&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. En fecha 13 de agosto de 2026 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 101 la Resolución definitiva de la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la que se determina la dotación de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) en la enseñanza privada concertada para el curso 2026-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Posteriormente a la publicación de la Resolución, a raíz de una segunda revisión, se detecta un error en el anexo 1, dado que consta el CCEI Jardines de la Infancia Pureza de María, código 07002737, cuya extinción ha sido acordada con efectos del inicio del curso escolar 2026-2027, de acuerdo con la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades por la que se autoriza la integración de los estudios de primer y segundo ciclo de educación infantil del centro de educación infantil privado concertado Jardines de la Infancia Pureza de María en el centro privado concertado Madre Alberta, y la extinción y supresión posterior del código del centro de educación infantil privado concertado Jardines de la Infancia Pureza de María, publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 26, de 26 de febrero de 2026. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En consecuencia, su código de centro es objeto de baja y no corresponde asignarle ninguna dotación de horas de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) para el curso 2026-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar, en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, determina que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición; asimismo, que la rectificación de errores debe especificar, si procede, los efectos jurídicos que se derivan de ella, y debe notificarse o publicarse preceptivamente cuando haga referencia a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Corregir el anexo 1 de la Resolución definitiva de la directora general de Personal Docente y Centros Concertados por la que se determina la dotación de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) en la enseñanza privada concertada para el curso 2026-2027, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En consecuencia, no corresponde asignarle ninguna dotación de horas de personal auxiliar técnico educativo (ATE) para el curso 2026-2027."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
