Aprobación del MF-1074 relativa a la creación del puesto de jefe/a de la sección de Hacienda, del Área de Finanzas, Contratación y Patrimonio ]] es text/html CAIB CAIB 46706 719167 46708 CAIB es 2026-08-20 600 611983 ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno del día 29/07/2026, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">"<strong>PRIMERO.-</strong></span> </strong>Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que aparece en la propuesta adjunta MF-1074 relativa a la creación del puesto de Jefe/a de Sección del Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Patrimonio, en el sentido especificado en la propuesta y las funciones específicas que se enumeran a continuación:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Procesar y formular propuestas para la resolución de expedientes de gestión económica vinculados a la gestión de ingresos.</li> <li>Supervisar la contabilidad de las operaciones de ejecución presupuestaria de ingresos y de las operaciones no presupuestarias relacionadas con ellas.</li> <li>Contabilizar las operaciones de ejecución presupuestaria de ingresos y, en particular, operaciones no presupuestarias complejas.</li> <li>Supervisar la correcta aplicación contable de derechos reconocidos, cancelaciones, devoluciones de ingresos y otras operaciones relacionadas con la gestión de los ingresos municipales.</li> <li>Colaborar con el Jefe del Servicio de Contabilidad en las tareas de cierre anual de la contabilidad, especialmente en lo relativo a las operaciones de ingresos, así como en la preparación de la cuenta general y las cuentas anuales consolidadas.</li> <li>Participar en los procesos de apertura de nuevos años contables y en las transferencias de operaciones que afecten al alcance de los ingresos.</li> <li>Supervisar y gestionar el correcto funcionamiento de la aplicación informática contable en relación con los procesos relacionados con la gestión de ingresos y procesar posibles incidentes con el proveedor de la aplicación.</li> <li>Supervisar la correcta integración contable de la información procedente de los sistemas de gestión y recaudación fiscal.</li> <li>Supervisar el seguimiento y la correcta contabilidad de las transferencias y subvenciones recibidas por la entidad.</li> <li>Preparar y proporcionar la información económica y contable relativa a los ingresos que requieren los órganos de control internos o externos.</li> <li>Preparar la documentación necesaria para cumplir con las obligaciones en materia de transparencia y publicidad activa respecto a la información contable relacionada con los ingresos y colaborar en la organización de un sistema adecuado para el archivo y conservación de la documentación contable vinculada a las operaciones de ingresos.</li> <li>Promover mejoras en los procedimientos de contabilidad de ingresos, especialmente mediante la automatización de procesos que mejoran la eficiencia y calidad de la gestión.</li> <li>Asesorar a las áreas de gestión sobre la contabilidad de los ingresos y coordinar el correcto funcionamiento de los procedimientos relacionados con la información contable de los derechos económicos.</li> <li>Cumplir y hacer cumplir al personal bajo su mando las directrices, normas y procedimientos relativos a la protección de datos personales.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong></span></strong> Establecer como fecha de efectos el día siguiente a su aprobación.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong></span> </strong>Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."</p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Frente a esta resolución, que agota los canales administrativos, las partes interesadas pueden presentar un recurso opcional de reconsideración en un plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la aprobó, de conformidad con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, sobre el procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
