se reafirma con la presente propuesta de colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: FUNDACIÓN TEATRE PRINCIPAL DE PALMA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subvención directa Gremi Libreters de Mallorca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo: Promover la lectura y la vinculación del mundo literario con la ciudad a través de conferencias, presentaciones de novedades literarias, trabajos de investigación y presentación de trabajos vinculados a la ciudad de Palma preferentemente ocupando espacios públicos emblemáticos como el Borne, la Plaza Mayor o la Plaza de España acercando la literatura a la sociedad. Se trata de una entidad radicada en Palma, única en la isla en cuanto a la promoción conjunta del objetivo descrito en forma de asociación profesional de libreros de Mallorca. Entre sus actividades destacan la celebración del Día de las librerías, Semana del libro en Catalán, Feria del Libro de Palma y la celebración del Día del libro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: GREMI LIBRETERS DE MALLORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concesión directa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33400.48306.- CULTURA.- GREMI LLIBRETERS DE MALLORCA. FOMENTO DE LA LECTURA, previsión inicial de 15.000 euros, según disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA 3. Investigación, difusión y conservación del patrimonio de Palma&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 3: fomentar iniciativas de recuperación, conservación y difusión del patrimonio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se pueden convocar en una o diversas las siguientes categorías, en función de la disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. Producción y edición de libros y productos audiovisuales relacionados con la difusión del patrimonio y la historia de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. Proyectos de investigación del patrimonio y la historia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.3. Proyectos de actividades y exposiciones que fomenten el conocimiento de los barrios de Palma, y de sus personajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.4. Proyectos de gestión del patrimonio arqueológico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Efectos: un mejor conocimiento del patrimonio y de la historia de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Las personas físicas o jurídicas, las agrupaciones de cualquier de las personas mencionadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado que, incluso careciendo de personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos, las actividades o los comportamientos, o que se encuentren en la situación que motiva la concesión de la subvención; que cumplan los requisitos y las obligaciones previstas en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones; que realicen o promuevan actuaciones o actividades en beneficio de la difusión y la promoción del patrimonio histórico de Palma; que fundamenten el otorgamiento de la subvención de acuerdo con el que prevé la convocatoria y que presenten proyectos de actividades y de difusión de la historia, las tradiciones, los personajes y el urbanismo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para ser beneficiario hace falta que el fin, el objetivo, la ejecución del proyecto o la realización de la actividad radique al ámbito territorial del municipio de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Apoyo a los establecimientos culturales dedicados a la promoción, la exhibición o el comercio cultural de carácter privado&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 4: contribuir a la presencia de establecimientos culturales como elementos de riqueza e identidad cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se podrán convocar en una o diversas de las siguientes modalidades, en función de la disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;MODALIDAD A – ARTES EN VIVO: Espacios estables de exhibición de artes escénicas como teatro, danza, circo, y otras disciplinas de las artes en vivo, así como salas de música en vivo o espacios independientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Salas de teatro, danza, circo y otras disciplinas de las artes en vivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Salas de música en vivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Espacios independientes de creación y exhibición artística y cultural, entendidos como espacios independientes y multidisciplinars que apoyan a la producción, la investigación y la exhibición artística y cultural, y que ofrecen una programación periódica de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;MODALIDAD B – COMERCIO CULTURAL: Establecimientos comerciales del ámbito cultural considerados como pequeño comercio (superficie inferior a los 500 m²).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Librerías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Galerías de arte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;MODALIDAD C – CINES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Salas de Cine con 7 salas de exhibición o menos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Efectos: tener pequeños establecimientos culturales que refuerzan la identidad y singularidad de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Las personas físicas o jurídicas privadas, las agrupaciones de cualquier de las personas mencionadas, las comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de unidad económica o de patrimonio separado que, incluso careciendo de personalidad jurídica, puedan llevar a cabo los proyectos, las actividades o los comportamientos, que gestionen establecimientos de promoción, exhibición o comercio cultural y salas de cine, incluyendo tanto los sujetos que tienen el local en régimen de propiedad como en régimen de alquiler; que cumplan los requisitos y las obligaciones previstas en los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y en los artículos 10 y 11 de la Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para ser beneficiario hace falta que los establecimientos estén domiciliados en la ciudad de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concurrencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33400.48300 Cultura.- Subvenció concertació programes, previsión inicial de 192.000 euros, según disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Indicadores para evaluar el trabajo desarrollado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Número de establecimientos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Número de establecimientos subvencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Importe total subvencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA 5. Apoyo a la creatividad y la producción literarias, las artes visuales, el cómic, la música, las artes escénicas y el audiovisual, la investigación, el periodismo y la gastronomía: Premis Ciutat de Palma.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objetivo 5: impulsar la creación artística y cultural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los Premis Ciutat de Palma son una convocatoria anual de promoción y reconocimiento a la creación cultural en sus más diversas manifestaciones. A través de esta convocatoria y la dotación económica de los Premios, el Ayuntamiento de Palma impulsa y reconoce la tarea de los artistas, creadores e investigadores y da estímulos para que el sector cultural pueda afrontar nuevas iniciativas y retos más ambiciosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se podrán convocar en una o diversas de las siguientes categorías, en función de la disponibilidad presupuestaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Artes Visuales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Cómic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Novela&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Poesía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Artes Escénicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Audiovisuales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Investigación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Periodismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Premi Ciutat de Palma de Gastronomía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Efectos: Estimular la creatividad, la investigación, la originalidad, la calidad y la innovación en los ámbitos que propone esta línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Personas creadoras, investigadoras, de acuerdo con las bases que se convoquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33420.48100 Premis Ciutat de Palma, previsión inicial de 132.000 euros, según disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Indicadores para evaluar el trabajo desarrollado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Número de proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LÍNEA 6. Aportación nominativa para la estabilidad y seguridad de la Fundació Teatre del Mar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Objectiu 6: Participar como patrón vitalicio mediante aportación económica para procurar el máximo incremento de recursos de la Fundación y la mayor seguridad y estabilidad de su patrimonio para mantener este espacio cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Beneficiarios: Fundació Teatre del Mar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Modalidad de concesión: Concesión directa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Financiación: Fondo propio con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 03.33330.48300 Teatres.- Aportación a la Fundació Teatre del Mar, previsión inicial de 45.000 euros, según disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. CONSECUCIÓN DE OBJETIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La consecución de los objetivos que se fijan para cada una de las líneas de este Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se valorará a partir de los “Indicadores para evaluar el trabajo desarrollado” definidos en cada una de las líneas. Se prevé el cumplimiento del 85% de los objetivos previstos en el presente Plan Estratégico, antes de la finalización de su vigencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los plazos de consecución de objetivos, a partir de los indicadores, se tienen que valorar en dos fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Anualmente, en la finalización de cada una de las convocatorias de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Globalmente, en la finalización de la vigencia del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. CALENDARIO Y PERIODO DE EJECUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las convocatorias de subvenciones son anuales. Las bases concretas de cada línea definirán el calendario y su periodo de ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vez aprobadas, las bases se publicarán en el BOIB, en la web municipal y a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, y las personas o las entidades que cumplan los requisitos podrán presentar las solicitudes en el plazo y en la forma que especifique cada convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. RÉGIMEN DE SEGUIMIENTO Y EVALUACIÓN APLICABLE A LAS DIFERENTES LÍNEAS DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 12.1.c) del RD 887/2006, el Plan Estratégico, a fin de permitir el seguimiento y la evaluación continua aplicable a líneas de subvención, exige que se determinen unos indicadores relacionados con los objetivos del Plan. Los indicadores se detallarán en cada una de las líneas de subvenciones y se utilizarán para evaluar el logro de los objetivos previstos para cada una de las líneas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El informe general de evaluación de los objetivos previstos en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se realizará el primer cuatrimestre del ejercicio siguiente objeto de la evaluación y pasará a formar parte de la memoria final del ejercicio presupuestario con el cual se corresponde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El contenido de este documento recogerá los resultados obtenidos con los programas de subvenciones que se han desarrollado, su incidencia en el entorno donde se han ejecutado, así como las repercusiones presupuestarias y financieras para los siguientes ejercicios. Así mismo, recogerá las propuestas de modificación que se consideren adecuadas para el logro de los objetivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para las líneas 1, 2 y 3 se hará una valoración cualitativa a partir de las memorias presentadas en las justificaciones de las subvenciones. Por eso, cada memoria se valorará teniendo en cuenta la correcta presentación y el contenido respecto de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Memoria descriptiva de las actividades subvencionadas, con indicación del lugar y las fechas de realización; el número y la tipología de los participantes, la regularidad de su funcionamiento y, en general, los elementos que constan como criterios de valoración y otros datos que sean de interés para el objetivo del proyecto o la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Justificantes internos de la entidad de la realización de las actividades subvencionadas – listas de asistentes, fotografías, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Elementos publicitarios (carteles, folletos, difusión a través de las nuevas tecnologías) en que aparezca la difusión de las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Memorias económicas o cuentas justificativas que tienen que incluir los ingresos y los justificantes de los gastos realizados para ejecutar las actividades subvencionadas en relación con los proyectos presentados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Lista numera, ordenada sistemáticamente y detallada, de todos los documentos que permitan acreditar el cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas, la consecución de los objetivos previstos al acto de concesión de la subvención, y también el coste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la línea 4 se hará una valoración inicial del cumplimiento y acreditación de unos requisitos necesarios para ser beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para la línea 5 la evaluación corresponderá al veredicto emitido por el jurado nombrado para cada una de las especialidades convocadas. El seguimiento dependerá del que establezca cada una de sus bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para las subvenciones nominativas el hecho de contribuir a la pervivencia de esta parte del sector cultural da por conseguidos los objetivos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Con el resultado de las valoraciones de las memorias técnicas y las conclusiones que se extraigan, se propondrá, si se tercia, la continuación, la sustitución o la modificación de determinados criterios y puntos de las bases de cada una de las convocatorias con sus líneas de subvención, con el objeto de mejorar la eficacia y la eficiencia en relación con la consecución de los objetivos planteados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las conclusiones del seguimiento de este Plan podrán quedar reflejadas en la redacción del siguiente Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, mediante las modificaciones oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
