    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica, la Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias, la Ley 14/2019, de 29 de marzo, de proyectos industriales estratégicos de las Illes Balears; y la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental, según corresponda, se somete a información pública la petición de Aena, S.M.E., S.A. para dar cumplimiento al procedimiento previsto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para que el proyecto de la instalación señalada pueda examinarse en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
