&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la modificación de precio público, según se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Precio público para las prestaciones de servicios de la escuela infantil pública y otros servicios educativos de 0 a 3 años&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 1º OBJETO Y FUNDAMENTO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 41 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas locales, este ayuntamiento acuerda establecer en este término municipal el precio público relativo para las prestaciones de servicios de la escuela infantil pública y otros servicios educativos de 0 a 3 años. Será de aplicación a este precio público la regulación de que disponen los artículos que van del 41 al 47 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas locales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 2º OBLIGADOS AL PAGO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Están obligados al pago de los precios públicos contenidos en esta normativa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Las personas físicas o jurídicas (padres, madres o quien ostente la tutoría de los niños) que se benefician de los servicios educativos prestados por las escuelas infantiles públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 3º CANTIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los precios públicos a exigir por la prestación de los servicios se determinará en función de las siguientes tarifas, según los tramos horarios y los servicios que se ofrecen en cada uno de estos tramos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe diario por el servicio de comedor será de 6 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ARTÍCULO 4º NORMAS DE GESTIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La cuantía a abonar para la gestión de expediente de admisión será por importe de 75€/anuales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Las tarifas mensuales se abonarán dentro de los diez primeros días del mes siguiente por domiciliación bancaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Las altas que se produzcan dentro de los quince primeros días de cada mes abonarán la cuota mensual. Si el alta se produce del día 16 de un mes por adelantado, se abonará el 50%. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Las familias con una problemática social grave, previo informe motivado del Departamento de Servicios Sociales, podrán gozar de una bonificación, que en todo caso será de carácter rogado y resuelta la petición por Decreto de Alcaldía, que decidirá el porcentaje de la bonificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. En caso de que algún usuario pueda ser incluido en distintos grupos de tarifas, el precio público a aplicar será el de menor cuantía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Las bajas definitivas en la prestación del servicio o las modificaciones en el régimen de estancia deben ser comunicadas por los padres o tutores con anterioridad al día 20 del mes anterior en que deban surtir efecto, y deben ser presentadas con el impreso elaborado al efecto en el registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La falta de asistencia de un niño durante un período de un mes sin previo aviso implica la baja definitiva de la escuela, sin que ello afecte al recibo del mes no asistido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. Igualmente implica la baja definitiva de la escuela el impago de los recibos en el plazo establecido durante dos meses consecutivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. En caso de devolución de recibos domiciliados, se llevará a cabo un aviso a las familias, que dispondrán de un mes para regularizar la situación. En caso de no hacerlo, aparte de la baja definitiva, estos recibos serán enviados para su cobro en vía ejecutiva a la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. Si como consecuencia de una enfermedad un niño no asiste a la escuela en un período igual o superior a un mes, los padres, madres o tutores pueden solicitar la devolución de la totalidad de la cuota correspondiente. Debe acompañarse la solicitud de devolución de cuota por enfermedad con un certificado médico en el que conste el motivo y la duración de la baja. Posteriormente, el Ayuntamiento debe solicitar un informe a la escuela infantil que corrobore la no asistencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. Por la aplicación de las cuotas contempladas por las familias numerosas y familias monoparentales tendrán que aportar el carné de familia numerosa o familia monoparental en vigor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12. Por la aplicación de las cuotas contempladas por las familias que tengan un hijo con necesidades educativas especiales tendrán que aportar el informe del especialista correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;13. Por la aplicación de las cuotas contempladas por las familias que tengan un hijo con discapacidad igual o superior al 33% tendrán que aportar la declaración administrativa de discapacidad expedida por el órgano competente de la Comunidad Autónoma o certificado del IMSERSO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;14. El importe diario de servicios de ampliación de la escolarización básica o de servicio de alimentación (comedor) se sumarán al recibo mensual domiciliado a final de mes. A partir del quinto día mensual de uso de los servicios de ampliación de escolarización básica, se cobrará el importe mensual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;15. En caso de haberse formalizado la matrícula y efectuado el pago del seguro escolar, éste no será devuelto si finalmente los niños no inician el curso escolar o si se dan de baja una vez ya iniciado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;16. Los hijos/hijas de los trabajadores municipales gozarán de una bonificación del 10% en todas las tarifas señaladas en la presente Ordenanza (acumulable a las bonificaciones ya previstas), en atención a lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo y el Convenio sobre las condiciones de trabajo del personal funcionario y laboral del Ayuntamiento de Algaida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;17. Servicio de escuela de verano comienza cuando termina el período lectivo estipulado por calendario oficial de la Conselleria. No se presta ampliación horaria de mañana, ni tarde y el número de usuarios de comedor debe llegar al mínimo dictado por la empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;18. Las especificidades que puedan existir cada curso en relación al calendario escolar, serán comunicadas a las familias con antelación y vendrán previstas, en la medida de lo posible, en el decreto de alcaldía que acuerde y regule el proceso de matriculación y ordenación de cada curso escolar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;19. De forma general, todo lo que no se prevé en este acuerdo debe atenerse a lo que dispone el Reglamento de régimen interno de la Escuela Infantil Flor de Murta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;20. Durante los períodos de vacaciones de Navidad y Pascua que se establecen anualmente en la resolución del Consejero por el que se establece el calendario escolar, así como en el decreto de Alcaldía de matrícula y ordenación del curso escolar pertinente, sólo se hará el pago de la parte proporcional de los servicios complementarios disfrutados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;21. Si se realiza una actividad extraordinaria o un desplazamiento en bus escolar, en su caso, deberá pagarse junto con el recibo mensual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN ADICIONAL &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Todo lo que no esté previsto en el presente acuerdo se regirá por el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, así como la Ley general tributaria y el Reglamento general de recaudación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta normativa específica se aplicará para los centros de Educación Infantil y Espacios Familiares del Ayuntamiento de Algaida a partir del curso 2026-2027, y estará en vigor mientras el Ayuntamiento no acuerde su modificación o derogación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears a efectos de su general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así mismo, estará a disposición de los interesados ​​en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
