&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía n.º 979, de fecha 13 de agosto de 2026, se aprobaron las bases reguladoras que han de regir la &lt;strong&gt;«Convocatoria de subvenciones para la rehabilitación de elementos patrimoniales 2026»&lt;/strong&gt;, publicadas en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 104, de 20 de agosto de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 17.3.b) y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria, cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El término municipal de Sant Joan de Labritja cuenta con numerosos elementos etnológicos y arquitectónicos de valor patrimonial que forman parte del paisaje, la cultura y la identidad tradicional del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La conservación de estos elementos requiere actuaciones de mantenimiento, recuperación y restauración que respeten los materiales y las técnicas constructivas tradicionales, contribuyendo así a preservar el patrimonio cultural y etnológico del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por este motivo, el Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja considera necesario fomentar la recuperación y conservación de estos elementos patrimoniales mediante una línea de ayudas destinada a sus propietarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto y personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es impulsar la recuperación de elementos etnológicos y arquitectónicos de valor patrimonial situados en el término municipal de Sant Joan de Labritja, con independencia de la clasificación urbanística del suelo en el que se ubiquen, siendo subvencionables las actuaciones realizadas tanto en suelo rústico como en suelo urbano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La finalidad de las ayudas es promover la conservación, restauración y mejora de elementos patrimoniales construidos con materiales y técnicas tradicionales, comprendidos en las siguientes tipologías:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opción 1. Elementos del paisaje rural tradicional:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Paredes de piedra seca («parets de pedra seca» o «parets de tanca»), incluidas aquellas destinadas a la contención de suelos en bancales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Márgenes y paredes de piedra seca en caminos y parcelas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Eras de batir, miradores, hornos de cal, hornos de carbonero y barracas de carbonero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opción 2. Elementos vinculados al agua y elementos tradicionales:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Canales, fuentes, pozos, norias, sumideros, acequias y canaladuras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aljibes, balsas, cisternas y cuellos de cisterna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abrevaderos y lavaderos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Molinos de extracción de agua y molinos hidráulicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Torrentes, zaragalls, puentes, piedras de paso y pasadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Molinos de viento y de sangre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios de estas ayudas los propietarios de las fincas en las que se realice la actuación, situadas en el término municipal de Sant Joan de Labritja, ya sean personas físicas, personas jurídicas o comunidades de vecinos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedan excluidas las obras destinadas a usos no agrarios, como el uso de piedra en viviendas, piscinas, ajardinamientos y aparcamientos, entre otros. Tampoco podrán ser beneficiarios quienes realicen la rehabilitación patrimonial en una finca dedicada a actividades de agroturismo, turismo rural u otras actividades vinculadas que generen un beneficio económico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Dotación económica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cuantía máxima destinada a la presente convocatoria asciende a treinta mil euros (30.000,00 €), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 3360.48900 del Presupuesto Municipal del ejercicio 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La cuantía de las subvenciones se determinará de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opción 1. Elementos del paisaje rural tradicional:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; 25 euros por metro cuadrado, hasta un importe máximo de &lt;strong&gt;3.000 euros&lt;/strong&gt; por propietario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Opción 2. Elementos vinculados al agua y elementos tradicionales:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; 25 % del Presupuesto de Ejecución Material (PEM), hasta un importe máximo de &lt;strong&gt;3.000 euros&lt;/strong&gt; por propietario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de la subvención concedida no podrá superar, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, el coste total de la actuación subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Serán subvencionables exclusivamente los gastos efectivamente realizados y pagados correspondientes a actuaciones ejecutadas entre el 1 de enero de 2025 y la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se establece un plazo de veinte (20) días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente extracto de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB)&lt;/em&gt;, para la presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se formularán mediante el modelo que figura como anexo de las bases reguladoras y se dirigirán a la Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja, pudiendo presentarse en el Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento o por cualquiera de los medios previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
