&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por medio de la resolución de la directora gerente del Hospital Universitario Son Espases de 21 de agosto de 2026 por la que&amp;nbsp; se aprueba la convocatoria para cubrir, por el sistema de concurso, un puesto de trabajo de jefe de grupo de Recursos Humanos - AIDA de la plantilla orgánica autorizada de la Gerencia de Hospital Universitario Son Espases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Se ha advertido un error, en la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre,&amp;nbsp; de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que “las Administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Rectificar un error en la resolución de la directora gerente del Hospital Universitario Son Espases de 21 de agosto de 2026. por la que&amp;nbsp; se aprueba la convocatoria para cubrir, por el sistema de concurso, un puesto de trabajo de jefe de grupo de Recursos Humanos – AIDA de la plantilla orgánica autorizada de la Gerencia de Hospital Universitario Son Espases. (ANEXO)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta corrección de errores en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
