    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aprobada por la Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario de día 21 de agosto de 2026, de la cual se transcribe el siguiente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- Aceptar&lt;/strong&gt; la justificación de la subvención de 2025 mediante la presentación de los estados contables debidamente auditados presentados al Consell Insular de Formentera con fecha 22 de julio de 2026 con RGE. n.º 2026/19904, y atendiendo a la justificación prevista en el informe técnico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- Tener por presentada correctamente la documentación necesaria&lt;/strong&gt; para hacer efectiva la aportación que tiene asignada el Consell Insular de Formentera como subvención en los presupuestos para el ejercicio 2026 al Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- Conceder&lt;/strong&gt; una subvención nominativa &lt;strong&gt;al Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;, por un importe de &lt;strong&gt;24.000 €&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta subvención nominal está incluida en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Formentera para el periodo 2026 y 2027, aprobado por acuerdo del Pleno de 20 de enero de 2026 (según aquello que se deriva de lo que aparece publicado en el BOIB n.º 31, de 10 de marzo de 2026), incluido en el Presupuesto General del Consell Insular para el año presente 2026, aprobado por acuerdo del Pleno de 20 de enero de 2026 (acuerdo de aprobación inicial elevado a definitivo, según aquello publicado en el BOIB n.º 23, de 19 febrero de 2026; con rectificación de errores en cuanto a la plantilla orgánica, según aquello que se deriva de lo que aparece publicado en el BOIB n.º 25, de 24 de febrero de 2026) con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2026.1.410.48000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;• NORMATIVA APLICABLE: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre General de subvenciones. Y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Se está, en cualquier caso, dado que el citado Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular de Formentera para el periodo 2026-2027 aprobado por Pleno en fecha de 20 de enero de 2026 (BOIB n.º 31, de 10 de marzo de 2026), contempla esta subvención como nominativa, y por tanto se puede ejecutar ahora, por el valor de lo que significan los Presupuestos generales y su consideración como nominativa. Además, también se está en el artículo 96.2 y a la disposición adicional novena de la mencionada Ley de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA: Desde el 1 de enero hasta 31 de diciembre de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Antes de 30 de septiembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN: Mediante presentación de estados contables auditados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PAGO: Anticipado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS: Se exime de la presentación de garantías (art.17.3.k) Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- Autorizar y disponer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; el gasto con cargo al Capítulo IV de los presupuestos del Consell Insular de Formentera, a favor del beneficiario &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- Reconocer&lt;/strong&gt; la obligación, &lt;strong&gt;ordenar el pago y pagar anticipadamente el importe íntegro de la subvención y registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar&lt;/strong&gt; hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de la misma de acuerdo con las normas de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.- Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; la propuesta según el &lt;strong&gt;Grupo de Acción Local para el Desarrollo Rural y Pesquero de Ibiza y Formentera&lt;/strong&gt; con &lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo. Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo. Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Noveno. Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; el otorgamiento de esta subvención en la base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) en aplicación del art. 33 y 34 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo cual se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
