    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por Orden del consejero de Empresa, Autónomos y Energía de 25 de mayo de 2026, se convocaron las elecciones para la constitución del Pleno de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca (BOIB n.º 67, de 28 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta Electoral para las elecciones al Plenario de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca, reunida en sesión de 16 de junio de 2026, en cumplimiento del artículo 27 del Real Decreto 669/2015, de 17 de julio, por el que se desarrolla la Ley 4/2014, de 1 de abril, básica de las cámaras oficiales de comercio, industria, servicios y navegación, aprobó las candidaturas presentadas para cubrir las vocalías del Plenario, según la convocatoria de elecciones. Proclamó a tal fin vocales electas las personas físicas o jurídicas, que se presentaron como candidatos para cubrir plazas en los grupos y las categorías, en los que el número de miembros que a elegir fue igual al de candidaturas, y que resultaron ser todos, por lo que no fue necesaria la celebración de elecciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según consta en el acta de la constitución del Pleno y en el certificado de la secretaria de la Cámara; el Pleno de la Cámara, en la sesión constitutiva de 21 de julio de 2026, acordó la designación de las personas que conforman el Comité Ejecutivo, sin que se hayan producido incidencias ni reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 33.5 del Real Decreto 669/2015 dispone que, una vez resueltas las incidencias, si las hay, el órgano competente de la administración tutelante dispondrá la publicación de los nombramientos del presidente, de los cargos del comité ejecutivo y de los miembros del pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de conformidad con las disposiciones normativas mencionadas y en ejercicio de las competencias que me atribuyen el artículo 2.6 y la disposición adicional primera de la Ley 1/2017, de 12 de mayo, de Cámaras Oficiales de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Publicar los nombramientos del presidente, de los cargos del Comité Ejecutivo y de los miembros del Pleno de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Mallorca, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
